Wonderful boutique hotel on a lovely street right in the heart of Palma. The deluxe room we had with a small balcony overlooking a pretty street was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel team were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional - excellent choice of local produce at the buffet and delicious hot options. The roof terrace with the plunge pool and views over Palma was excellent. A great experience, and highly recommended - thanks to all the team at the hotel!

For a luxurious escape in the heart of Palma, this boutique hotel is a top choice. Rooms are beautifully designed with high-quality furnishings and soft lighting, perfect for relaxation. The staff provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and attractions in the city. We managed to meet the whole reception team: Danny, Paula, Maria, Elena, Alice, Giovana, Andrea and Jesus. The hotel also offers a delicious breakfast with fresh local ingredients. A perfect retreat for those seeking luxury and personal attention in Palma!

From check-in to check-out, the experience was exceptional. The staff were consistently professional, courteous, and attentive, ensuring our stay was as comfortable as possible.||Our room was spotlessly cleaned every day, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. The hotel’s location is perfect: just a short walk from the main town and only 5–7 minutes to local bus stops with easy access to nearby beaches. There’s also a fantastic selection of restaurants within close walking distance.||Overall, a truly wonderful stay – we’re already looking forward to returning. I would thoughrly recommend hotel Sant Jaume. Right from the start when I checked in, the reception staff were very pleasent and could not be more accommodating. The bedroom was spotlessly clean and had everything you would want from a classy hotel. Quiet, elegant and sophisticated and yet not ostentatious. |If you desire peace and tranquility and a lovely part of Palma, I would thoughrly recommend this hotel so different from the most amount chain hotels experiences. Great hotel for the price. Location is awesome in a quieter street but still central Palma. The rooms are slightly small but very clean and modern. What stands out is the service, we were welcomed with a drink and given a concise but informative tour by Danny. He also gave us a list of restaurants and the staff helped us get a reservation for that night. Highly recommend as a base for exploring the island.

Not normally one to write reviews but I couldn’t not for this fantastic hotel. |We have just returned back from a 3 night stay, and from the moment we walked in to moment we left the staff were amazing.|A special mention to Andrea, she could not have been any more helpful if she tried, always had a smile & a hello! |The hotel is absolutely stunning & in a perfect location. Everything you can need or want is within a short walking distance. |The rooms offer everything you need and more, we stayed in a deluxe room & it was a perfect size with a brilliant bathroom. |The cleaners do an excellent job & are so polite. |Rooftop pool perfect size and lovely area to relax after a busy day sightseeing.|We didn’t want to leave & can’t wait to return again in the near future!

Beautiful hotel with exceptional service. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and cared a lot about our experience in the hotel and the city of Palma itself. Breakfast was very well presented and delicious. The hotel is amongst the old town and within a short walk of numerous great restaurants and bars. We would come back tomorrow if we could.

I had a fantastic stay at Sant Jaume Design Hotel! The team truly goes above and beyond — Paula, Andrea, and Danny were absolutely wonderful. They were warm, attentive, and made me feel right at home throughout my stay.||The hotel is elegant and comfortable, with a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
