Where do I even start with this place !!!!! It's phenomenal 😍 🙌 👏 ✨️ from the Valet attendants to the reception, and staff. Friendliness and Customer Satisfaction is their motto, iam sure of it. The ambiance the fragrance of the hotel, the rooms, and food is just something out of this world. Whenever we called housekeeping for something it didn't even take them 5min to reach us, iam not exaggerating. Even the room service was so quick and swift that the food was still piping hot when it reached the room. They went out of their way to make our anniversary and special and memorable one. Thank you to all stand That we came into contact with, you guys rock, keep it up. Highly Recommend this Stunning Hotel 💯

Pleasant surprise after initially realising I'd booked the wrong hotel.. arriving at the hotel i wasn't convinced we were at the correct place, the car service from the airport was impeccable. On approach to the front desk, Lindy stood smiling and welcomed me like an old friend - lovely touch. Yup, we were at the right place, we'd arrived early and our room was infact ready. Check in was a breeze and suitcases quickly delivered to our home for 2 nights. The hotel is amazing, the staff are so friendly and there's no faults to mention. So much so im going back next month for the weekend. Hope Lindy is there again to welcome me.

Lovely hotel that has been renovated. Still a few minor things that need attention but otherwise lovely stay and attentive service. Could do with a better clean in the rooms - the dust was a tad off putting but again, could be due to the renovations. Love the ease of commuting from here in and around Sandton. Will stay here again

San Deck is a really nice rooftop spot at Sandton Sun. It has a classy, relaxed vibe and feels very upmarket without being too loud or chaotic. The views are great, especially in the evening, and it’s a perfect place to unwind after work or meet people for drinks. The cocktails are well made and the service is good, although it is on the expensive side. The crowd is mostly professionals and tourists, so it feels mature and comfortable rather than party-heavy. Food options are more on the light side, but they’re decent. Overall, it’s a great place if you’re looking for a chilled, premium experience, not somewhere you’d go every week, but definitely worth it for a special night or a business catch-up

I have stayed in this hotel for many years now, back to when it was Intercontinental. I do miss the service standards of the Intercon, something I feel has gone down since now being another chain but I still can’t complain about the service. The new refurb in the towers is great and the rooms look and feel fantastic. Comfortable beds, great showers and a million miles from the rooms at the adjoining Sun where I stayed when the towers were being refurbed. Thankfully a few TV stations now showing now as the internet is and always has been appalling so don’t expect to stream Netflix etc. Breakfast is varied. One morning there was the hot buffet and the next there wasn’t however decent and a good feed. Friendly and courteous service so no complaints there. Location is great for the Convention centre and a walk across to the mall and square. I find the bar in both hotels quite expensive when compared to local offerings. Double the price of a glass of wine when you could go and sit on the square and watch the world go by. Overall of course I will keep coming back as it is without doubt one of the better hotels in Sandton and make sure you stay at the towers and not the sun for the refurbed rooms.

The best. Hotel friendly staff. Always ready to assist the food in restaurants wow 👌 breakfast. Don't know how to explain as everything and whatever. You want is part of the breakfast Had an amazing experience ✨️ I believe its. Like a 7 🌟 star 🌟 hotel

Sandton Towers offers lovely accommodation with excellent service throughout the stay. The facilities are well maintained and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. A special mention goes to the concierge, Godwill, who was truly exceptional — professional, attentive and always willing to go above and beyond to help. His service made the experience even more enjoyable.
