What’s up with canned beans and powdered egg been coming for years food quality has definitely changed! I knew the taste and it has changed! Asked for extra chicharron’s and there is only one or two in the burrito got charged extra for Chicharron. Damn what a shame. How much did you spend on per person?

Santiago's is a must have for their breakfast burrito. I have never been disappointed at any of their locations. There is typically a line, and the food is cooked fresh so it takes just a little bit of patience for you to receive it. When your food is handed to you, it is hot and the contents of the box are heavy. When you open the container you can see the ingredients are fresh and of good quality. Seriously, I have never had any complaints when I have made the decision to frequent this establishment. Everything I have tasted has been fairly priced and delicious!

This is my go to place for Chili Cheese Fries and smothered burritos!! The green chili is a Colorado staple and a must try if you are in town! The team in Castle Rock is fantastic and I greatly appreciate y’all!!

I ordered a chicken only burrito, smothered. When I got home I found it had rice in it and I can’t eat rice. I tried to call them but their phone doesn’t work. Not happy

Ive been going to Santiago's since a kid with my family .just tried this location today after moving to Denver .I am never coming to santiagos again .went up to the counter .register lady looks at me and Scoffs .points to someone else and she walks away .. Then right after the same lady sat across from me purposely while I was waiting for my food.talk about weird atmosphere ....she was wearing black shirt with it tucked in and a black hat .red lipstick .I felt weird and uncomfortable the way she looked at me .the food tastes AWFUL .NO TASTE EVEN WHEN I OUT SALT.IT LOOKS LIKE PUKE .

Best breakfast burrito around! Great price. Great staff. They have a drive through, but sometimes it's faster to go inside. The parking lot is tight. Breakfast burritos are mixed up and it's about a measuring cup worth of eggs potatoes and meat. The photo I posted is of the meat options, as they vary by day (you don't get to choose your meat)

My order was old fries and not even that much chili on my chili fries smh if I wasn't in a hurry I'd go back and get a refund but their food wasn't good
