Santiago Resort - A Gay Men's Resort

We loved our time at Santiago, and wished we had booked a longer stay, but we will definitely be back. Every single staff person we encountered was incredibly helpful and genuinely happy that we were there. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the shower was fantastic, other guests were awesome and we made several new friends while we were here. Now on not even considering other hotels in Palm Springs… From the moment we booked, everything felt smooth and thoughtful. Kent reached out with a kind message to ask about our arrival time and made sure we were all set before we even got there. That small gesture already made it feel like we were in good hands. The resort itself is beautiful. The pool area is an absolute oasis, surrounded by lush greenery that gives it a peaceful, secluded feel. It never felt crowded, and we could always find a comfortable spot to relax in the sun or the shade. The privacy was exactly what we were hoping for. We really appreciated the complimentary drinks station and lunch made by a local supplier. These were a simple but generous touch that really made a difference. Every guest we met was warm, friendly, and fun. There was a great mix of people from all over, and the atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming the entire time. My boyfriend and I had such an amazing time here. We left feeling relaxed, recharged, and already talking about when we can plan our next visit. This place just gets it right in every way!

Stayed here with 16 of our friends for my husbands 40th birthday this past week for 4 nights. STAY HERE, it's amazing! Beautiful rooms, ALL the staff is beyond friendly. Pool grounds are perfect, you get breakfast and DELICIOUS lunch everyday. We all agreed that our expectations were blown away and will all be returning here. Many other hotel guest said its difficult to get room here so book early. Enjoy and thank your Kent, Robert the rest of the crew, we appreciate how special you made the week.

Always a great place to visit. Staff goes above and beyond to make your stay feel special. Amenities surpass that of big chain resorts from breakfast and lunch included to the afternoon popsicles poolside. Whether you come for tourism in Palm Springs or to disconnect yourself work related stress, this is the place to go.

From the minute I called to make reservation, KENT took care of everything, first time in Santiago, won't stay anywhere else. The place is 5 🌟. The breakfast and lunch "included"is delicious 😋. Pool, lounge chairs clean and comfy!! Kent and staff very accommodating. Can't say enough about Santiago!|Thank you 😊 ❤️

What a bloody gem! My fiancée and I are visiting from Australia and booked a few nights at Santiago to unwind after a week of partying before heading home. The resort is pristine, the staff is friendly and attentive, and the guests are relaxed and unpretentious. The included breakfast and lunch are fantastic, making it easy to spend the whole day in the space and let the world outside just fade away. As a first-timer at a clothing-optional resort, I was nervous about being naked in such a public space, but that anxiety quickly disappeared once we settled by the pool. The laid-back vibe and welcoming atmosphere made it easy to relax, and there was no pressure to do anything other than enjoy ourselves. We’ll definitely be returning to Santiago on our next trip to Palm Springs!

Died and went to Gay heaven. Immaculate grounds, relaxing atmosphere. Super nice guests from all over the world. Great heated pool. Excellent, kind hospitality. Quiet comfy room. Well-located. They’re friendly to trans people ☺️. Will definitely be visiting again.
