Sandos Benidorm Suites

My wife and I stayed here from September 2nd to 12th, and from the moment we arrived, we felt completely at ease. Every room is a suite, and ours was spotless, spacious, and so comfortable housekeeping did a fantastic job keeping it fresh every day. We’ve stayed at plenty of all-inclusive before, but the food here stood out as something special. The buffet wasn’t just “good for an all-inclusive” it was genuinely excellent, with variety and quality that impressed us meal after meal. What really made the stay memorable was the staff. They were consistently warm, attentive, and seemed to genuinely care that we were having a great time. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we didn’t hesitate to rebook , we’ll be back in February and can’t wait!

We’ve stayed at this hotel four times now, and we already know we’ll be back again. Benidorm is such a special place for us—we met here and even got engaged—so it holds a lot of meaning. That’s why choosing the right hotel is so important, and Sandos is absolutely perfect. What makes it truly stand out is the staff. They always greet us so warmly, and incredibly, they even remember our engagement story. Jen is our girl, we hear about her outings and she’ll listen to ours when we catch up. Oscar is fabulous, gets everyone up and involved. That personal touch means the world to us—it genuinely feels like coming home every time we arrive. The hotel itself is fabulous: clean, comfortable rooms, great food with plenty of choice, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout. The all-inclusive setup takes all the stress out of the holiday so you can just enjoy every moment. The entertainment is always fun, and the pool area is a great place to unwind. We’ve made some of our most cherished memories here, and every stay adds something new to the story. If you’re looking for a place that’s more than just a hotel, somewhere that truly cares, this is it. We wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Benidorm.

This was my second visit to Sandos Benidorm Suites. I’d been impressed on my first visit 18 months before. ||This time, the room was much lower quality. Quite basic and cramped. We must have been lucky with getting a modern, clean, spacious room on our last visit. I’d assumed all rooms were the same. This room was clean enough, but very dated and cramped even for two guests. ||The restaurant was as good as I remembered. Never too crowded even though it was August, and plenty of choice for everyone. The Indian restaurant is nice for a change, staff are lovely!, but it’s not going to be like your best Indian at home. ||Drinks are good - most cocktails are made to order rather than the premixed stuff you sometimes get at AI’s. Highly recommend the Black Russian, and Israel at the pool bar made the best baileys iced coffees. ||Sitting on the balcony watching the 9:30 sunbed scramble was funny. There were people queuing from 8:30 waiting for the doors to open - mostly families to secure the ‘best’ beds near to the pool - but as two adults, we weren’t that bothered about position and managed to get beds without joining the scrum. ||We didn’t stay in for entertainment this time so can’t comment. We normally ate dinner, then went for a stroll into old or new town areas. The strip is 10 minutes to the left, old town 20 minutes to the right. Old town is so pretty and such a contrast to the strip - but both a good night out in their own way. ||I do plan to return to Sandos as it has a good restaurant, good drinks, and is in a perfect location for visiting both sides of Benidorm, however next time, I’ll try to request the better room.

Stayed here for a week in August. This hotel was amazing! We requested a low floor because of my asthma and I was scared of lifts and we were put on the third floor which was perfect! Really appreciated this as most hotels wouldn’t bother listening to your request. The rooms were bright, spacious and clean. The beds were super comfy and the air con was a bonus! The balcony was massive and perfect to chill in the evening. The rooms were cleaned every day. The location was perfect with being 5-10 minute walk to the main strip - not too close where it was noisy at night but perfect and quick to walk to. There was a bar called “titanic bar” only a few minutes walk from the hotel and their food and drink was lovely and great value, lovely atmosphere within the place. The pool bar inside the hotel was also nice and the food and drinks were good. We were all inclusive and it was definitely worth the money! The staff were always friendly and helpful. There was lots of different entertainment on every night for all ages. There was games every day around the pool eg volleyball, dancing, archery and darts. There was always something to be doing or you can chill at the pool . Was a great holiday and will definitely be back some point in the future! Thanks Sandos Suites

2nd visit all inclusive in select lounge, when we arrived we were allocated a room on 18th floor despite requesting a lower floor due to vertigo issues.|We were told that select room were located on 18th floor and above.|Last year were were allocated a lower floor as our request, however after a amicable chat we were told that it would take a while to find a room and get it ready.|2 hours later a 2nd floor was made available and accepted.|Our friends also in select club were allocated an 8th floor room which was just acceptable and when they asked for a lower floor were told we are fully booked!|The receptionist who dealt with myself was called Eva and it seemed any problem was fixable and issuses with keys not working for our room, twice ,was quickly dealt with and with a smile, so a pat on the back to her.|The room itself was ok but bathroom was in dire need of some maintenance, everything worked but the fitments were showing wear.|The turndown service and nightly chocalates were not provided as per select club, perhaps by being on lower floor, not a deal breaker but they were provided last year.|Meals were good and the flies from last year had disappeared.|Entertainment was passable although we did go out most evenings.|The lounge and terrace area for the select club is chilled and plenty of sunbeds and balinese beds.|Drinks were well stocked and all staff were pleasant when we requested anything.

Attended here as part of a deal at a sister hotel offering a meal in their Asian restaurant on site. Hotel appeared very clean, well sign posted, easily accessible for mobility issues and pleasant staff. The asian restaurant was lovely - well decorated and super friendly staff. The menu is small but as its part of the hotel I expected that. Food quality was really good, served quickly and was tasty. Would 100% recommend as appeared to cater well for families too.

This was our 1st time coming to benidorm and sandos benidorm suits. And our 1st time is poor and definitely wouldnt come back again. |The room has black mold around the air-conditioning, there is thick black dust all around the living room, in-between the doors in the bedroom is also thick with dust. The window in the bathroom is cracked. And the shower at the bottom is all coming away from the wall. ||We have complained to the receipt but the staff were so rude I have never had a experience like it. Eva was amazing at the reception she is really kind but some of the rest are rude. |Only thing I like about this hotel is the food and some staff make u laugh. ||The pictures also doesnt look like the hotel the outside is really nice but the rooms are socking. Your 3rd bed is the couch with a bed sheet tide up in a knott. There was also a stain on the pillows as u see in the pictures.

Just got back from Sandos Suites yesterday evening, and it's safe to say, it didn't disappoint. Me and my partner booked this at short notice to celebrate us being together 10 years, and we couldn't of asked for a better hotel. It's clean, tidy, and the food was top tier with great selection. I witnessed parents with children that are fussy eaters, and they spoken to the restaurant managers to ask if they could cook up something as simple as chicken nuggets, to which the manager and the chef managed to sort out which was nice to see. Location is great, 10-15 minutes to the beach depending on if you're a fast walker or not, entertainment was great, and the bar staff outside went above and beyond for everyone. We was welcomed with the biggest of smiles from the receptionist and she was very helpful, there's constantly people cleaning the hotel, not to mention the people outside keeping the pool area clean, I'd see them cleaning up around 8pm, and then I'd see them back out around 7am wiping the sunbeds down etc. The rooms are spacious, good sized balcony with great views, and the beds are super comfy with brilliant air-conditioning. I will definitely be back, keep up the good work.
