Hi . So my friend and I enjoyed our day shopping here. First off the shop is super nice. So fresh and clean everywhere you look .when I walked to the back of the store. I got lost because it's so kawaii big. The shop boys and girls are so kind. They are so cute too.I had so much fun here . I can't to go back. Thanks for the good experience.

I love Sanrio! However this store was not very clean when I went back in November and they had some loud Halloween music playing. Cheapest item I saw was $30

Google
My wife absolutely loved this store, they had a lot of awesome and rare Hello Kitty merch. I don't think there are many Sanrio stores left in California and this was the first one we've found. Definitely worth the stop if you are a Hello Kitty fan.

Google
I love this store, I’ve been buying things for years. My complaint is, I was looking for gifts to get my fam and asked this group of girls on the back… All they told me was IDK.. -_- How you don’t know? You work at the store? I asked if any of them knew about other items and no body did. Honestly annoying. Another lady was there trying to get help but they were TOOO BUSY!! CHATTING!! And they be ignoring everyone, we are trying to pay and leave. The lady and I left the stuff on the side walked out. Really disorganized staff. FYI this isn’t the first time. Hopefully this review gets to who ever needs to get because it will be sad to see this store closed down because of the people they hired.

There is usually a queue to get in snd you have a limited amount of time to shop when inside. There is so much to look at once you are in though! Lots of cute statues and murals to take photos of/with and even a claw machine (it was out of order when I went though). The merchandise comes in a variety of characters, even some of the less popular ones. Easy to find because there is a big Sanrio mural outside of the shop.

Google
There's a big line to go shopping in there. The store it's super cute but make sure you don't forget your debit/credit card. They DO NOT accept cash!. My 10 years had $200 cash to spend (bday money)but no credit card. Would had been nice for the girl in charge of the line to tell us as we walked in since she was blocking the sign on the door that states "NO CASH". I had forgotten my wallet in the car, we had to go back to my car and then make line again 🤦‍♀️

Came on a Friday morning (09/09/22) and went in a little after they opened. There was no line, so I believe the best time to come is weekday mornings and maybe a bit before they open. They have a mask policy as of September 2022, so I recommend to bring one just in case. The store was clean and organized. There were not as many items as I expected but the store is small, so might have been the stock limit for the store. The staff were really kind, friendly, and attentive to questions I had. **This isn't a discount store so don't expect any unless the items are on sale** It was a nice visit. I enjoyed it. The online prices for the items seem the same, except here you wouldn't have to pay for shipping.

Hello kitty world! If you like things cute, come here. Located in the Little Tokyo outdoor village. Hair accessories, socks, purses, pillows, stickers, clothing galore. This place is kawaiiiii! (Cute) The employees are really nice, and are great at offering suggestions for what you’re looking for. Because honestly, there are so many little knickknacks. The store is basically divided into brands and also different colors. They have Hello Kitty in all her stages. Display cases near the checkout desk change constantly because they’re always getting new items in. Find street parking a block or two away.

Yelp
So appreciative of ARNO-san for supporting our annual Little Tokyo SPARKLE clean-up Raffle!! WOWEE...THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH, ARNO-san! (Thank you, Erin, for all your assistance!!)

Yelp
I used to be super into Sanrio and would always shop here! It's a big store and one of the better ones compared to the ones at malls. Nice stock and lately it's been always busy to the point that there's a line outside, waiting to get in! It's a nicely decorated location as well, right in the heart of the Little Tokyo plaza. It's closer to the tower end of the plaza to give you an idea. Prices are decent but make for a great gift shop! IG: @ammysalamii

Yelp
If you want anything Hello Kitty, and you're in Little Tokyo, this is the main place to go. What they offer is tons of Sanrio/Hello Kitty items. Pretty much all the expected merchandise is available in the store from clothing, jewelry, luggage, and everything else hello Kitty you can think of. Located right in the heart of Little Tokyo, this shop is easy to find. Once inside you'll see the store is well organized and a feast for the eyes. One thing to keep in mind about this shop, however, is that it can be very crowded. Thus, there's generally a line to get in here. This is even the case before they open. So, if you're really intend on coming here, I would suggest either coming on off day/off hours, or expect to wait. Overall, if you want Hello Kitty, and you're in Tokyo, this is your place to go.

