The worse wholesaler I’ve dealt with. Sent me clothes with mold spores and some type of stain on one of the dresses that looked like someone had an accident in it. They said I went long past the return policy date, but I indeed reached out via their own website. When I didn’t receive a response, I just waited as I felt like they would eventually write me back and honor it. By the time I actually started recovering and was able to function properly, I emailed them, and they told me that they had never received my request form and it was past the time to get a refund or exchange. I explained to them that I am a very small business and something like a few hundred dollars is major to me. I’m very upset and disappointed. Although they said they did not want it, I will be shipping them back their disgusting, contaminated clothing so they can see how ashamed they should be of themselves and their company. Keep your 10% discount as it’s a literal joke.

Great people in unloading side. I would love to come here again. I dropped for suit 120 this is 1 building with bunch other people working together. But for dropping off you just go to 11th street and look for docks.
