We booked this hotel back in March for the final night of our honeymoon, expecting a relaxing and memorable end to our trip. Instead, it turned into one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. When we arrived, the receptionist looked visibly shocked to see us. It quickly became clear that our room had been double-booked, despite having reserved it months in advance. We were offered a different room, which they claimed was an upgrade — but it was anything but. The room was dark, dingy, dated, and worst of all, there were visible stains on the bedsheets. Completely unacceptable. We raised our concerns straight away and were shown another room, which was equally poor. When we asked to speak to a manager, we were told they were unavailable — it was clear they simply couldn’t be bothered to deal with the situation. We asked for a partial refund, and were told the only option was to check out. When we requested written confirmation that we’d receive a refund, we were met with a rude and dismissive attitude from staff. They showed no empathy or accountability, even after we explained this was the final night of our honeymoon. Left with no alternative, we checked out and had to book another hotel last minute, which caused us additional expense and major inconvenience. This hotel is run-down, unclean, and the staff are unhelpful, disinterested, and completely unprofessional. We would strongly advise others to avoid this hotel, especially for any occasion where reliability and decent service actually matter.

Good location from the airport, about a 15min drive. Warmly welcomed by front of house.||Room- Adequate space, there is a small skylight window, whilst on the third floor, still felt like a basement room due to no other windows. Bathroom slightly outdated, however nicely clean with a power shower and toiletries. Unfortunately the bed was too stiff and aircon too loud for me.||Nice snacks in the room, only instant coffee in room. Reception provides complimentary tea and coffee and snacks for a quick pick me up moment when returning from visiting the town.||Fantastic location for travelling around, my favourite area in Singapore. Friendly and attentive staff, cannot fault them.||One star less simply because of the lack of light in the room and hard mattress, although some I can appreciate others wouldn’t have an issue with this.

Compact rooms but clean and with everything you need. Great location near several restaurants and not far from trains. Buses at your door (well, across the road). Roof top pool to cool off in after a day sightseeing. Very importantly, the staff are excellent. Friendly and helpful.

This was a nice hotel located in a quiet yet bustling part of the East Coast, surrounded by lots of shops and cafes and a short walk away from the metro/bus stops. The beds/bedding were very comfortable and we liked that you could use YouTube on the TV or phone cast! The pool was a good size with seating in or out of the sun and they provide yoga blocks/mats as well! Shout out to Mery on reception who was lovely and was there to help us whenever needed. The restaurant next door, despite getting 15% off, was expensive and disappointing. I would recommend visiting other restaurants nearby instead. It's also cheaper if you book a room direct with the hotel and I wish we'd been told this or offered it when we arrived as we booked with Booking.Com and was charged more. The bath leaked quite badly so the floor got wet every shower. We went through a couple of towels due to this. The air con also made a funny, gurgling sound despite maintainance checking it out so not sure whether it needs changing? Overall a good stay and would recommend it.

We love this hotel! The location is great with easy access to trains and buses, shopping and a myriad of fabulous eating options. The pool on the sixth floor is fabulous- not too big but not small either. But most of all - the staff are like family and treat us so well.

My recent stay was a complete disappointment and far from the 4-star hotel experience I expected. I arrived at 2:15 PM and was told my room was ready—only to walk up and find housekeeping still cleaning! When I went back to the front desk and asked if there’s another room that’s ready, the staff simply said no other rooms were available which I doubt. The lack of coordination between the staffs was frustrating. To make matters worse, after i checked in, I checked the fridge and I found an opened, half-finished canned drink—disgusting and proof of their careless cleaning. Even simple requests were mishandled: I asked for a shaving kit at check-in, but it wasn’t in my room, I had to ask again. For a hotel claiming to be 4-star, the service, cleanliness, and attention to detail were shockingly subpar. The bathroom floor will also be wet after shower, I’m not sure how the water flow out but there it is. Not to mention, the towels are in terrible condition. Probably used 193682 times without changing. I probably won’t be returning and would caution others to think twice before booking here. One good thing, they do up the room deck nicely. Staff was not rude or anything, it’s just disappointing.

Thankyou to the lovely, professional and very helpful Manager , Sylvia , for another wonderful stay. My go to hotel when i travel from Australia! This is a fantastic great value hotel close to all amenities and metro train and buses. The hotel rooms are spotless, large and comfortable with great beds and fluffy towels. The spa and pool area has a 360' view. ..with a relaxing outlook. Complimentary coffee and reception area. Close to numerous great restaurants and convenient stores.

Great location near the shopping mall and many FBs surrounding. The staff are polite and very friendly. The room is clean but a bit small for more than one guest. The lobby provides free drinks and food. I will come back again if needed.