Yelp
I wanted to love this store! The selection of characters was great (except no gudatama!), the staff were really nice, but the prices oh my gosh. I'm pretty versed in Sanrio pricing and this was just outrageous. Even if this is the result of tariffs it seems exorbitant. They had those reusable nylon shopping bags which I thought would be a reasonably priced item but they were over $25 when we went! I can't justify 25 bucks for a reusable shopping bag when I just got one made by an independent artist in bellflower for $8! And I will say I was really disappointed but I couldn't find any gudatama. Like not even a little plushie. What the heck! Overall like I said the selection and staff were wonderful but the prices kept us from buying anything. Just too rich for our wallets even though we were ready and willing to open them.

Yelp
Sanrio lovers dream come true! I LOVE this store with everything Hello Kitty! I loved they had Ahirunopekkle, Keroppi, Tuxedo Sam & little twin stars items! All items are pricy, no knock off items in this store. They do have a very tiny clearance table. Tons of stuffed characters. We left with a hello kitty school backpack, cinnamon roll water bottle, pack of hello kitty pencils for $21, several key chains, stickers, a colorful Sanrio towel, two stuffies, charms, HK Hollywood postcard and so much much all for about $290. They have clothing, school supplies & so much more. Finding street parking can be a nightmare but we got lucky. There was a line to get in but the wait was only about 3 minutes. Staff was nice and helpful. No printed receipts and their sign says they are hiring. Would love to return to get more items!

Yelp
Omg Sanrio shop! Hello Kitty and her friends overload here! Such a cutesy shops that had me tempted to buy stuff that I don't need... or be one of those adults that look like they are trying to recapture the youth because they can't pull it off at their age lol There wasn't a line here when I passed by, but at times there can be (at least it seem like it judging by the line organizater). There was security at the entrance that greeted us upon arrival. It has a security/bouncer vibe lol

Yelp
I miss the Sanrio stores in the malls back in the days. Collecting stationary and the little things such as a plush, towels, drawstring bags just to name a few. While visiting this location in the Lil Tokyo Village I find that the Sanrio store is completely different from what it was back in the days. While there were some clothes, accessories, and stationary there were more plushes than the rest. The store is cute and it is a nice place to browse around, I find it less appealing than what a Sanrio store was back in the mall days. I suppose this location gets crowded over the weekends as there is a queue in the front allowing a certain number of people in at once. Parking: paid lots/structures in vicinity VERDICT: One and done
google avatar

Yelp
Place is cute and well organized. A little bummed that the inventory at the moment is mostly stuffed animals and little trinkets. Clerk said there's lots of inventory that's not out yet. So it's a bummer I'd have to come back at a later time (next week) to see what they might have. Would be nice to see more stationary, bags, storage type desk organizers. Maybe another time.

Yelp
I mean. Does Sanrio even really warrant a review(?). Every store is a quadrillion stars. Whichever Sanrio store I see, I go in and buy so much $h1t that I almost have buyer's remorse, but I don't because it's all awesome shht. Girl and boys alike love Sanrio, and even more so, women, adults... We love this even more than when we were kids (we had no idea it was possible). I buy my travel pill cases, acoustic guitars, bicycles, clothes, PJs, pencils, erasers, bath towels, cups, bags, earrings, calculators, rulers, if they had a protractor, I'd buy it. I have sooo many notebooks and file folders in all sizes, slippers, shoes, socks, beanies, all of it... from SANRIO.
google avatar

Sascha J.

