SantaPark - the Home Cavern of Santa Claus

Well organized and very kid focused. Everything runs smoothly from entry to activities. The underground setting feels immersive and works well, especially in winter. Activities are structured and engaging for children. Not rushed. Staff stay patient and friendly. It is clearly designed for families. Adults without kids may find it less exciting, but for children it delivers. Ticket prices are on the high side, but you get a full experience in return.

Santa park is an awesome underground experience. No need for all the warm gear, you can leave it in the locker room. If like us you are travelling home the same day, there is also locked cupboard you can store your suitcase etc in. We bought the tickets on the day, and it was very quiet as were got there early. Theres so much to do in here, arts and crafts where you design and make your own santa, gingerbread decorating, virtual sleigh ride, an actual train ride, an elf workshop. Highlight was being meeting santa, he was fantastic. My wife ran ahead and gave him ours kids letters they wrote at Xmas, he read them prior to us going in and when we entered he knew there names, ages and what they wanted, the look on their faces was priceless. There is an elf show at various times throughout the day and its a great display of acrobatics. The food hall is pricey and options are pretty standard for the buffet. When were leaving we heading the park thats just outside and let the kids play on the zip line for abit before we left for the airport. Great day and experience.

A lot of money and lacklustre for us! We have an 11yr old who still believes but on the cusp and a 7yr old who is a true believer. We wanted to take them to Lapland for the magic of Santa when then would remember it. We chose Santa park as was recommend to us, but unfortunately was a bit disappointing. We watched some YouTube videos of the park from 2024 (which included a couple of older things like an ice bar and a couple of older rides) and looked a good mix of entertainment for the kids - this year sadly it had no wow factor at all. There wasn’t a moment for wow that was awesome- it was more “it was nice!”. The experience was gingerbread decorating, mini Santa making (with wood and felt), elf school- queuing for 30-44mins on average, for a 25mins show, learning elf words, passing the “artic circle” but had to ask for the certificate and for them to take a photo and a 3D train ride- not interactive. That was it plus lunch- Wich was nice and a fun elf show. There is a VR ride but it was closed as broken. Meeting Santa was ok- it was a shame that the elves didn’t take the names of the children so Santa could say hello, instead we had to shake hands and introduce ourselves- when does Santa no know the children’s names? At the post office It would’ve been nice to be able to write and post a letters to Santa or an option to take them in, But the post office was to buy a post card to send to family and friends etc. Overall it was nice but very underwhelming for us. If your children are under 7 years old I’m sure it would be lovely and magical but for £400+ it was ok- a box we can tick…. but if we knew what we know now we probably wouldn’t have gone. The zip line at the front was good fun and the elf show was entertaining.

A fabulous place for kids 🤩 Interesting workshops on painting gingerbread and making a toy Santa. The musical show with elves is definitely the most interesting highlight of Santa's office. And the meeting with Santa Claus was unforgettable. However, in my opinion, the entrance tickets are expensive, and be prepared to pay an additional fee for a photo with Santa 😉

Place is inside a huge cavern. Lots of activities for the kids. The elves are friendly and cute especially the magic train elf (he manage to squeeze himself into our group photo hahahahaha). There will be a lot of people so expect long queue for the activities. The queue for the buffet is also very long. Took us an hour before we get our food. Recommend to visit for the atmosphere and the overall display. Kids will love it.

A Christmas Fairytale on Earth! Our whole family rates it 1000 out of 10. A wonderful place. The people working there are exceptionally warm – you truly feel like you’re in an elf kingdom. We visited in early November, and there were absolutely no queues. Everything is well thought out. For children, it’s a dream come true – and for adults, even more so. We took the VEP package, so we didn’t have to think about anything; everything was perfectly organized. We arrived at 10:00 and spent about 3.5 hours there. We were very pleasantly surprised by the elf performance – we didn’t expect it at all, and the 20-minute show was really engaging. There’s one place to eat – the food is simple but decent. So, if you’re wondering whether this place is worth visiting – don’t miss this experience!

As an adult lady solo traveller who loves Christmas, I really enjoyed Santa Park! The elves were fun, the shows entertaining and the real Santa was a joy. It was warm and cosy while outside was a snow storm. Highly recommended for any age.

We went when very quiet so no queues. kids enjoyed and it was warm. What let this place down was the food offering which was poor and far too expensive with few vegetarian options. the elf show is good, elf school is good, cookie decorating, train, virtual sled ride, shopping area all adequate and enjoyed. staff were nice and helpful throughout. Note there is no luggage storage but a cloakroom is available for coats and outdoor gear. Also note that there is a long ramp down from the entrance to the activities (no lift) and a hill from the car park to climb. On the way out this is opposite way round so take care if you have anyone with mobility issues as this is challenging. tip - get to the elf show early to get the best seat, especially if you are also eating lunch there.
