Santa Grand Hotel East Coast, a NuVe Group Collection

Our Stay at Santa Grand: A Mix bag. We chose Santa Grand for its convenient location near our daughter's home, making it ideal for celebrating both Christmas and our anniversary with family. We booked a room with a skylight, anticipating a charming stay. Unfortunately, the soundproofing proved inadequate. Noise from neighboring families, particularly young children, disrupted our sleep throughout the night. We had to contact the front desk multiple times for assistance. Though no fault of the hotel and to their credit, the staff responded promptly and efficiently, relocating us to a different room. This room offered significantly better sound insulation and boasted a delightful view, significantly improving our experience. We appreciated the staff's attentiveness and their efforts to resolve the issue. The hotel itself resides in a historic building, adding a unique character to the stay. However, the third-floor corridor could benefit from a refresh, as it currently has a slightly musty odor. Despite the initial soundproofing issue, we were generally pleased with our three-night stay at Santa Grand. The hotel's prime location and the staff's excellent service made it a memorable, albeit not entirely perfect, experience.

A truly beautiful gem. The location is surrounded by varied restaurants, shopping, and a quick walk to the beachfront. The rooftop pool is so serene, and offers incredible views! Niki and Sylvia at the front desk were remarkably kind and helpful from arrival to departure. The room was very clean and comfortable, and I thoroughly enjoyed the complimentary snacks and beverages 😊 I also treated myself to a couple bath bombs from the front desk! All in all, it was a beautiful mini-vacation, and I look forward to the next trip! Thank you Niki, Sylvia, and Santa Grand staff ❤️

we (couple 74 from Holland) had a perfect stay in this hotel. A superb service, free coffee in the lobby, nice swimming pool on the roof and an extra ordinary roomservice. Besides that a perfect place, 5 min. walk, to Marine Parade Metrostation to visit the highlights. Nice people there!

Such a wonderful location and great staffs, Joel helped us during our 2 nights stayed at this hotel. Everything is excellence. Complimentary minibar if fantastic. Great hotel to stay again for everyone. We are looking forward to visit soon again.

I recently stayed in the hotel, and it was a superb experience. Ms.Mery from the front desk was absolutely charming and extremely helpful. She provided excellent suggestions for local places to eat and visit, making my trip more enjoyable. Additionally, the MRT was just a 7-8 minute walk away, and there was a bus stop nearby, which made getting around very convenient. The hospitality truly enhanced the overall experience. Would definitely recommend!

Very good for a short stay. Room was a good size, clean with very comfortable bed. Friendly staff at check-in and out. Location is not exciting but close to MRT and Changi Airport.

Front desk staff were very friendly very Professional in introducing the hotel facilities and around the amenities.We felt very Welcoming as a repeated guest.Location is fantastic many good food from Local Chinese food to Western food .A good location for overseas guests to see Singapore's Unique local people's lifestyle and all types of Delicious local food. Meantime we are enjoying our stays !

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Santa Grand Hotel. It is located in a very nice locality; plenty of cafes and restaurants, close to the East Coast Park and the i12 Katong mall. The neighborhood is very happening. The hosts treated us very well. I would like to specially thank Ms. Mery for her kindness and hospitality. She gave us great advice and made us feel right at home. I would definitely recommend this place.