Yelp
Honestly I expected the place to be a tad larger but there was a GREAT selection of all the hello kitty goods! I could have spent a good hour treasure hunting in here and the staff was friendly and helpful! I've been to the Sanrio and HC Cafe in Irvine which are great but I'd go back here to shop and also get a little taste of Little Tokyo heaven. They have a lot of great sales at this location too!
google avatar

Eunice S.

Yelp
I was expecting to see the latest and greatest items of Sanrio since I had to wait in the line to enter with so many restrictions followed such as no food or drink beyond the point, all sales are final, cash not accepted and 20 minute shopping time limit but it was full of disappointment. And, the price is just not acceptable. The selections were very limited and there was no variety of apparels and jewelries. Once you enter the store, the clerks are friendly and helpful but the front clerk who controls the crowd just didn't look like he wanted to be there.
google avatar

Yelp
This store just screamed at my baby lol as she walked in and gasped looking at the selection of hello kitty stuff. Mind you this woman spent 4500 on a Kimora lee Simmons princess hello kitty diamond and 18k white gold with pink sapphires ring. lol So when I took her here and she seen it, heaven. Now price wise it is a bit much however I'm assuming because some of the pieces you can probably only get here and it's official license product? Not sure. But she sure did shop and came out happy. Cool store, customer service was there, upbeat vibes and definitely a place to checkout and buy cool collectibles.

Yelp
I have been here before and I've never had any issues. Cute stuff and I love Sanrio but yesterday my boyfriend and I went to go vote in person for the 2025 character ranking contest so we could get the stickers. We asked an employee at the door if they had them and she directed us to the register but we had drinks so my bf stayed outside to hold them so we wouldn't be rude and bring them inside as the signs indicate there is no food allowed. I go to the register and ask for the stickers and this other employee gave me one and I asked if I could have another one for my boyfriend who was standing outside holding the drinks. She seemed really bothered and annoyed by this request so I explained that I'm aware drinks aren't allowed inside but he wanted to vote in person too. She just handed me the sticker and I said thanks but she just ignored me and said nothing. Really seemed annoyed with me. I don't know why handing us a free sticker was such an issue. I thought Sanrio was all about making smiles but that girl did not match the vibe.

Yelp
super tiny store. i forget everyone steals in la so they only let in a few people in. i got a couple things. i would def say this is not my favorite sanrio

Yelp
Finally made the Sanrio pilgrimage! Very cute Sanrio store but lacks a lot. I'm used to Sanrio stores being packed with merchandise with a good amount of different characters. This one felt like they were going for a boutique vibe which is so not Sanrio. Maybe it's part of all the shipping delays? Anyways it's still super cute, and they had the Hello Kitty postcards I was after! Just be prepared to wait in line!
google avatar

Yelp
So Kawaii~!!! I wanted every single Kuromi item. Cute fluffy sweatshirt with Kuromi ears and matching slippers!? Yes, please. This Sanrio is located in the heart of Little Tokyo (the Sanrio Japanese Village Plaza to be exact) and they limit occupancy so you have to line up to enter. This location has it all! Clothing - Fashion accessories - Jewelry - Beauty and body - stationery and desk - Baby - Home and living - Entertainment and electronics...legit every Sanrio item possible. I was happy they had a ton of Kuromi who seems to have gotten pretty popular lately, but also the classic characters and newer characters. You'll pay the same prices you pay at Sanrio online, so it's not cheap. But everything is suhhhh kyoot! I wanted it all. If I'm in Little Tokyo, I always like to pop in. But honestly, I usually just purchase things online as prices are the same and you can sometimes get more sales at Sanrio.com.

