Sanouva Saigon Hotel

Had an awesome stay at this hotel! The hotel is centrally located, very convenient to get around. The rooms are relatively spacious and clean. The breakfast served varies daily so it’s nice to try something new everyday. What is most outstanding about the hotel is the staff. They are so friendly and hospitable. When we arrived it was raining and a gentleman came out with umbrella to shelter us and help with our luggages ❤️ I would recommend this hotel if you are coming to Hcm. 😍

||Lovely little hotel in an excellent location. 15 minute walk in one direction to the food market, post office, cathedral, town hall etc. 15 minutes in the other direction was the walking street and nightlife. The hotel itself was small but charming. We had rooms on the 9th floor with great views. Bed was comfy, decent sized room, powerful shower. Staff very friendly and helpful.||Only two small complaints. The lighting in the room wasn't great. No overhead lights and the side lights didnt really light up the room enough. The blinds also didnt keep out the sun so in the morning the room was too well lit.

Spacious, clean and neat room. Service wise is really good. There is once where I had left-over food from the previous night. I bring it down to the reception area and asked the receptionist to help me microwave it and it is ready in minutes. Breakfast area is super small. During busy hour if there is tour group, you may need to eat by extending tables to the lobby area which is also super small. Still manageable during non-peak hour.

We stayed at this hotel for three nights in the beginning of June. What is absolutely fantastic is the location of this hotel bang in the center of the tourist attractions and restaurants.||There are a plethora of restaurants, spas, coffee, shops and marts, a stone throw away in any direction. ||The rooms were were smaller than I expected, but the maintenance and cleaners was top notch. I misplaced my phone charger in the room and couldn’t find it. ||Requested Miss Chen at reception to discuss with housekeeping if they could do a check in the room or the hotel lobby and they happily obliged. ||Apart from the location, I appreciate the can do attitude and willingness of the hotel staff to help their guests and that makes for all the difference !

Great hotel at Ho Chi Minh City. Near to tourist spots so you can walk around and explore the area. The room itself is clean and spacious. They provide housekeeping everyday. There’s complimentary two bottled water everyday as well. Buffet breakfast is amazing althought the dining area is a bit small. The staff are friendly and helpful. 100% would recommend.

Great hotel, friendly staff, clean room. The staff speaks good English here. The gym room was nice and with a good view around the neighborhood. We did not have breakfast here, though. It is located around the corner of Ben Thanh market, so very central and close to the new Metro. There are shops, restaurants and service like laundry around the corner within two minutes at most. We can definitely recommend this place!

The location is excellent and close to all popular tourist attractions. The rooms are very clean and comfortable with everything you need. The shower is great. |Service is exemplary from the moment you walk in the door. The staff go out of their way to help. The doorman and bellboy are so helpful. They are there to help you down the stairs, carry your shopping and luggage. |The girls servicing breakfast are polite and always have a smile. |I would definitely come back here again and recommend this to anyone coming to Ho Chi Minh City.
