One of the best ice cream parlors in the world, listed in the top 100. I had a delicious lemon, passion fruit/maracuja, strawberry ice cream. Delicious, fresh, all natural. Highly recommended. Slightly hidden on the north side of the Museum of the Carriages (Museu Nacional dos Coches), it has a nice sitting area outside protected from the sun. Great selection (see photos). Open till 10 PM in the summer.

Have been traveling Portugal 4 week, and had gelato every day. This is by far the worst. Had moka and caramel. Both were icey and not creamy at all. The moka tasted of burnt coffee and the idea of leaving pieces of beans just left a bunch of black grains stuck in my teeth. Where is the creamy and velvety Italian gelato? Also, the most expensive we have had. €4.20 for the smallest one. We never paid more than €3 from Porto all the way South to the Algarve. Oh…I am Italian by the way.

We stopped here for gelato after dinner one night and ordered four scoops—coconut, cinnamon, chocolate, and mocha. Every flavor was incredible, with rich, well-balanced tastes that made the experience truly memorable. The price was on the higher side, but the quality and flavor made it well worth it. The staff were also very friendly and engaging, which added to the experience. A great spot for high-quality gelato.

An absolute gem in little old Lisbon! The flavors are incredibly rich and fresh, you can taste the quality in every bite. The fruit sorbets are bursting with natural flavor, and the creamy options are perfection. The staff is extremely friendly, and the line moves quickly even when it's busy, and they let you try whatever you want until you make your decision. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, making it a great spot to treat yourself.

Way too sweet if you are not Portuguese… I’d recommend you plain Sundae in McDonalds rather than this. Small portion for what you pay. As for the Portuguese, who are used to desserts which have more than 50% of sugar and think that the desserts are supposed to taste only sugar and nothing else, they must like it

Very tasty ice cream, but perhaps a little too expensive

Definitely one of the best gelato I’ve had, even compared to Italy. I tried the pistachio and the santini tart with fruits of the forest, gosh I loved them. The pistachio firstly has such good texture, the colour of the pistachio, the nuts blended in, it was perfect. The santini tart was very surprising with actual pieces of crushed tart. I loved it, and it was a good refreshing complement for the sticky pistachio. You can tell it’s a good gelato place because they don’t pile the product high to display, they cover it with a metal lid to protect the product.

This place was recommended by many to us. The chocolate gelato was lacking in richness. Pleasant, but tasted more like chocolate milk / hot chocolate powder. That might be your preference but it isn’t mine, hence the lower 3* review. I would recommend Niva instead if you are looking for something fuller bodied.

Yelp
When our Uber saw this is where we were heading, he couldn't say enough great things! Apparently is a staple in Cascais! I had to get three scoops to try more flavors and it was delicious! Don't be fooled by the line, it goes very quickly. Not really anywhere to sit, more of a grab and go place.

Yelp
Excellent ice cream parlour, regarded by many as serving the best Italian ice cream in Lisbon. It's one of a handful of branches, here located under the brutalist bulk of the Museum of Coaches. The white-tiled parlour itself isn't going to win any awards for character, but then again you come for the ice cream, so it's not a place you're going to linger. They serve their ice cream in cones, tubs or on cakes (you can just have a cake if you want, though that rather defeats the object of coming here). The range of flavours is fairly traditional (so no pineapple cheesecake). Their fruit flavours - key lime, lemon, raspberry are spectacularly fresh and zingy, whereas nut, coffee and chocolate flavours are rich and decadent. You prepay at the till before taking a ticket to the ice cream counter itself, so the serving staff don't handle money. Recommended.