Yelp
I was initially so excited to come into the store yesterday. We lined up and waited our turn since they limit the number of patrons that can enter the store. Upon entering, I was underwhelmed. Nothing particularly cute and everything is very overpriced. But that's to be expected. My issue though was the staff. No one greeted or talked to us the entire time we were browsing. They were just laughing loudly with each other, pretty much ignoring customers. There was a particular item on the shelf that was so cute but I wasn't sure what it was. I asked the gentleman at the back if he could please tell me what this item is and he just pointed behind him at a counter to a lamp. I understand if there was a language barrier but he was just talking to one of this coworkers so his gesture felt rude. So I decided not to buy it. Upon leaving my 3 year old tripped on the fan they have propped near the front door and he starting screaming and crying. Not a single person asked if he was okay. They just looked and carried on. We left and will not be back on future trips. I used to frequent this store all the time but it has been some years since my last visit and a lot has changed. I think this store in particular is worth skipping. Especially with all the other options in little Tokyo. While km reading my review back, I realize it may sound like I'm coming from a place of privilege but I wasn't expected to be chatting up with the staff or anything like that. It was more that we were even acknowledged and made to feel like a bother. As a customer, I wouldn't want to spend money in a place that didn't feel kind. Maybe I came in on an off day?
google avatar

Jonathan N.

Yelp
Nice little shop, but holy cow, the prices are insane. I didn't buy anything because it was soooo expensive.
google avatar

Rachel I.

Yelp
Gorgeous store! My eyes were so overwhelmed I didn't know what to focus on! I wanted everything in sight. Prices pretty high , but just being in there was so much fun !
google avatar

Joy U.

Yelp
I love hello kitty! With that being said that is the reason why I had to visit this store. This store has a limited amount of Sanrio stuff just a bit for every character and a bit more for hello kitty. The line was in effect when I went on a Saturday mid day but it does move kinda fast. They tell I'm front before walking in that you can't try on anything, everything is final sale and you only have 20 mins in the store. To be honest it seems like 20 is an okay amount of time since this store isn't too big. I will say they have some cute stuff but the clothing is pretty expensive hence the 4 not 5 stars. I did buy a hello kitty zip up sweatshirt for 90.00 but I will say the quality is pretty nice so for me it was worth it. I can't compare it to other Sanrio stores because the other ones I've been in are inside malls and probably the same size as this one.
google avatar

Emily L.

Yelp
Finally visited the sanrio store!! Woohoo! I've never been. And I love kuromi. I have a kuromi tattoo. there was a bit of a line but the store is organized and clean. So much cute stuff! I spent too much $. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Definitely would come back or visit their other locations next time i'm in LA!!

Paula R.

Yelp
Not much variety for both adults and kids. Youre better off purchasing online and you might find deals online.
google avatar

Sunshine L.

Yelp
This is one of the last few Sanrio stores remaining in California. Not as much stationery items as I was hoping for. Very overpriced. Good selection of cute authentic plushies. But watch out, it is expensive!
google avatar

Alice W.

Yelp
This store is so cute!! They make you wait in line to get in, and once you're in, you have a 20 minute limit to shop. I really wish they gave you more time to shop if you have to wait in a line anyways. The mural outside the store is adorable! Inside the store, there's honestly not a huge selection. They had merchandise for hello kitty, my melody, kuromi, and more - but it was mostly plushies and home goods. They had a very small clothing selection and it was mostly socks. I only bought socks here since I didn't really see anything else I liked, plus I was traveling so I couldn't buy anything heavy or bulky. I saw cute earrings but when I asked store staff what kind of metal it was, they said they don't know. For expensive earrings, I'm definitely not buying them without knowing the metal type especially since I have sensitive ears
google avatar

Natasha Y.

Yelp
My heaven but super expensive but that's because it's not fake stuff coming from china, if you love Hello Kitty and the whole Sanrio family, you will absolutely love this place. I wanted everything here and so will you
google avatar

Katie C.

