A wonderful area with a lovely park too, following the tracks. The old yard now a place for art galleries, museums and shops.

What a great redevelopment that's largely tasteful and not overly commercialized. Looking forward to seeing how the area progresses. Some interesting restaurants, breweries, and stores are all in a nice walkable area.

Wonderful! Great Farmers Market and local art. Great treats for the whole family and a wine bar where we tasted 5 wines for $20. Well worth the trip.

There are many different galleries at the Railyard. Mostly southwestern but also some Asian and modern. The Moss Collection has amazing selection of chairs and seating options.

It's still growing. The trains are very active so if you or your kid is a train junky they will love this place. There are only a few places to eat but they look like they are getting more. Plenty of art galleries. There is live music at 830 under the Santa Fe Railyard water tower.

Amazing place. The galleries that were open had amazingly friendly staff. Unfortunately Covid-19 shut down most of the studios, but I'll be back.

Yelp
A smaller arts district in Santa Fe by the Railyard. There is metered and lot parking. You will find several contemporary art galleries within walking distance once the car is parked.

Yelp
What kind of entertainment and retail district closes up tight at 5 P.M. on a Friday night? One geared toward people in their seventies? Living in the '70s? That's what the Railyard Arts District does: When five o'clock hits, even on Friday, nearly everything closes up tight. It's a real party. Only the REI and some breweries are still open. Even bankers' hours are longer these days.

Yelp
I visited the Railyard Arts District on a Tuesday. It's very cool that they have this available to the community. However, I wish there was a bit more available. There is the farmers market outside and there were not a ton of vendors available. Inside, there are artists selling their creations. On one end is a little set of shops that sell items as well. The museum I wanted to check out was of course closed... I am learning that a lot of states have businesses closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, but learning it the hard way. Overall, a neat space.

Yelp
Railyard, Santa Fe has it all. If you're looking for some fresh locally produce, great meals, if you're art junkie like me or just want to take a walk, ride a bike alone or with a family or friends-this is a place. On top of it, trains coming and going is making it all way cooler. This is a great neighborhood and it gives great value to the town. Railroad arrived to Santa Fe in 1880's and completely changed the town. I found myself walking around the rail yard and wondering how did this area looked like before, and all the sacrifices being made by people to change our lives for better.

Yelp
The rail yard would look more or less like a classic city space without the addition of the art. Everyone loves the art here in Santa Fe and it's so nice to see new pieces being installed, the craftsmanship of the art is great and brings great value to the Railyard. Overall it's great for our small city and brings a lot of value and joy to us.

Yelp
Collection of contemporary art galleries and SITE Santa Fe. Take care crossing as this is an active railyard. For a delicious meal, carefully cross the tracks and order stuffed sopaipillas and an extra plain sopaipilla or two from Tomasita's. You won't reget it.

Yelp
Santa Fe is a bit boring to me. Besides the amazing historical places. But I thought this area would be a bit more fun, or at least some stores open. Tuesdays unless it's in May. There is not much going on. Bummer! The farmers market is only open on Saturday.. Some stores were closed, and even the brewery was closed. We did watch the trains go by. So I mean that was the 3-5 minute highlight. Overall meh.

Yelp
Great place to catch a wonderful farmers market or artisan market. Nice atmosphere, good restrooms, charming area.

Yelp
I suppose I thought there was more to this district than there really is - I mean there is artisan markets, a movie theater, brewery, lots of galleries, an REI and maybe some other shops. We spent a fair amount of time here and went a lot of places, but I can't say it is a place you can spend a day doing stuff in - it is more come for something specific and do it and go. Parking is paid lots. Check times on businesses, because nothing was open too early or late. Really close the Hotel Santa Fe (where we stayed) so that was a plus! Not to mention it is cool to see the trains come in while having a beer.

Yelp
We came here on a Sunday and a Monday while we were in town. There was surprisingly few shops here and most appeared to be closed when we were there. It was very quiet! We walked thru the crafty section and it really only took about 10 minutes cause it was so small. I'm not knocking the Railyard, I just expected more out of it!

Yelp
The Railyard Arts District was a fun and happening place on the recent Saturday and Sunday that Gayle, Erin, Jim, and I visited. On Saturday morning we strolled though arts-related booths and then crossed the tracks to a larger farmer's market. There were all sorts of interesting and happy people milling around, and of course I'm sucker for the various New Mexican specialties. We returned the next day in the late afternoon. We didn't stay long due to the band, which I compared to off-key AC/DC lacking melody. It actually hurt to listen to her scream and we figured we could do our own primal therapy at home. But again, this is a great place to gather and to hang out, especially with a brew pub right there. This area is also where the train departs from Santa Fe towards Albuquerque. Hence, there is some risk of having hundreds of pedestrians in possible direct contact with a moving train. Also, don't forget the surrounding shops and galleries located in this area. This is an Arts District after all.

Yelp
I was 100% disappointed with this place which was touted to have a good arts district. Upon exiting the garage, we find that there is a hefty walk to the arts district. There was virtually no worthwhile shopping near the parking garage. An REI and Verizon were the most salient storefronts. Other businesses were real estate and other non-retail entities. Given the fact that the place was like a ghost town, we cut our losses and left but only after a bad choice to eat at an on-site brewery. (That's another review.) In short, DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME.

Yelp
I hear that the Railyard Arts District comes alive on the weekends with street vendors and art stalls. During the week when I was here, it's not too bad either. A healthy dose of home furnishing stores that range from rustic to contemporary, a vintage movie theater, textile sellers, a book store and much more. There is an emphasis on arts and art galleries throughout this area. The Santa Fe to Albuquerque rail line is active right here, hence the name. As a visitor to the beautiful city of Santa Fe I enjoyed a leisurely walk through the district. Highly recommended.

Yelp
As a longtime visitor to Santa Fe, I was amazed and delighted to discover the transformation that the Railyard Park has undergone over the past year. What used to be an unremarkable open space adjacent to Site Santa Fe has been turned into beautifully cultivated high desert parkland filled with specimen plants and even an intriguing educational exhibit on native bees. It's a destination worth visiting in its own right, and an impressive example of what can be achieved by a dedicated group of community volunteers.
