I am not sure if I should even review the Binissiada Boutique Hotel as this is a pure gem and actually we wanna come back here and avoid not getting a room because they're fully booked ;) The staff is amazing and super polite and attentive, the interior is beautiful and the rooms super unique. We booked the Junior Suite which was the chapel in the past, and the altar is still there. If you are freaked out by that, you can however close the doors. There was also a Jacuzzi in the room and it was probably small things like the beautiful Belgian linen pillows that made the room so nice. The view from the breakfast terrace is just amazing. You enjoy a big variety of delicious locally produced things, fresh orange juice, daily changing pastries and you can order eggs in various variations. We had dinner at the restaurant twice. Creative, delicious dishes with great and friendly service. We hung out at the pool for a couple of afternoons after we came back from the beach. There is a bar right next to the pool so you can enjoy a cocktail, beer or glass of wine while lying on the sunbeds. They also produce their own olive oil which is just delicious and we bought some of it home with us. What really stood out is the staff. Unfortunately our car seat never left our home airport, so we asked the hotel and within hours they provided us one for the few days. We are planning another stay here with extended family next summer so we will be back.