Yelp
I am a tourist visiting DTLA. This was my 2nd attempt to find this store at the Little Tokyo Mall. I found it! It was open until 10 pm! When I got there, no other shoppers were in the store. Imagine my surprise when I waited at a barricade and was told that I had 10 minutes to shop. TEN MINUTES? I love Japanese stationary, and hello kitty. And let's just say that I have "adult money" now, and I hadn't spent a dime on my trips, I was saving it to go to Sanrio. I had such a bad creepy feeling that I hardly wanted anything. I get that they want to keep things exclusive and only for patrons who want to buy something, but dang... that was very off putting.
google avatar

Jacques I.

Yelp
My 13-year old self was happy to learn of a Sanrio store while I was visiting Little Tokyo in L.A. Team Keroppi! However, times have changed. I don't think my 13-year old self could afford anything here at this store. Of all the businesses in this Little Tokyo village that Sanrio is located in, there was a wait outside, as they only allow a certain amount of people at this time. We waited for about 15 minutes to shop inside, which wasn't a long wait, but it was not worth the wait. The selection is very limited if you're favorite character is one other than Hello Kitty. There was hardly any Keroppi swag. And from the Keroppi swag, or any other characters I saw, the merchandise was super pricey. A $75 sweatshirt with Keroppi on it? This is some rich 13-year old shopping here. If you are a Hello Kitty fan (which I'm not), then I'd say it's worth checking out. There was apparel, health and beauty accessories, some home items, stationary and gift items, like plush toys, key chains, etc. Staff was friendly and all, but with the limited amount of stock for non-Hello Kitty characters and the prices, I wouldn't come back.
google avatar

Andrew W.

Yelp
EDITED TO ADD: Okay, I was really extra-super-grumpy when I wrote that below. I don't like waiting in lines, and waiting in lines for Hello Kitty? Aww, hell no. But... the staff in the store was nice, and I found the gift I was looking for, so I guess they don't deserve the one star I initially gave them. But seriously, they need to stop velvet-roping it. It's the Hello Kitty store, not Studio 54. --------------------- A line to get into Louis Vuitton or Hermès is bad enough, but a line to get into the goððamn Hello Kitty store?! And this line has been in place for over two years now. This is no longer a line about public health. This is a line about creating buzz ― "Look at that line! It must be so cool!" ― more than any overwhelming need. I've been in this store countless times pre-COVIDiocy, and there were never any uncontrollable mobs. This new mentality of false exclusivity needs to end ― starting with Hello F*cking Kitty.

Yelp
Ohhhhh suga pieee lemme tell ya bout this place. So me and homegirls we like chilling up in here and we decide to pull up to this thang. We was told that gotta wait to pull up inside so I was like girlllll whaaat" but it's cool cuz we got in like really fast. So we pull up inside dey got some nice interior decor I think DAYUM okay das some high prices for tha thangs dey got up in there. I was hoping to see dat lazy egg boy thingy and ma homegirl retsuko but damn they ain't got either one up in here, idk bout u but I think it's lowkey a scam smh. Wanted to take a selfie with the homegirl smh. I was ready to be mad up in here like ma homegirl retsuko. I'd put 2.5 stars but I'm such a good person finna give 'em 3.

Yelp
If you don't care about overpaying then this spot is for you. I came here looking for birthday gifts for my daughter: they didn't really have anything she had on her list. Plus everything is overpriced. They know how to rip people off. Save money and go to a mom and pop shop that sells most of the same stuff for far less.
google avatar

Elizabeth M.

Yelp
This store is an absolute ripoff! Do not shop in store their prices are ridiculous and way more inflated than the website. I bought a purse marked at $34 on the web but I was charged $41.90 in store. Buyer beware!
google avatar

Lilian R.

Yelp
This was my first time visiting this Sanrio location and I like that they limit the amount of people in the store at a time to avoid crowding. I only wish they had a bigger selection of stationary but they carry a lot of plushies and I can't complain about that!
google avatar

christine h.

