Sandpiper Tavern & Pizzeria

The food was incredible! I had the lamb rack, it was tender and delicious. The veggies still had a nice bite, which I lived. My mother had the crayfish, which was also delectable, no sting sauce just a bit of butter to be able to appreciate the flavor. The presentation was what I would expect in a fancy restaurant in a big city. My picture probably doesn't do it justice. All in all I can only recommend this place.

Came here one night to sit down at tavern and the other night got some takeout pizza. We got pizzas on NYE madness but had nothing but great service. Pizza was alright, although pieces were cut unevenly which was a bit annoying. Steak sandwich & beer were great although we were confused with whether there is table service or you order at a bar. We weren’t also given menus at first but then our server changed and things got better.

“So good we came back twice in one day!” Only in town for the night and thought we’d try this restaurant after reading the great reviews – and it did not disappoint! We stopped in for lunch. My partner had the chicken parmy with the chilli option and said it was one of the top 3 he’s ever had in WA. I had the pumpkin & sage tortellini – the most delicious pasta I’ve tasted in a restaurant, with presentation that was just beautiful. We loved it so much we came back for dinner and once again, it was exceptional. The pork belly and lamb racks were cooked to perfection, served in generous portions that were totally worth the price. For a family of 4 (2 adult meals, 2 kids’ meals and drinks) the bill was $150 – incredible value for the quality and quantity. Service was prompt, friendly and efficient. To the chefs – you can really tell you love your job, because it shows in every dish. Please never stop doing what you do – you are amazing. Thank you, we will be back!

A very popular local haunt on the night we visited, we had cocktails, dinner, wine and enjoyed it all. Food was well prepared and copious. Staff were all very friendly and professional. Cost was very reasonable so this is a useful stop if visiting Jurien Bay. Particularly enjoyed the crocodile popper starter. Menu is very extensive and we saw many great looking plates of food going out to other tables.

It has never disappointed us! After a terrible experience at a neighboring restaurant, we decided to celebrate our wedding anniversary at Sandpiper. WONDERFUL! Perfect cocktails and a special chef's menu! EXTRAORDINARY service! The waitresses were super attentive and polite! The food was perfectly prepared, generous portions and very tasty! Despite being crowded, the service was super friendly, fast and efficient!

It's always nice when you buy something on the expensive side and it exceeds expectations. Fish of the day was fantastic. Pinkies Sunset cider on tap made it even better. Would recommend and go back again if I was in the area

It was really delicious and Gluten free base was available for my friend. Great food and good service. We definitely back this place
