Santa's Cabin

Very nice property close to lots of things to do for adults and kids. Could use some technology upgrades. The internet didn’t work hardly at all and it was impossible to watch television from bad signal and satellite signal. DVD players were cheap and didn’t work Some weren’t even wired correctly and had sloppy wires and power strips. The TVs weren’t anchored to the wall so they could fall easy and hurt a child. Overall the stay was great and the beds were comfy and the AC blows cold. Could use a new grill and a charcoal grill. Whoever cleans it and maintains the hot tub needs to do better for both were in poor condition. Watch out for biting flys and water snakes 🐍. Lots of room for a get together.

Santa’s cabin is a magical place where they make the experience very personalized for the kids. Santa allows time for photos, then takes a few minutes to spend with the kids whose names are written on the welcome board, and then ends by doing some magic tricks. For 15 minute slots it’s just enough time to get in take photos and allow a less chaotic, more personal approach to meeting Santa! We love this place!

Did a celebration of life for my father here. It was a great location and we really enjoyed our stay. Hardest part was weak internet. Otherwise wonderful.

We brought a 7 year old boy with us who didn't believe in Santa. When we came out from seeing Santa he said he believes in Santa. This is because Santa did magical tricks and it convinced him that Santa is real. It was a great experience!

First time going to visit Santa and will be going back. Took my 3yr old twins, my SIL's 3yr old and 5m old. We got 2 time slots, which was totally worth it! Waited in the elf shack for a few mins. Yes, it was a little awkward but totally doable in order to not bust in on the people's time before us. They were prompt w appointment times. Only thing I didn't like was we paid a partial payment online, which I would have liked to pay in full. Got multiple email reminders. Showed up and it was cash only.....why wasn't this mentioned on the website or reminder emails?! So I had to an atm and back after our appointment. Thankfully, they let us come in for our session before paying in full. We were greeted at the door by Santa's elf and she was very nice! Santa was ready and very willing to try anything to make 2 out of the 4 warm up to him. Told us stories, engaged with playing w the few toys there. Didn't feel rushed. I even was trying to be respectful of the time, but he said naa you still have 10 minutes. We go by my clock." Very, very pleased.

I feel like ever since the new ownership the Elf notes are not referenced. The main reason to book the private session is for the kids to talk with Santa 1:1, not watch a magic show. I would’ve liked to have seen reference to our elve’s names and what I had listed as their preferred gifts. The notes should be referenced before the meetings if u want to charge $70 for 15 minutes. Also, what happened to Mrs. Clause? The lady wearing Nike Dunks assisting Santa is not believable. Please do not ask my daughter how to pronounce her name - you are supposed to be Santa?!! Also, please don’t ask if we have visited before. We had been coming for 5 years & sadly we will not come back for another year. Appreciated the changes to the scheduling - but there needs to be many more improvements to charge the fee you are asking.

Such a great personalized Santa experience. We had so much fun taking pictures and visiting with Santa.

This used to be a magical place. My children loved visiting Santa at “his” cabin for the past 8 years. New owners this year, I would assume purchasing a business like this that they also purchased the client list. No contact what so ever from new owners. Had email on website, I emailed multiple times, no response….. then all the sudden a new email, new website, and still no content. A first come first serve on an email that went to junk mail….. What an absolute shame… I always looked forward to that call from Mrs. Clause and truly appreciated the seniority for appointments. After several years of a random Tue afternoon or Thursday midday appointments it was nice to be nearing the point of a weekend appointment. This was a truly magical place for my family, only to have it ripped away because they didn’t continue a wonderful business model. Santa and Mrs Clause we miss you. Maybe they will figure it out, but definitely lost the magic for this family.

The most magical experience at Santa's Cabin! I was so excited to have a reason to book this personal visit with Santa. Located in White Lake, it's a fun scenic drive. Imagine a little cabin in the woods with freshly fallen snow, twinkling lights guiding you along the pathway to this secluded cabin. Once you arrive, your group is welcomed by Mrs. Clause. Shortly after, one of Santa's elves escorts you into the cabin where Santa awaits with a big ho-ho-ho! This was my first time visiting the cabin with my grand-baby. Everything was perfect and we enjoyed our time with Santa. If you have an opportunity to book, trust me, it's a memory of a lifetime!