Yelp
Cute items although overpriced BUT make sure you check your receipt BEFORE YOU LEAVE! They don't print receipts - only email or text. AND their register doesn't show you what prices you are being rung up at. My holiday items were supposed to be 40% off and she even told me I was getting the 40% off price but they only took off 30%!! By the time I noticed I was home and 45 minutes away. I feel like it was perhaps intentional- knowing that a lot of people are tourists and won't go back or notice if their receipts aren't printed out.

Yelp
I have been wanting to visit Sanrio Japanese Village for the last few years but never got around to doing so despite living in SoCal. As an avid Hello Kitty fanatic, it just seemed like one of those local 'must-see' destinations like the Hello Kitty Cafe, especially being located in the Japanese Village Plaza. I tried to do my research on Yelp, Instagram, and just a general internet search, but couldn't quite figure out what this place was about. Do Sanrio characters stop by for visits all throughout the day? Are there some cute displays/photo ops? Is it just a store? Is it a mega Sanrio store? What is it?! Arriving at the front of the store, I was so excited to be greeted by their window art reading Sanrio Little Tokyo. Ready for some super exclusive experience, I stepped inside and was hit with major disappointment. It was a Sanrio store, which is okay, and could have still elicited some excitement. However, continuing to walk around, this place was a huge let down. As one of the last few Sanrio stores still standing, I definitely expected more. The merchandise they had was very bare bones and seemed old and out dated. The decor was lacking and that Sanrio magic touch just seemed to be missing. For some reason, I just expected more from them since they were housed in the Japanese Village Plaza. If you're in the Los Angeles area and are looking for a real Sanrio store experience, visit the location in Hollywood. I know it's in the middle of the tourist trap of Hollywood Boulevard, but the store is amazing! Save yourself the disappointment and skip out on this location in Little Tokyo.
google avatar

Keiko N.

Yelp
A store to visit for any Sanrio fan. It has a decent selection of items. I would say it's good for most characters especially the popular ones such as Hello Kitty, My Melody, and Cinnamon Roll. They do have a limited selection of goods for other characters such as PPP with maybe a handful of items but nothing grand. REGARDLESS, the stores is great just to look at and it has so many cute things inside and I am sure you will find something overall from any of the characters they do have and love it. The store is spacious compared to the other Sanrio stores and the employees are also nice. Definitely a store I would go to on a weekly basis if I lived in Cali ~ Also Prices match any other Sanrio store just with that Cali tax
google avatar

Rachel T.

Yelp
I'm a lifelong Hello Kitty fan. This location is unfortunately always a hit or miss. This is sad because there are not very many in-person Sanrio locations left. Sometimes the store has been closed without any online or phone notice. Sometimes their inventory is low, sometimes it is abundant. I always call before visiting now.

Teresa C.

Yelp
Don't know if this is a real sanrio store considering they up charge everything. Bought this exact item for $95!!!!! $95 bucks I thought fine it's sanrio it's wooden wtvr go on Sanrio.com and it's only $54.... This is why they rudely say "no refunds or returns, all items final sale" before you even go into the store even though sanrio.com does returns... hope this place shuts down.
google avatar

Cosmos C.

Yelp
If you wanna wait in a 5-10 minute line in the heat for the "we say we're Sanrio but really we have maybe 3 items per character and Christmas Merch in July" store, this is the place. I usually love this store and how I know it'll always have a variety of merchandise of all characters, but when I went last week, (and took my Sanrio loving partner with) they had 3 items of his favorite character, and really they only had a handful of other characters. I can get Hello Kitty merch anywhere, I go to the Sanrio store to get the guys I can't find elsewhere. Hoping it's just the summer season ending and they'll be restocked soon.
google avatar

Kev H.

Yelp
As soon as I walked into this store, I was surprised to see a statue of Gudetama on rice and I knew immediately that I had to take a picture with it. The employees there were super nice and helped me take a pic of me with it. This store was definitely dominated by Gudetama when I visited it, which I loved since I'm obsessed with the character. The store itself was not too big, but enough to contain a lot of stuff and a bunch different characters including the Twin Stars, KeroKeroPi, and Hello Kitty of course as well as many others. I also saw Ritsuko from Netflix! I had no idea she was from a Sanrio family as well!!!
google avatar

Ashley M.

