Sanouva Danang Hotel

Our experience for generally good. They do try to go out of their way. We enjoy it. The complimentary confirm afternoon tea and nice rooftop outdoor patio on the 17th floor. The company of property services is actually above expedition but the people themselves I did not find friendly or one want short and straightforward. Afternoon tea was a nice touch. Breakfast is also a bit lucky for options but also good. The rooms themselves are very clean, well appointed, comfortable. One would expect in a hotel room

Stayed for 4 nights. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet has a variety of items, so there are food choices for all palates. Omelette are cooked to order, soups, fresh fruit juices, salads, bacon, sausage, noodle dishes, pancakes or waffles, breads, cereals and more. The staff is grand are ready to assist without needing to ask. They approach you and ask about your plans for the day, answer any questions and will suggest or provide whatever help is needed to make your outing successful. The hotel location is great…near shopping, restaurants and the Han River. And if that’s not enough, we were offered a 30 min complimentary massage.

I had a wonderful stay at Sanouva Hotel. My room on the 14th floor was perfectly quiet, allowing me to truly relax and unwind. Everything was spotless, and I especially appreciated the high-quality bedsheets that made sleeping so comfortable. The staff stood out as attentive and cheerful, always ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I definitely look forward to coming back next year.

Varied breakfast items, both western and Vietnamese. Very nice vegetarian set dinner. Excellent service on all levels: housekeeping, dining, laundry, gym, and spa. Lovely, kind people. Thank you. We plan to return.

There aren't many places where I've stayed that make me look forward to sitting at a COMPUTER to write a review. As I sit here, laptop open, adorned in the soft tailor-made outfit from the Han Market (only a 6-minute walk from the hotel by the way), I'm reminded of laying on the softest sheets I've ever experienced in a luxury boutique hotel. Their fresh sheets and plush bed was almost enough to keep us in the room all day. However, it was the exquisite service and hospitality that will ensure that I sing the praises of Sanouva Danang Hotel forever and always. Not only was every staff member a joy to interact with, they were forthcoming with help and helpful suggestions (without being pushy sales people). From several observances I could definitely tell that the management team values their team and the guest experience. Be sure to opt in for the daily breakfast buffet and massage too. In addition to a wide buffet variety and everything being absolutely delicioso, the staff was specifically thoughtful of our pescatarian diet within the variety because we stayed for a week. What a great hotel! This a beautiful place to stay. Location was perfect. We stayed at this hotel for four nights. The hotel, the rooms, the amenities are very very nice. Our room was an ungraded to a suite. Very nice sheets, towels, kettle, coffee, tea, housecoats. Large spacious room with a beautiful view. The buffet and tea were very well done as well. Service was impeccable! Everyone was kind and happy to help. We had several special touches to help celebrate a special occasion. I was moved by the kindness. I would recommend this hotel to anyone!

The front desk staff are very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is clean and conveniently located within walking distance of many great restaurants and coffee shops. Breakfast is just okay usually opted out even though it was included. If you stays longer than 3/4 nights there are a complimentary 30 mins massage.

My stay is roughly a month and I love the hotel. ( I paid discounted price for 2 guests,twin bedroom,spa, pool,breakfast) . I got 1 dinner for free so thanks but the spa only 1 time even though on Expedia it said daily, so check throughly if buying through third party. Receptionist sometimes said conflicting statement regarding visiting guests and tried to overcharge me but I guess it's communication issues with different employees. But other than that, I had a pleasant time staying here. Employees act with courtesy, the food is great, especially Breakfast. Room service doesn't knock on my door at 5 AM unlike in Sai Gon.
