Mushroom lovers this is your place. In a somewhat traditional decor amazing dishes !loved everything Umami carbo are a must the couvert is not to be missed we loved all desserts but our fav was the creme brulee and porcini ice cream. We will be back

A lovely and quirky restaurant located right next to the Mercado de Santa Clara dedicated to all things mushroom 🍄 It's one of those Lisbon well kept secrets I love! Not touristy, amazing value for money... I keep coming year after year! I went back yesterday, and we ended up trying a few dishes that really stood out! The couvert is a great start; the creative mushroom nibbles are super flavourful and perfect with the duo of breads. We then had the Gnocchi, Funghi & Pecorino, which were incredibly soft and fresh; covered in a rich mushroom ragù with a light pecorino foam on top. Proper, delicate, comfort food! We also had the Tagliata com Porcini, served juicy and rare, as I like it. The meat was tender, and the porcini sauce layered on the purée added a deep, earthy flavour that made the whole dish stand out! To finish, we couldn’t resist sharing the Êxtase de Santa Clara. A porcini ice cream might sound strange at first, but try it out! It is creamy, balanced, and perfect with the waffle and crumble. All in all; great atmosphere and service, good selection of wines, and fantastic food; give it a try! 🍄✨♥️

We weren’t sure what to expect from this place and we were very pleasantly surprised! I didn’t know that cogumelos meant mushroom but we loved our meals, including the sample tray of three mushrooms. Who knew mushroom ice cream and mushroom mousse would be so good! I highly recommend you check this place out.

Fantastic restaurant exceeding my already high expectations! Incredible what a skilled chef can get out mushrooms. Creative concept that actually works out perfectly and isn’t just about being “fancy”. Honest, authentic and highest quality for an absolutely fair price. Dined here 3 years ago and loved it, so made sure to visit this time around. Ordered the perfect egg plus specials beef bourguignon and salmon. The perfect egg is hard to describe but so yummy! Salmon was perfectly rare and some of the best salmon I've had. Beef was excellent. We were so stuffed couldn't fit dessert unfortunately. Servers are great. The atmosphere is cool. We'll be back.

Fantastic! Don't miss this restaurant. If you love mushrooms (in risotto, gnocchi, ravioli, etc,), it's heaven. Fun ambiance, great wait staff. If we were here longer we'd come back every night to try something new. They made room for us and wow it was worth it. Will definitely be back next time we're here.

This place is around the corner from my friends house and features all kinds of mushrooms. We call it "The Mushroom Place". It's really fun and the vibe is amazing. We ordered a bunch of stuff- the mushroom spread board, the lions mane, the mushroom ravioli, mushroom curry, my friend got a steak as well. Everything was amazing. The mushroom spreads to share was some of the most interesting and delicious things we tasted. We ended up getting too much bread, whoops. We had some amazing wine as well. The lions mane was so succulent. The mushroom ravioli was huge! We couldn't finish all of the food. We even tried a truffle dessert that was actually very funny and interesting to taste. It had a funny truffle taste to it. We ended up staying late and having a great time laughing and talking. The staff here is amazing and very helpful and nice. Would come again for dinner with friends.

Phenomenal food. With a focus on the most exceptional mushroom dishes, this restaurant makes some of the best food I have ever eaten. Truly amazing and worth a trip.

My first night in Lisbon, I needed dinner but I didn't want to venture too far. I found this place on the map, but I was skeptical since it wasn't on the "best of" lists that circulate about the city. I was worried the mushroom theme might not deliver, but I love mushrooms so I decided to give it a try. I was blown away by this meal! First of all, both servers were so nice and accommodating of the little Portuguese I know (and they spoke to me in English.) I started with mushroom pate, which was so flavorful and meaty (without any meat.) the portion was way too big for one person, and I was sad that I couldn't finish it all. I had to save room for the mushroom ravioli though. Oh my god, these were so good. The sauce was so savory and mushroomy, and there were whole trumpet mushrooms on top of each stuffed pasta. I relished eating this dish. After all of that, I was very full, but I had to try the mushroom gelato with mushroom caramel. So delicious and unexpected--my mouth is watering just thinking about it. In a warm, homemade waffle bowl, this was the perfect dessert. This place deserves more press than it gets. It is a must go if you're in Lisbon (and if you like mushrooms, of course).

Small cozy place. Nice to have dinner on a summer night. It's on a first floor in Santa Clara's Market and it has a wonderful view from the window. The staff is friendly but the service is somehow slow. Almost an hour waiting! It was a full house (reservation is mandatory in order to have a table!) maybe that's why it took some time for the main dishes to arrive. We had the risotto and the steak. Both were delicious!

What a delight! When local fare gets repetitious ( grilled fish, grilled pork, potatoes) treat yourself to this fresh and inventive homage to the mushroom. We started with a salad of in-season wild mushrooms with shaved Parmesan. Entrees included tataki of smoked salmon, cheesy mushroom polenta, and Tiger prawns with wild mushrooms. The owner and host Luigi was welcoming, friendly, and helpful suggesting a great Dão red wine. Ended the meal with Port and flan (yes, with mushrooms) which sounds odd but was delicious. Do the feira da ladra (flea market) on Saturday morning and try this for lunch.

Everything here is amazing. I think they have daily menus. We got an egg appetizer, mushroom app, steak entree and salmon entree. Every single thing was so good. Nice employees too. Also pretty view out the window over the river.

We went back for the second time in three days. Wonderful little restaurant, dedicated to mushrooms entirely. Right up to the ice cream!
