Completely 5 STAR |We recently stayed for a three night stay, to celebrate a birthday with friends.|Reception was excellent with the offer of welcome drinks .|We were given a free upgrade for the birthday which was beautiful. The room was large, well appointed with beautiful toiletries and drinks . Our bed was one of the comfiest and we slept very well. |Breakfast - exceptional, with all offerings at the buffet being homemade or locally grown, also a hot menu to choose from , which incidentally included a very high quality smoked salmon. |The manageress Andrea was so very professional and friendly, and we instantly felt like friends. |We could not fault our stay and having been many many times to Palma in other hotels , consider Sant Jaume the best value for the price offered. I travelled to Palma for a few days to relax with my daughter. Our hotel stay was excellent. The service was impeccable, staff were extremely polite and eager to help at all times of the day. Our room was clean, well kept with everything we needed. We were even provided with a fan I had previously requested! I cannot fault this hotel- even the location was perfect. We would like to thank everyone at the hotel (Elena!) for making our stay so pleasant and we will definitely visit again.

We just had an outstanding stay. All of the staff, especially Jesus, Chris, Tolo, Fernanda, Andrea and Alejandro were first class in their service and professionalism. They were able to help guide us on where to visit, where to eat and drink, and helped order a rental car for us so we didn't have to go to and from the airport again to get one for the day. The rooms and clean, comfortable, and spacious. Amazing location easily walkable to everything in Palma. Highly recommend staying here, and we hope to be back again someday!

I stayed at the Sant Jaume Design Hotel for a week, the first half for work, the latter my partner came to join me. Both halves were absolutely fantastic. The staff are attentive but not overly so, the rooms are calm, beautifully appointed and the smell is divine. The wait staff are brilliant be it coffee, ice, or a full cooked breakfast nothing is beyond their attention. We needed lots of little extras organised both for my work and family, they were done swiftly and efficiently. I would not hesitate to stay here again. This hotel has beautifully curated art and furniture and lighting. Every area is an opportunity to cherish something special. Our junior suite was absolutely exceptional for the price. Everywhere is absolutely spotlessly clean. Only negative is I’d prefer a traditional bar in the hotel but service is good enough that it wasn’t an issue. General manager Andreea welcomed us and introduced us to key members of staff by name who we might need. A nice touch which helped us feel comfortable.
