Santa Clara Urban Hotel & Spa

Great location, just a few streets over from the super busy areas of Palma. The quiet streets are so nice to roam about and keep noise levels at a minimum from inside. Super clean, dental and shaving kits were a plus. Very nice staff and our room was ready early. I'm also pretty sure we got a complimentary upgrade because we booked the most basic room but ended up with a slightly bigger room. I would definitely come back!

Catalina greeted us with a warm smile and made us feel most welcome. Our junior suite was incredible! It had a beautiful view and plenty of space for a family of three adults. It was special to be staying in a former 17th-century palace of Mallorcan nobility, imagining all the stories that must have happened within those stone walls. Its location in the old town is perfect for exploring the narrow streets. You can easily get to the Palma Cathedral (a must-see!) and the Arab Baths. Make sure to spend some time on the hotel’s terrace. The only thing we wish we could have done is stayed longer!

An incredible hotel. Checked in 2 hours early to a beautiful double room, spotlessly clean, modern with a traditional twist. Hotel location is tucked away down a charming side street where you feel like one of the locals. Very short walk to the town, restaurants and bars. Staff helpful and very relaxed. The roof terrace is stunning with a beautiful view of the old town and its charm. Was able to keep luggage there all day after check out as we had a night flight with no extra costs or hassle. |If you are looking for a modern yet traditional hotel in an excellent location then look no further. 10/10

I was there with my sister. We loved the hotel!! Room was very nice, the people working at the hotel is super friendly (thank you Catalina, Paco!), including the reception, the breakfast and cleaning attendants. Breakfast was great. We love having the spa everyday (jacuzzi, and dry and wet sauna).

Tucked up a quiet street, this hotel has been tastefully renovated and the building is clean and tidy. However elements of the room are a bit dated/basic (particularly the bathroom) and the bed was as hard as rock with only 1 pillow (you need to ask for more). The breakfast here was unfortunately the worst we experienced during our time on the Island. The waiter was great, always saying morning and getting straight to work sorting coffees - but the food was the let down. Basic meat and cheese with a variety of bread products. We left each day disappointed. The roof top bar area is very small and unfortunately when we were there a large group of guests went up to this area everyday and smoked - meaning the small terrace was unusable to any other guests.||However, the staff are great here - always smiling and helpful. The welcome little bottle of cava was a nice touch.||The location is fantastic to walk into the old town (the hotel is also in the old town already) and explore the sites of the city. ||Overall, an okay hotel in a great location - felt overpriced for what it was, but Palms is pricey and the price likely reflects the central location - just don’t expect much for the nightly cost!

Wonderful experience in Palma thanks to the nice hotel. The room is comfortable and large, providing a warm atmosphere for us. The service is great as well. I will revisit it in the future!

This is a beautiful little hotel tucked away on a quiet street. The building has been sympathetically restored with tasteful contemporary touches. The staff were polite and helpful, and the bed is the most comfortable I have experienced in any hotel.|Although I did not try the spa services, I would definitely recommend the hotel.|(The picture that I have included is taken from the roof top terrace).
