Sant'Isidoro Pizza & Bolle - Prati

Very nice atmosphere and delicious pizza! The diavola was to die for, although not spicy at all. Loved the pepper drops ! The Moscow mule was more like a lemonade.

I have had pizza from the dolomites all the way to Sicily and this may be the best pizza I have had anywhere!!! The crust is superb, perfectly cooked with great bounce. Pairing amazing pizza with sparkling wine is just genius. We had our with a Franciacorta Rosé and it was phenomenal! Come to Rome, come to Sant. Isidro Pizza & Bolle!!!!!!

The pizza is good but not very filling (not much fish), see photo! The waiter is friendly. Information for tourists: you will need to pay an additional €2 per person for the table setting.

Fantastic Pizza - possibly the best in Rome! The restaurant is located away from the city center but easy to get to via subway or bus. This place is definitely a local spot so if you want to eat proper pizza go here!

Food was amazing! The service was horrible, but after interacting with the other staff I think it was just one waiter that needs to be trained. We ordered a bottle of bubbly wine, the waiter had no idea how to open the bottle and when he did it sprayed everywhere. What was so shocking is that he poured it anyway even though we lost half the bottle on the ground. I was shocked to see it was charged to our bill. Then we ordered a red wine and he tried to pour it on our old glasses that still had old wine in it, we requested new glasses which he brought but visibly upset we would ask! He could barely open the bottle, didn't ask us for a taste. Not long after he brought the bill and said it's time for you to leave as we have our second round of reservations. There was nobody in the restaurant so we didn't understand why we had to hurry up and go to a new restaurant for desert. Food was good, pizza amazing, server ruined the experience. He needs to be trained including how to make an experience. I have lived in Rome for 10 years speak Italian and he refused to even speak to us except in his poor English.

Came here on recommendation of a Roman friend. Atmosphere was quite modern & chic. They were fully booked, but thankfully they were able to seat me on a high stool table which suited. I had the Cosacca pizza which was delicious, the Pecorino cheese having a nice tang! The dough was tasty and chewy, classic Neapolitan style. Service was efficient & professional.

You have to make reservations. We order to go and the food was deliciouso and the staffs was very nice.

Hands down BEST PIZZA IN ROME. I visited Rome for 10 days and tried a few places, but this is a definitive winner BY FAR. I ate the entire pizza with the sides (which I usually leave due to other places burning them into charcoal). You might think that's about it, but it's not! Because their Tiramisu with an espresso is the most delicious pastry I had during my entire visit. Some day when I don't feel like pizza I think I may travel an hour just to have their Tiramisu again.
