Sanouva Danang Hotel

Small beautiful hotel with good city views. They served afternoon tea as well. Rooms are decent size. Staff is really very accommodative with customer needs and preferences.They did small cute setup for bday as well.|Only thing I wish is they should include more vegetarian dishes in buffet breakfast. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Hotel is close to the airport which was what we wanted! When we arrived by taxi the staff was quick to help bring our luggage up the stairs to the hotel! Not sure how mobility impaired people would have entered. We had our room upgraded which was nice, it felt like living in a colonial residential master room. Bed was firm and really comfortable. The morning light through the curtain will hit directly in your faces tho! Enjoyed the large room size. The hotel decor was nice, I believe they recently renovated common areas. The room itself and rest of the hotel is on the dated side, the water temperature in the bath/ shower fluctuated and wasn’t stable. The food was mediocre but generous. Gym and pool are small. Didn’t try the spa, though you should book beforehand. Service was friendly. Good restful stay overall.

We loved the location. A bit far from the beach and the main area, but it felt less touristy and a lot nicer. The service was great, and the people were very helpful and always polite. Food at the restaurant was great also! A big thank you to the young guy at the door/ reception area. He was always happy to help 😊

What al little gem of a hotel| great staff, beautifully decorated immaculately clean ,small but luxurious pool area close to the dragon bridge and several restaurants|breakfast buffet is not the biggest but has what you need a larger dinner selection would be the only improvement. I have already booked for another short stay and I am looking forward to sharing it with my mother this time. I actualy routed my holiday so that I could stay here again due largely to the amazing staff esp Lua Tran who has a way of making you feel so special.

I stayed at another hotel by the riverfront before moving to this hotel. Although you do not have river views, it’s just a short walk away. The rooms are bigger here with very good breakfast in a beautiful dining room. The staff are fantastic and they all speak English well, compared with earlier hotel where they can hardly speak. Plenty of good local food in the next street. Not to mention a photo worthy rooftop swimming pool.

A perfect afternoon tea experience on the 17th floor! The space is elegant and luxurious, offering a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The drink prices are very reasonable for such a high-quality setting. Special thanks to the barista, Van Tuan, who provided excellent service and made the experience even more enjoyable. With this level of service, it definitely deserves a 10/10. I will definitely come back!

This is my first real visit to Danang as I only used the city as a bridge to over-touristy Hoi An all the other times! Lucky me, Hotel Sanouva makes me feel welcome, and most importantly - safe - during my stay. The breakfast buffet is plentiful and extends to accommodate the guests’ timeline, the staff very polite and helpful. I can’t find much of anything to reproach.

We booked a king size and 2 twin beds for 3 people. Was surprised that we were given the highest floor and the room opened out to 1 living room with a kitchen and 2 separate rooms with an individual washroom. The room is big and spacious. The hotel staff are friendly, especially the concierge guy Cummnihm, he gave us advice for cheap n good seafood. Overall, it was a very nice experience staying here