Yelp
This store is super cute! They are limiting the number of people and shopping time which is appreciated due to COVID. They had a pretty good selection of items but everything is a bit pricey. We left with a few plush ornaments, post cards, hair ties, patches and tea.
google avatar

Yvon Meow J S.

Yelp
Most people know Sanrio's Hello Kitty, but there are also Keroppi and his girlfriend Keroleen. They are so cute together!!! They are two of my favorite characters growing up!! Where have you been?? One of the best Sanrio stores, and yes please come by this store and spend spend spend!!
google avatar

S C.

Yelp
Wouldn't let us in at 6:30 even though they close at 7. They let in several people ahead of us and said that was the last group. Drove 1 hr to get here. Disappointing.
google avatar

Jocelyn C.

Yelp
I mean this store wasn't really true to a, "Sanrio." Like, they sold other things, like fashion stuff. Also, the, "egg" was never with Sanrio, but I guess they added to it, for a fashion & in the same category I guess, and to add to it, make more money. This place is pretty small. Also, quite pricey. Pricier than usual Sanrio places. Again, this is more of a fashion/Sanrio shop. I guess it's OK, but I wouldn't walk in here again.
google avatar

Lester E.

Yelp
Horrible came out of town to come visit this store and they said they closed early, ok no problem then the next day we come back no where near closing time. It's says they're closed for the day! Not only that, when we came the first time they lady that worked there was really rude! She said follow our instagram regarding them closing early, I go on there and it's says nothing! March 2nd/3rd

Yelp
This is the cutest store ever! I knew it would be worth my time when I saw the line outside to get in. We were all pretty amped on the line chatting about going inside the store. They all knew something I didn't, there was a 75% off sale in the back corner. I got so many cool things and one of the jackets that I wanted They didn't have my size so the manager offered to call Hollywood store and have them hold it for me. It was super sweet of him. They also had one of the collaboration pieces I couldn't find online over there, so I was all set. Spent more than I intended, but I'd do it again!

Yelp
This Sanrio store is located in the Japanese Village Plaza. I honestly wasn't planning on checking out the Sanrio store (since we have one in Hawaii), but outside the store had a huge photo of Aggretsuko and I was like "I HAVE GO INSIDE!" I was very impressed with the Aggretsuko merchandise! I swear I wanted to buy the entire store.

Yelp
There was a like to get in but I didn't mind because it keeps the store from being overly crowded. We waited about 10 min me and my two daughters . It was a busy Saturday . We were greeted by a younger guy he was nice and the inside of the store was very organized clean . A lot of selections clothing toys and various accessories. Some of the stuff is a little high priced for what it is but I can't complain to much because I buy supreme accessories. I would give this place 4.5 stars all the workers are friendly I just feel a little over priced for the quality

Yelp
The male cashier with the septum piercing isn't friendly. I was just trying to purchase a Kuromi bag.

Yelp
Rage!! Den of Rage!! Sanrio Japanese Village continues to bring out fun and happiness for all with the latest being their temporary pop up; Aggretsuko's Den of Rage. Aggetsuko is Sanrio's red panda and perhaps my second favorite character (after Hello Kitty of course ;)). She's a hard working office worker by day and we get to experience that in this pop up that has a super cute display of her office. When her stress and frustrations from work get to her however; she goes into a state of "rage" and hence the Den of Range. Sanrio Japanese Village has temporarily been transformed into this Den of Rage. There's lots of Aggretsuko merchandise currently available and there are plenty of character cutouts and displays. There's even a mini karaoke setup in the back with microphone. Once awhile you can even see Aggretsuko pop out to work at her disk or to sing her raging heart out. I really love how they brought out this character's world to life. No rage for this fan...only love for this store.
