Overall a beautiful resort, but Sani Beach falls short
The resort as a whole is truly stunning: lush greenery, beautifully maintained gardens, gorgeous beaches, and crystal-clear sea. The offering is broad and varied, catering well to families, couples, and sports enthusiasts. Despite the large scale of the resort, the service is efficient — staff are numerous, present, and generally very helpful. The football academy is excellent: well-organized and engaging for children.
Unfortunately, my experience at Sani Beach, the oldest hotel in the complex, was disappointing. The rooms are clearly outdated, with Ikea-style furniture that doesn’t match the high prices. The value for money felt really off. There’s a wide variety of restaurants, but the overall quality of the food is mediocre. The tennis academy also needs better organization — despite booking two months in advance, I was unable to arrange lessons for my children.
Another weak point was the customer care: I had a serious issue with the air conditioning in the room, which was only resolved after four days. I was offered €200 as compensation — which, in a resort like this, might just get you a massage.
In summary: the resort is beautiful and definitely worth visiting, but I would avoid staying at Sani Beach and look into the more modern properties within the complex. Food & beverage and customer service need improvement.
