Santa Grand Hotel East Coast, a NuVe Group Collection

Great hotel not too far from the airport. As we realised our day use booking doesn’t offer us the best use of the time, the staff member at the reception helped us with options. Room has everything a transit visitor needs even toothbrush and all. Free minibar was a fantastic idea. The biscuits and coffee at the lobby helped us too. We were farewelled with the same courtesy with getting us a cab at 3am. The welcoming supportive vibe was there with the staff and also with the room arrangements. Will definitely choose this hotel when we go back. Thank you Santa Grand!

A cosy gem nestled in the heart of Katong. The rooms are well-appointed, offering comfort and charm in equal measure. What truly sets this hotel apart are the fresh aromas that drift throughout the property—uplifting and soothing, they create a welcoming atmosphere that instantly lifts the mood. My stay filled me with a deep sense of peace and contentment. The hotel’s old colonial charm evoked fond memories of the Singapore I once knew, adding a personal touch to the experience. I wholeheartedly recommend this haven to anyone in search of a quiet, restful escape.

There is NO pressure in the shower - be warned! Rooms are VERY small - if you have a couple of big suitcases there's no way you can open them together, unless you use your bed! This hotel has tried to 're-invent' itself as a top class 4 star hotel - but in reality there are just a VERY VERY clean 2 star hotel. There are MANY more choices for hotels in this price category in Singapore. Overall an awful experience, but the room was clean & tidy.

I stayed at this hotel for a business visit. A very neat and will organized hotel. The rooms and bathrooms were extremely clean. Very professional and helpful staff. It's also located in a good locality with lot of eateries around. Highly recommended and thank you to the staff!!

We would like to thank the staff for their hospitality and kindness. My mum had a fall outside of the hotel and Sylvia and Marie were very helpful and caring. Sylvia recommended a clinic to go to and gave an ice pack for her head. Rooms are spacious and cleaned. Transport is very close to proximity of hotel. Good location. Lots of eateries, coffee shops and bars. Rooms are clean, aircon working well, strong shower hot/cold. Staff are helpfull. We checked in around midnight and the process was smooth.

I’m back 12 years later and it’s still as nice as ever. This was where my husband met Uncle Tony who used to work here. He gave my husband great advice and we decided to get married when he was staying here. My husband has just passed and I’m revisiting when we first met. This area holds a special spot for me. Thank you to the friendly staff here. The room is small but cosy, and definitely very clean. The rooftop pool is wonderful, I had it to myself on a drizzling day :) though picture provided is taken in the night. Quite romantic I say hehe Will be back again whenever I need a revisit to memories.

Our flight was an early one, the hotel was able to check us in earlier than the standard time which meant a lot to us as we were exhausted. Customer service was friendly and helpful! There’s plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby which is handy and the MTR is only a 5-10 min walk.
