My friend and I visited this lovely hotel for 4 nights in August. Its location is perfect for exploring and we were able to walk to many attractions as well as shops, bars and restaurants. Our room was nicely presented and we slept very well in the comfortable beds. The breakfast was exceptional both in its quality and the choice on offer. We enjoyed the roof terrace each afternoon and found it to be very relaxing. Staff were pleasant, efficient and very attentive. Strongly recommend.

I travelled to Palma for a few days to relax with my daughter. Our hotel stay was excellent. The service was impeccable, staff were extremely polite and eager to help at all times of the day. Our room was clean, well kept with everything we needed. We were even provided with a fan I had previously requested! I cannot fault this hotel- even the location was perfect. We would like to thank everyone at the hotel (Elena!) for making our stay so pleasant and we will definitely visit again.

The hotel is beatifully designed, right in the heart of Palma.||||What truly made it unforgettable, was the outstanding service provided by the team. Alicia, Dani, Jesus, Cristina and Andrea. The professionalism, kindness and genuine care turned what was already a lovely hotel experience into something truly special. Offering local recommendations, arranging small details, or simply greeting me each day with a friendly smile, their attention an warmth made all the difference.

This hotel has beautifully curated art and furniture and lighting. Every area is an opportunity to cherish something special. Our junior suite was absolutely exceptional for the price. Everywhere is absolutely spotlessly clean. Only negative is I’d prefer a traditional bar in the hotel but service is good enough that it wasn’t an issue. General manager Andreea welcomed us and introduced us to key members of staff by name who we might need. A nice touch which helped us feel comfortable.

The perfect place to enjoy a wonderful city.|The Sant Jaume Design hotel is a beautiful boutique hotel set in the centre of the old walled city down amongst the old stone paved streets.|The seafront, the cathedral, shops, many restaurants and the bus station should you wish to get out of town are all within a 10-15 minute walk. ||The hotel itself is relaxed, tastefully appointed and the service was excellent. The staff could not do enough to help and remembered our names from day one.|I would definitely recommend as place to stay.||I suspect we will visit again.

Honestly if I can give more stars I would. The hotel is spectacular, the staff are so friendly and helpful. It was our first time in Mallorca, they gave us the best recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The room was so spacious and comfortable. I just loved everything about this hotel. Would definitely come back to it!
