Sanouva Saigon Hotel

I am very satisfied with my stay recently at Sanouva Saigon so much so that I extended my stay 3 times. For long stay guests management is very competitive and will try to get you the best price. The rooms are comfortable and functional and the rooms I stayed in were quiet. The beds are quality and I slept well. All staff at the hotel are delightful and friendly, this is a big plus . They are very helpful . Breakfast is delicious with a good buffet selection. Grab taxi comes directly outside the hotel and will take you anywhere you want to go . Also quality grab food can be ordered and delivered to the hotel . You can sit next to the large window in the reception area and watch grab food and grab taxi arrive…easy. The hotel is close to massage spas and eateries and the big market . Sanouva Saigon is a nice stay …You can book with confidence….Enjoy

Had an awesome stay at this hotel! The hotel is centrally located, very convenient to get around. The rooms are relatively spacious and clean. The breakfast served varies daily so it’s nice to try something new everyday. What is most outstanding about the hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and hospitable. When we arrived it was raining and a gentleman came out with umbrella to shelter us and help with our luggages ❤️ I would recommend this hotel if you are coming to Hcm. 😍

We booked premium deluxe twin and double rooms. The rooms were well laid out with good air con, powerful showers and decent beds, very comfortable pillows! The hotel is spotless, all staff we met were very friendly and helpful. There was a nice variety for breakfast which went on til 10am. The location was perfect for us, lots of restaurants and shops in the area and only a few minutes walk to the market. Would recommend and would return to this hotel if we are lucky enough to visit again

The Sanouva Hotel in Ho Chi Minh was a very pleasant experience. The location is excellent, right in the center, making it easy to walk to many attractions. The staff were kind and always willing to help, which made me feel welcome from the very beginning. I really enjoyed the breakfast, with plenty of options, all fresh and tasty. Overall, it’s a hotel where you can feel the attention to detail and the warm service. A great choice to book.

Really great location! Within walking distance to most places, since it is on a less busier street. Barely any street noises from interior room no windows. The concierge and security are top friendly service. Housekeeping are great too!

Spacious, clean and neat room. Service wise is really good. There is once where I had left-over food from the previous night. I bring it down to the reception area and asked the receptionist to help me microwave it and it is ready in minutes. Breakfast area is super small. During busy hour if there is tour group, you may need to eat by extending tables to the lobby area which is also super small. Still manageable during non-peak hour.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in the beginning of June. What is absolutely fantastic is the location of this hotel bang in the center of the tourist attractions and restaurants.||There are a plethora of restaurants, spas, coffee, shops and marts, a stone throw away in any direction. ||The rooms were were smaller than I expected, but the maintenance and cleaners was top notch. I misplaced my phone charger in the room and couldn’t find it. ||Requested Miss Chen at reception to discuss with housekeeping if they could do a check in the room or the hotel lobby and they happily obliged. ||Apart from the location, I appreciate the can do attitude and willingness of the hotel staff to help their guests and that makes for all the difference !

Great hotel at Ho Chi Minh City. Near to tourist spots so you can walk around and explore the area. The room itself is clean and spacious. They provide housekeeping everyday. There’s complimentary two bottled water everyday as well. Buffet breakfast is amazing althought the dining area is a bit small. The staff are friendly and helpful. 100% would recommend.
