Unfortunately, this community has several ongoing issues, beginning with the conduct of the community manager. She often comes across as rude and unprofessional, and appears more focused on finding minor reasons to fine residents rather than supporting them.
For example, I experienced an issue where my assigned parking space— which I pay $75 per month for—was occupied by another vehicle when I returned home from work at 2 a.m. Instead of resolving the situation, I was advised to take another resident’s assigned space. To avoid conflict, I temporarily parked across the two spots I pay for, only to have my car towed and fined.
In addition, the amenities are poorly managed. The pool, gym, and other facilities are frequently accessed by people who do not live in the community, while the parking garage is often used by non-residents engaging in illegal activity. This lack of oversight contributes to recurring problems, such as the strong smell of marijuana throughout the community, which makes it uncomfortable and embarrassing to host guests.
Furthermore, the elevators and hallways are consistently unpleasant, with the carpets holding odors that make the environment less welcoming.
Overall, these issues reflect poorly on the management of the community and create a negative living experience for residents
There’s better community’s in Boynton Beach with similar if not better rent rates that offer way better living experience.
