Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was one of the most disappointing experiences we had during our travels.|I will start with the only positive aspect – our villa with a private pool and sea view. It was very large and comfortable, and the pool was clean.||From the very beginning, we were struck by the absolute lack of organization on the part of the staff. We were informed that the driver would be waiting for us near the 7-Eleven store (about a 5-minute walk from the pier). However, it turned out that the driver was waiting at the pier. No one informed us about this. We stood by the store for 30 minutes, trying to reach the hotel by phone. Each staff member kept transferring the call or asking us to stay on the line, which took a very long time.||Throughout our stay, we repeatedly encountered the attitude of “it can’t be done.” For example, at 8:40 we asked to exchange beach towels, but were told it was only possible from 9:00 – with no flexibility or willingness to help. Another time, ordering a taxi at the reception took 30 minutes. A ticket was required for the ride, which we were informed about at the reception, but we were not given one, which caused completely unnecessary confusion.||What is particularly problematic is that the hotel offers no real assistance with renting scooters or cars. Given the hotel’s isolated location, this is a major drawback. Guests are essentially forced to rely on hotel transfers or their own improvisation, instead of receiving the basic logistical support one would expect from a place like this.||The hotel is located very far from anything, so it is suitable only for guests who do not plan to leave the property. Yes, it is possible to walk about 15 minutes to a small village, but the exit from the hotel leads over rocks and is genuinely dangerous. What is most disappointing is that several years ago, guests already suggested improving this exit in their reviews, yet the hotel has done nothing about it to this day.||There is also a lack of freedom of movement within the property. To get to the pool or the reception, you need to call for a golf cart due to the large size of the resort. The carts arrive efficiently and we never had to wait long, but having to call each time takes away a sense of comfort and independence.||The most disturbing experience, however, was the situation in the room. During the night, we heard alarming noises, so we called the reception. It turned out to be a rat that had gotten stuck in a glue trap – one of the most inhumane methods. The animal was making sounds that are impossible to forget. A staff member removed the plate with the rat, and the sight itself was truly traumatic and absolutely unacceptable in a hotel of this class.||Finally, I would like to add that during check-out, none of the staff asked us how our stay had been, even though it was after the nighttime incident with the rat. Guests checking out next to us were asked. The reception did not mention a single word about the incident that had occurred during the night.||This stay left us with a strong sense of chaos, lack of empathy, and lack of responsibility on the part of the hotel. It is a pity, because the place has potential – however, without real changes in organization, approach to guests, logistical support, and safety standards, we cannot recommend it.
