We celebrated our 10th wedding anniversary at Santini Grill while staying at QT Perth, and it was an unforgettable experience. From the moment we sat down, Minjun, the sommelier, made the evening truly special. His wine recommendations were spot on, and the way he explained both the wines and the dishes showed genuine passion and deep knowledge. It never felt rushed or scripted — just warm, thoughtful, and perfectly timed service. The food was exceptional, but it was Minjun’s attention to detail and sincere hospitality that elevated the whole experience. Thanks to him, the dinner felt personal and memorable, exactly what you hope for on a milestone anniversary. We left already talking about when we’ll come back. Highly recommend Grill Santini, and if you’re lucky enough to be looked after by Minjun, you’re in very good hands.

Absolutely incredible evening at Santini. We had cocktails at the candlelit bar before moving to the restaurant for our dinner reservation. The waitstaff were delightful from start to finish, Amar and Senen in particular. We shared entrees, a pasta course, and then a steak, before getting tiramisu and dessert wine delivered by room service to enjoy later on. The highlights were the Wood-Fired Scallops which were incredibly impressive, and the steak which was expensive but worth the price. The wine list is extensive, but still user friendly and organised well into varietals and regions. Easy to see why it is award-winning. We also shared a small breakfast before our flight where the vibes were bright and calm for a great start to the day. One of the best meals I have ever had!

I celebrated my birthday dinner at Santini Grill, and it was such a beautiful night from start to finish. The food was incredible, the atmosphere warm and elegant, and the service truly exceptional. A big thank you to John for being so kind and attentive throughout the evening and to Ethan, the manager, for being so lovely and letting me bring my own decorations to make the table feel extra special. Every little detail made the night feel personal and memorable. It was the perfect place to celebrate, and I’m so grateful to the Santini team for making it such a wonderful experience. Can’t wait to be back!

What a delightful restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals. The service for a start was amazing. They are very friendly and with class! Smiling, polite, cheerful, and very knowledgeable about the drinks and food being served. The food was such divine! The grilled octopus, THE BEST I have tasted. I've been to so many expensive and cheap restaurants but I can say this is the best. Loved it. Their squid ink risotto were tasty and so original. We had an awesome feast, and we hope to come back soon. I highly recommend Santini Bar and Grill.

Absolutley perfect place to wrap up the year for a Staff Christmas Lunch. The Chefs feed me menu was spectacular and generous, we enjoyed every single dish right down to the salad, so simple yet so delicious. I can see the love that goes into the food, thanks to the kitchen.The drinks were fantastic, great espresso martini and the best house made limoncello - not too sweet with a refreshing tartness. Stand out was our waiter John, what a character - he backed up the quality of the food and drinks with outstanding service delivered with knowledge, personality and humour. He is the characture that makes for an extra memorable experience. Well done Santini, will definately be back

Popped into this bar for the first time in a little while the other day. They used to have this delicious watermelon cocktail which is no longer on the menu but the bar man was able to make a modified version of it for me and it was absolutely divine. The ambience and vibe in this bar is excellent, always a great spot for a late night drink and snack.

While staying at the QT Hotel we could not resist dinning at Santini as the wood inspired menu was too irresistible. Service was spot great, friendly and made us feel welcome straight away. Looking at the menu, there was a lot that took our fancy but decided to start with the Wood fired scallop's and Octopus. Probably a mistake as the scallops didn't really work been wood fired, especially with the slice of orange. Octopus was a major let down and sent that one packing, which hats off to the maître d who had the time to ask about our meal and removed this from our bill. The wood fired lamb rump was exceptional, really enjoyed this and my wife also enjoyed the Crab Linguine. Overall, very enjoyable dinner if we forget about the starters :) The following morning we had breakfast here as well, went with the Mushrooms and a couple of poached eggs, fantastic!

Nice restaurant in probably the hippest hotel in Perth. Incredibly crowded for a Monday night. We shared the Capri salad and tuna tartare. Tuna was nothing special but the salad was very interesting, a little sour (in a good way) and beautifully presented. For a main, shared the steak for two and it was excellent (and more than enough food). Cooked perfectly medium rare. Ended with a cheese plate (not on the menu). It was also very nice. A very good meal in a restaurant with a great vibe.

We went to Santini a few years ago with friends and were impressed by the food but disappointed in the service. We decided to give it another try for our anniversary this year and it was fantastic. We had the scallops for entree which were delicious, I could have eaten them as a main, only drawback was they were a bit pricey. For main my husband had the rib eye and I had the Kalbarri snapper which we both enjoyed a lot. Will definitely be returning.

I decided to check out this restaurant as I've heard the useful review. I decore of the restaurant is modern and beautiful. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The waitress took our coat and backpacks and kept it in the cloakroom. We noticed how small and close the seats and table were. We got chatting to the table next to us to discuss what we were going to order. The waiter gave us the menu, and it was big. Took a while for us to decide what we wanted. We've decided to have entree we had the zucchini flower and the gold band snapper cappaccio. My personal favourite is the zucchini flower. My least favourite is the gold band snapper cappaccio as the fish is a bit too thick and also it is way too fishy smell for my liking. As for mains, we got the rib eye and the New York sirloin on the bone, the two steaks we ordered, we love the New York sirloin on the bone, the steak is more, and the depth of the flavour is to my liking. We got the dessert, Tre cannolis three flavours. It was a bit of a disappointment to me, as the pastry is a bit soggy and the filling in the cannolis were a bit too rich for my liking. I will return to try their items on the menu, as I missed out the truffle mac and cheese.

Came here on a whim for a quiet a Sunday dinner. The restaurant is in the hotel, so there is a level of fine dining expected and it is delivered. To start with I had the lamb chop that had been marinated for 48 hours in garlic. The garlic note wasn't as strong as I was expecting given that description however it was cooked perfectly medium rare and was just so juicy. For mains we shared the 800g T-Bone medium rare and garlic roast potatoes. Both cooked to perfection and the sea salt rub on the T-Bone was perfect. For dessert I had the Tiramisu. It was "family style" and dishes out into a plate at the table. It was real Tiramisu. You can just imaging an 80 yr old Italian lady out the back making it. It's worth the $16!

Overall a very good dining experience. Our table for four was positioned a good distance from other diners so that we did not feel hemmed in or isolated. Service was prompt and efficient. Menus and wine lists were provided quickly to allow perusal while pre dinner drinks were served. Without going into long details, all entrees and mains were as described on the menu and generally well presented. The only slight negative comment is that the rigatoni pasta was a little too "al dente" even for an Italian like my friend Joe. The wine list is interesting but generally overpriced (although this seems to be the norm in restaurants these days). The waitress was charming and attentive without being intrusive. I would recommend this restaurant for a special occasion or a way to impress businesses acquaintances.

The truffle mustard is my new favourite condiment in the world. The sides were exceptional, the seasonal pea side is amazingly fresh and vibrant, the hand cut chips are crunchy and the slightly seasoned salt adds a nice depth, not to mention the roasted potato with garlic. The only thing that wasn't up to the same standard was the temperature of the steaks; the medium rare came out rare, edging almost to blue and the medium well came out perfectly medium rare. But the positive and the thing that made it not a big loss was the beef quality was impeccable. It came out tender as anything. If this is their quality while they are still ironing out the opening month hiccups they are set to be a hero in the Perth food scene once they are all settled and sorted.
