Great vibe and breeze walking along the ocean! Wish there wasn’t tons of trash, lets clean that up asap 👏🏼

A great place to walk, and it can be a very long walk, great for exercise, not too many people, plenty of police nearby. The downfall is the sun can be very hot, so sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat is recommended. As you leave the Colonial Zone area, there are less ships and restaurants, so bring water! Nice views as you can see in my photos.

Great for a long walk by the sea. Best at sunrise or sunset. The sidewalks are in good condition and there are plenty of places to seat and rest along the way. Bring your water though, as there are no street vendors or shops, other than at one end at plaza Juan Barón and near Montesinos. Sadly, water is contaminated (both from the nearby river as from raw sewage water dumped on the sea) and the beaches are swamped with plastic.

Good for a long run or walk, although there are some areas where the pavement is slick and some areas that are not very well lit. Obviously, great for hanging out with family and friends. Plastics and paper litter seems to be part of the landscape, as it is on so many other parts of the island.

This was great place few years ago. Looks like local economy did no survived big economical hit from COVID times. Great potential for future. Ocean needs huge clean up. Locals trying to voluntarily put some effort, but it requires big commercial equipment to achieve this goal.

The one sad part about it was the amount of trash in the water. I pray that something can be done and this place can be preserve as it deserves. The amount of trash was horrid. Near by restaurant are nice and the walk was good.

Beautiful promenade, with gorgeous sea views. 3 miles walking along this stretch, and I saw a lot of the key tourist attractions in the city, with no guide!

Always walk /run in company of someone else. I recommend restaurant Adrian Tropical, it's on the water, literally.
