Cool design, great view, good prices and food, and friendly staff. The gym was one of the best hotel gyms I've used in a long time. Connected to the mall and easy to get to plenty of other restaurants

My oh my! My fellow traveller, on your next trip, just go to Sandton and thank me later. The transformation starts the moment you enter the building. It's like another planet, This hotel is top notch! The rooms ambience is cosy, intimate, calming and relaxing. Sparkling clean with all details unleashed! Their cuisine has varieties of the most fresh and best made food |Room service 24 hours by very professional personnel.|There is everything shoppers, everything for explorers, everything for everyone under same roof. I will not mention the easy access the park or the underground train. Nor, the 30 Minutes drive to Soweto. No right words to describe the experience. Its mesmerising! Overall, it is out of this word!|Shout out to Desmond and his warm team at main reception for their warmth. To Pinky of house keeping for her exceptional service. To all the chefs..and the room service waiter, his humility is humbling.|I am back to my country physically, but my mind and heart are stuck at Sandton Sun and Towers!

As a frequent guest and loyal Black Tier member with two further bookings already confirmed for August 2025, I’ve always enjoyed my stays at Sandton Sun. The check-in experience continues to be smooth and welcoming — a consistent positive point.||However, I must express some concern regarding recent service inconsistencies.||On both my last two stays, turndown service was not done despite calling ahead and specifically requesting it before leaving the room. During my current stay, I encountered multiple issues:| • The in-room fridge was not working. I had to call twice for assistance, and the operator I first spoke with was extremely rude and unhelpful.| • Although turndown was eventually done, the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Towels were not replenished, and there was visible dirt on the floor and in the bath.| • The shower door was also not functioning properly, making the shower experience uncomfortable.||These issues are disappointing given the level of loyalty and frequency of my stays. I urge hotel management to contact me before my next visit in August, as I would like to ensure these service lapses are addressed.||I genuinely value the Sandton Sun and hope to see improvements in the near future.

My experience at the Sandton Sun Hotel was nothing short of outstanding. From the elegant rooms to the impeccable service, everything was top-tier. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Sandton, with easy access to the mall and business district.||||A special mention goes to Norman the porter, whose warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail truly elevated my stay. He went above and beyond to assist with luggage and always greeted me with a smile. Staff like Norman are the reason I’d happily return.

I liked my stay at the hotel very much. The city itself I was warned a thousand time that it isn't safe, but here everywhere is safe inside. The rooms were so cozy and their breakfast is amazing. Wifi connection is everywhere. Their crew lounge is amazing for small gatherings as well with variety of hot drinks, juice and marshmallow. The staff is very polite and friendly. They play good music in the reception, sometimes you'll find a pianist playing as well. Exchange service is available at the reception but the rate isn't high. Very recommended place for families and couples and business trips.

Nice hotel and very good location. Directly connected to the mall which is also a plus and lots of nice restaurants in the area. The breakfast included is very diverse and the hot options are very quickly prepared Point of improvement: they use bottle of water with the top you have to pull and almost always the top breaks and you can’t open the bottles. That was not very convenient

I felt like a celebrity in the movies. Everything is so luxurious and beautiful and done purposefully. From having people outside to greet and guide you on parking and where to go, to having a perfectly equipped shoe shiner. You walk in to friendly and accommodating staff and a bellhop to help carry your luggage and show you to your room. The art throughout the hotel is so interesting and no matter where you are, there is always something beautiful to look at. The flow of the room is so perfect that it almost makes you want to be in the room ALL the time. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in and the blacking out curtains made sleeping so comfortable and an incredible experience. The buffet had such a variety, so be sure to go there with an appetite and experience heaven in your mouth. I have absolutely nothing bad to say, it was a wonderful experience and if I'm in that area again, I will absolutely stay here again, without a doubt. Thank you to the staff on every level for making this an incredible experience

This hotel takes service to delivery to another level. I will try and paint a picture.. :)Everyone is friendly, they are professional, they are where they are supposed to be to give great service and have name tags which is great. From the moment I arrived the wonderful Temosho welcomed me with a warm smile, opened the door for me, ushered me in the hotel where I was met by a wonderful porter by the name of Mr Walter, who led me to the reception desk to be amazingly greeted and further welcomed by Lindiwe and Thandeka, I would return because of everyone especially those 2 ladies at reception. I was lucky enough to be ushered to the club floor by the one of a kind Duty Managers, miss Catherine, stunning lady with absolute care and professionalism. |Now to my check in by the astoundingly club floor team, the receptionist Ms Wendy and the butlers Ishmael and Timothy who take service to another level.. They offered me a drink on check in and offered me to come to sunset celebration on the 27th floor when you reserve a room on that level, it’s a dining experience like no other, the butlers know each and every dish brought by the chefs. I honestly felt like I was in The Atlantis the Palm hotel in Dubai. A special touch and thanks to the chefs, chef Bongani and chef Mohau, they found butlers wishing me a happy birthday when they brought hot canapés and joined in aswell. A nice human touch! Lovely !!! I appreciated that. great staff, great location- connected to the Sandton city mall for convenient, uninterrupted shopping. 6star property I would say !!! In addition to give thanks to Lebo Morake, Lebo Matlala, Kholo, Lerato and Duty manager Dave when I checked out who assisted in carrying my luggage together with Hloni and of course Onka for wishing me a happy birthday. A stay like no other. To return for the exceptional, out of this world service and professionalism !!! The cleanliness of the room, the quality of the gowns, the rose pedal writing on the bed wishing me a happy birthday and a special cake in the room, Thank you. You can be proud of yourselves Sandton Towers team!!! You all go the extra mile. Breathtaking, mind blowing experience, Thank you for making my birthday what it was !!!
