We stayed for three nights at Sant Joan De Binissaida, during which we attended a friend's wedding also being held at the hotel.||||It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.||||We stayed in room 7 (suite with terrace) and it is a wonderful room - spacious, quiet, clean and well-appointed with a wonderful view. The sound of sheep while relaxing on the terrace with a view over farmland, a beautiful harbour and out to sea made for a very tranquil experience.||||The continental breakfast provided was excellent, made up of very high quality cereals, breads, cheeses, meats and pastries. Hot food was available to order and I would recommend doing so - the eggs were from the farm and were incredibly tasty. The coffee and freshly-squeezed orange juice complemented this perfectly. The setting for breakfast is also wonderful - we sat on the terrace most mornings with a lovely view over the rear lawn and the sound of birds and the animals in the surrounding farmland.||||The pool area is well laid out, clean and modern. The brunch menu is a nice addition, and allows you to order tapas / small plates poolside. The croquettes and octopus roll are particular highlights.||||Dinner was excellent. The menu is well thought-out, fresh and local. The waiting staff were knowledgeable of the menu and provided a faultless service throughout. We travelled with my 20 month old son, and he was well catered for (ordering chilren's food a few hours in advance is required, and was what provided was therefore very fresh).||||The reception staff were very friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Our flights were delayed and we were granted late checkout, which was hugely appreciated. ||||The hotel grounds are wonderful. The hotel's labrador (Cider) was a hit with my son, and she took us for a walk around the grounds to see the varoius animals, olive trees etc. She should be a paid member of staff!||||We will be back to stay next year.
