Sanouva Danang Hotel

Hotel is close to the airport which was what we wanted! When we arrived by taxi the staff was quick to help bring our luggage up the stairs to the hotel! Not sure how mobility impaired people would have entered. We had our room upgraded which was nice, it felt like living in a colonial residential master room. Bed was firm and really comfortable. The morning light through the curtain will hit directly in your faces tho! Enjoyed the large room size. The hotel decor was nice, I believe they recently renovated common areas. The room itself and rest of the hotel is on the dated side, the water temperature in the bath/ shower fluctuated and wasn’t stable. The food was mediocre but generous. Gym and pool are small. Didn’t try the spa, though you should book beforehand. Service was friendly. Good restful stay overall.

Small beautiful hotel with good city views. They served afternoon tea as well. Rooms are decent size. Staff is really very accommodative with customer needs and preferences.They did small cute setup for bday as well.|Only thing I wish is they should include more vegetarian dishes in buffet breakfast. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Perfect location, perfect service although we arrived late night around 2am! Even for the day after, we checked out and left our baggage at the hotel lobby for the city tour. They safely kept our luggage and guided us to leave for another place. Breakfast was included, and the quality was pretty nice! Thanks for the nice experience!

We enjoyed our stay here We were in a family room and it was large and almost look like an apartment. Some of the stuff looked dated, but it didn’t bug us. The view from our room was nice. Also the breakfast was very tasty and fresh. The staff were kind and helpful. I would stay here again for a quick visit.

I had a great stay here. Breakfast is decent, the room was nice and spacious. The location is fantastic if you want to be just outside of the higher traffic tourist locations. Its in a more mellow neighborhood which makes it nice for a quiet evening walk. My only suggestion would be to forego using their laundry service. Its way overpriced and took longer than 24 hours. Across or down the street is much less expensive and supports a local fmaily.

What al little gem of a hotel| great staff, beautifully decorated immaculately clean ,small but luxurious pool area close to the dragon bridge and several restaurants|breakfast buffet is not the biggest but has what you need a larger dinner selection would be the only improvement. I have already booked for another short stay and I am looking forward to sharing it with my mother this time. I actualy routed my holiday so that I could stay here again due largely to the amazing staff esp Lua Tran who has a way of making you feel so special.

I stayed at another hotel by the riverfront before moving to this hotel. Although you do not have river views, it’s just a short walk away. The rooms are bigger here with very good breakfast in a beautiful dining room. The staff are fantastic and they all speak English well, compared with earlier hotel where they can hardly speak. Plenty of good local food in the next street. Not to mention a photo worthy rooftop swimming pool.

The service is marvellous. I just asked the restaurant manager to lend me a match, so I can lit the candle for my partner's birthday cake which I planned to buy through Garb. But!! The hotel prepared flowers and a cake with happy birthday written on the plate. That a memorable experience. And I would like to specifically thank Mr AHN TUYEN, the restaurant manager, for the hospitality. @sanouvahotel please give him a raise$
