We’ve stayed at this hotel three times now, and we already know we’ll be back again. Benidorm is such a special place for us—we met here and even got engaged—so it holds a lot of meaning. That’s why choosing the right hotel is so important, and Sandos is absolutely perfect. What makes it truly stand out is the staff. They always greet us so warmly, and incredibly, they even remember our engagement story. That personal touch means the world to us—it genuinely feels like coming home every time we arrive. The hotel itself is fabulous: clean, comfortable rooms, great food with plenty of choice, and a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere throughout. The all-inclusive setup takes all the stress out of the holiday so you can just enjoy every moment. The entertainment is always fun, and the pool area is a great place to unwind. We’ve made some of our most cherished memories here, and every stay adds something new to the story. If you’re looking for a place that’s more than just a hotel, somewhere that truly cares, this is it. We wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else in Benidorm.

I have just returned from the hotel today 14th June full and honest review. On arrival the hotel is impressive and spotless clean white leather sofas all over ground floor, reception staff efficient but not necessarily friendly the young trainee girl was very helpful and nice 4 lifts 2 each for odd and even floors so no long waits . The rooms (junior suite with pool view) are spacious for 2 people with a large balcony. The restaurant is down stairs accessible by lift if needed. I used a wheelchair and every single staff member couldn't have been nicer and more helpful especially SIMON an absolute delightful young man nothing was to much trouble. The head chef was very visible at every meal. There was a very varied menu and salad bar. The biggest disappointment was the food served in the in-house Indian restaurant it was awful. An authentic Indian chef would be worth his weight in gold. The staff in the bar also work very hard and can make an excellent cocktail. My suggestion to management would be 1) an information sheet with relevant information as not everyone has a scan on their phone 2) a selection of tea coffee in the room for people arriving rather than having to trail to the bar after a long journey. On the whole the hotel is very good their greatest asset is the staff who work there

Clean, family holiday hotel. Great large pool area with plenty of sunbeds. Entertainment staff are excellent and work hard to make the holiday memorable. Food is adequate, fresh and well displayed although would like a little more variety especially as not a meat lover.

Overall a great stay and excellent value for money. 5-10 mins walk to the lively area. Nice modern decor inside the main areas of the hotel. The room/suite could do with a freshen up but for the price we paid it was spacious and had a nice big balcony area aswell as a complimentary minibar for the select upgrade. The food was your normal all inclusive style but it was hot and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The pool snack bar was tasty for a quick bite to eat. The Select upgrade was brilliant and a must if not staying with children i think it cost us £50 each for 4 nights. Select had a private bar and terrace with branded spirits which you can pour your own drinks aswell as bottles of wine, beer etc... and soft drinks, bottled water and some snacks. A nice private seating area outside with balinese beds, loungers and rattan furniture to chill on. The ability to avoid queues at the lobby bar at night or the pool bar at day also made this area worth it. The outside communal terrace could perhaps do with a refurb as the outside stage area and tiles were showing their age. I did get told off by the pool police for vaping near the pool which i hold my hands up to however i saw no signage around the pool stating this wasn't allowed or i would of known to only do it on the upper terrace. So maybe more signage in future would help. My only other comment is maybe an air freshener in the select lounge, it didn't smell dirty or anything but it had a unique smell in that room. Overall great value for money though and we had no regrets staying here.

Was a nice enough hotel but I paid nearly 3k fot me and my 2 kids wouldn't really call it a family hotel as wasn't really any entertainment on for the kids apart from a Disney show one night at 9pm which they pretended to sing the songs nice enough hotel just wasn't worth the cost would prefer more entertainment on for kids and If there was any wasn't very advertised would be back without the kids just not with the kids ||Yes there was games room but we come away to keep kids off games not put them just in a room can do that at home .||Also choose pool view where the double bed is seperated with sliding doors but its one big room and no pool view but was facing a roof and when complained said sorry can't help fully booked |Didn't Evan offer anything to apologise |Like I say nice enough but not worth 3k and needs better things for the kids to do||There is a little park but slide is metal so is red hot so can't be used throughout the day ||Leaving Sunday

Lovely hotel, lovely staff, food was nice. We didn't eat evening meals as we ate out. But, breakfast, lunch and snacks were all good. Would recommend and 100% visit again.

Stayed here last week for 4 nights. The view on the balcony was amazing! We never heard anyone in other rooms which was great. Lots of choices for all inclusive alcoholic drinks. If you need a taxi the reception will book it and it was there in 5 mins. The slight negatives were the entertainment wasn’t brilliant only had one night where we thought it was good. The food was just alright but most of it was the same every day there was Mexican and Chinese night but alongside still had all the everyday same food. Aircon only got to 22 we could manage it but got a bit warm at night. 2 single beds pushed together and if you went in the middle of the bed you would fall through the middle unfortunately so not brilliant for partners. Sun beds were taken by like 9 with peoples towels but we still always managed to find a couple of sun beds free. But after all this they were only small negatives nothing major we would definitely return all in all I’d rate it a 4/5 star.

Great hotel, big rooms and big balconies. Never have to wait long for a lift, there's four of them altogether. Food is fresh and nice. Drinks are fab. Local brands on AI but you can pay for the nice stuff, like Bombay sapphire. Cocktails are made in front of you, not pre made. It's a 10-15 min walk to strip and beach.
