Purchased tickets to travel to Ghana. A week before the trip, she canceled because she could not get off of work. I accepted the option to reschedule for the next trip. Then I had to cancel because I had to have surgery. Per the policy stated on her website and flyers, I was entitled to a partial refund. Never got it. Asked repeatedly for months. Theresa Noni Charles dodged me forever more hiding behind Google Voice. My family has traveled with her in the past. She plans fantastic trips but she obviously had money management issues. She demands that you pay on time threatening penalties for paying late, but when it came time for her to pay.. crickets... So, before you give money, make sure you get verifiable physical contact info (not virtual) necessary to file a criminal complaint for theft by deception.
