Sankara Nairobi, Autograph Collection

My Husband and I stayed here for two nights in August. The hotel is very nice and the staff are friendly. The staff that welcomed us early and sorted out or room were very helpful. Our suite was amazing and decorated beautifully for my Husband's 40th. The executive lounge was very good with a nice and plentiful choice of canapés and snacks both sweet and savoury and a range of drinks. The staff were very lovely too. My only negative was that I had booked a table in the steak restaurant some months before for the special occasion of celebrating my Husband's actual birthday. I had been in contact with the staff regarding the booking and made enquires about the menu and champagne list, but when we arrived I was told that it was closed for refurbishment and had been for some months. It was a real disappointment as we had really been looking forward to it as it had really good reviews. I chose the hotel primarily because of the restaurant. It would have been nice to have been told so that I could have done some research and booked another restaurant for the special occasion. Instead we had dinner by the rooftop pool, which was nice but wasn't really the extra special evening I wanted for that occasion. We were also looking forward to the champagne bar that was advertised on the website, but that no longer exists either. I used the transport service within the hotel for a day trip and that was a success. The staff were very friendly and helpful

Very intimate restaurant with open kitchen. The kitchen is tiny with 8 staff who dance like ballet dancers creating some amazing food. I ordered the Rib Eye which was tough so I bought this to the attention of Joy our amazing server. Peter tye head chef immediately came to our table and apologised and upgraded my steak to a fillet, which was AMAZING!!! Great service and food and try the Expresso Cream Brulé it is out of this world!

Amazing experience at Sankara. The staff is very polite and sweet. Exceptional. We loved the surprise chocolates and gift waiting for us in the room and the daily gifts- the animal figures. Also, while working out, Joseph the trainer pushed us nicely in the gym and was very involved. We enjoyed the workout! The sauna could have been better. The corners were a bit dirty and dated. That’s why I cut 1 star. I highly recommend this hotel. With love from India.

As frequent travelers we are impressed with the staff at this hotel. The resort itself was gorgeous and 5 star and front desk knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. From front desk to restaurant staff only top. Inch. |Despite that the first floor restaurant was closed for renovation, the poolside bistro was gear for breakfast and offered a small dinner menu that was perfect. |The decor of the lobby and the rooms beautiful. We couldn’t have been more happy with our stay and first stop in Africa. |Front desk management should be compliment.

Located in a very central spot in Weslands. Very close to malls, food and shops ||Staff very pleasant and helpful always welcoming with a smile ||Rooms are cozy with a great view of the city. Management always goes above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. I really enjoy visiting Nairobi and Sankara is to thank for most of it

One of the best hotels in Nairobi Z very clean and great service with friendly staffs. 24 hour security guards on property. Our room was comfy and has bathtub. The is a roof top swimming pool and breakfast was at roof top restaurant. The other restaurant was under renovation currently. There is a cafe and bakery/ store right in front of the hotel and is open 24/7. Uber is always available.

I am staying 3 nights in this hotel. The hotel is nice, staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms have everything needed BUT if you have a room facing the Westland Square, you won't sleep because of loud music till early morning. Yesterday Wednesday it went on till 3 am and last night till 4 am. Be sure to get a room on the other side.

We had an excellent experience at Snakara Nairobi. From the very beginning, the staff went above and beyond to ensure everything was smooth and stress-free. Even though the area outside can feel a bit chaotic, once inside we felt completely safe and well taken care of. The entire process was seamless, and the team’s professionalism and warm hospitality really stood out. Highly recommended!
