By far the rudest, most unhelpful leasing office i have ever seen. Invasive, not helpful, and unkind. The office manager is basically useless and its impossible to get information because they barely answer the phone and then blame you when its hard to recieve information. Literally called multiple times to be put on hold for several minutes and eventually hung up on because no one actually spoke to me. Truly wouldn't recommend to anyone. Quick to charge but not quick to do anything else. Maintenance even takes ages and they are also rude when you ask why it took 3 weeks. If you call them 5 times and can even reach them. Or they say they'll call you back and dont. It is the opposite of feeling at home. Not welcoming AT ALL. And worse it comes from the higher ups. I have an unanswered email from even the district manager who also just stopped answering me. Truly, also not helpful and cant even be bothered to anwser an email. That's how little they care for residents. For the money, go anywhere else where the office isn't incredibly rude, dismissive, unavailable. Pretty much can do better anywhere else. Don't have a problem of any sort, they wont help. You'll be lucky if you can get an anwser about anything

Unfortunately, this community has several ongoing issues, beginning with the conduct of the community manager. She often comes across as rude and unprofessional, and appears more focused on finding minor reasons to fine residents rather than supporting them. For example, I experienced an issue where my assigned parking space— which I pay $75 per month for—was occupied by another vehicle when I returned home from work at 2 a.m. Instead of resolving the situation, I was advised to take another resident’s assigned space. To avoid conflict, I temporarily parked across the two spots I pay for, only to have my car towed and fined. In addition, the amenities are poorly managed. The pool, gym, and other facilities are frequently accessed by people who do not live in the community, while the parking garage is often used by non-residents engaging in illegal activity. This lack of oversight contributes to recurring problems, such as the strong smell of marijuana throughout the community, which makes it uncomfortable and embarrassing to host guests. Furthermore, the elevators and hallways are consistently unpleasant, with the carpets holding odors that make the environment less welcoming. Overall, these issues reflect poorly on the management of the community and create a negative living experience for residents There’s better community’s in Boynton Beach with similar if not better rent rates that offer way better living experience.

This has been the worst experience RUN away from this place fire alarms going off all the time and I work from home. Construction site everywhere can’t even enjoy my apartment and all they do is apologize for the inconvenience but never do anything about it. No security for the pool. The pool it is open to the public please skip these apartments. Currently sitting on my patio because the fire alarms are going off again testing the fire alarms for five days straight from 9 to 4:30 and I have a dog that I have to walk, but I have to wait till the fire alarms go off so I can walk him. This is just sad. As well as trying to make me turn my keys in when my lease is not up till next month because they told someone that they can move in while I’m still paying rent

The individuals working in the leasing office are so sweet! I enjoy speaking to them because they are always ready to assist!

Currently my daughter is dealing with an extreme leak and this is the third mold remediation treatment. It’s so bad there’s black mold. On the ceiling. Kitchen. Her closets, and it’s spreading to her bed, couch, bar stools and furniture. The complex has treated this without actually fixing it 3 times. They will not give her another apartment. They even tried to blame my daughter. We have video & picture proof of the issue. We have no choice but to hire a lawyer. It’s a shame when apartment management isn’t run correctly. The young lady manager. Lorena has no clue about how to treat this and will not deal with it. It’s very illegal and not being treated right. There’s a leak in the walls and this will continue to happen. You cannot just put gum on a leaky dam. It has to be ripped out, then treated, then replaced. Do not rent here. Horrible slum lords unwilling to take care of their own mess. These photos do not do it justice….the videos are bad and it was getting worse by the hour. They didn’t even put a dehumidifier in…they sprayed, and repainted, covering up the issue. Horrible! Update: after the management had this treated 3 times, they then stuck their lawyer on us and restricted us, the parents from contacting anyone but the lawyer. Now finding out that IT IS THE MANAGEMENT FAULT….the thermostat was broken and they are still not helping my daughter. Lastly, she was told she can no longer reside there are lease end Sept 30th. Not sure why, but they’ve done nothing to accommodate her sickness or issue.

Excellent place. I’ve been here 5 years. The staff is amazing! Very helpful, I had an AC leak, I put in a request and within 20 minutes maintenance was not only at my apartment but resolved it within the hour. The community frequently does resident appreciation, which involves a plethora of activities. Food, prizes to be won. Around the holidays they have a gift wrapping station, and a donation to help the less fortunate. And as someone who’s big into the community it makes me proud to be a Santorini resident. Lorena, Sari, Liz, Carla, and the entire maintenance staff you all rock!

We’ve had a great experience living at Santorini Apartments! The leasing process was a breeze, and the leasing agents are incredibly friendly and helpful. Our leasing agent, Liz, was fantastic to work with—very attentive and made everything so smooth. The apartments themselves are modern and well-maintained, and the buildings (both inside and out) are kept spotless. Maintenance is always on point and quick to respond. A huge plus is the reserved parking spot in the garage—no more hunting for parking! The pool and gym are also kept in great condition, which we appreciate. There are plenty of dog waste stations, complete with bags, although unfortunately, some residents don’t clean up after their dogs (which is frustrating). As for the fire alarm complaints I’ve seen, I only experienced it once during Hurricane Milton, and the alarm was off within 5 minutes, so no big deal. The property staff is always on call for any emergencies after hours, which adds a lot of peace of mind. Overall, we’ve had a great experience here. Thanks to the whole Morguard team for making this a great place to live!

Amazing experience so far at Santorini. I love living here as it’s close location to everything you need. Great amenities as well. Lissy, Lorena and everyone at leasing office has been wonderful. Every guest I have had come visit loves the apartment complex and location. Such a great community. Complex always is well taken care of. No complaints at all! Resigned for another year! I am not from the area originally and this was the best decision. Smooth and easy transition thanks to the ladies at the leasing office! Calming, peaceful environment. Thank you Santorini for making it feel like home! 😃

Yelp
I've looked at multiple apartments in different communities and this one is my favorite! I just moved in yesterday and didn't have to clean anything! Everything is spotless, no holes in the walls, no cracks in the tile or granite... Definitely recommend this place!

Yelp
We have been living here a little over a year. There have been issues with parking, trash and a couple other concerns but since the new management has taken over we can see the efforts being made. The office staff is super helpful, always friendly and you can tell they truly hear your concerns. We have confidence that they will make the community live up to it's potential since previous ownership. We know this won't happen overnight and are excited to see this unfold. Outside of that, the apartments have everything you could need and the complex amenities are great! As for the surrounding areas, there are many restaurants and stores nearby within walking distance. You can also take the kids on their rollerblades or bikes and make a day of it!

Yelp
I have lived here since September. On my move in day there was dirty footprints and construction debris in the unit. I moved in on a Friday at 4pm and the leasing agent went home without doing a walk through. When I called they said they could not clean it up until Monday. I had to take another weekend off work which delayed my move by three weeks. It was clean when I first viewed the unit. The water pressure is terrible and you can barely wash the shampoo out of your hair in the shower. The worst part is the large number of smokers in the building. If you even try to open your balcony door tons of smoke pours in. The apartment itself is beautiful and the staff are nice and friendly. Unfortunately, the residents throw trash and cigarettes everywhere and it is a really bad place to live if you have asthma or a health condition.

Yelp
Lived at Santorini for a year now, just renewed my lease! Haven't had any real big issues, any issue I've ever had may have been minor but between management and maintenance, everyone is very helpful in getting anything we've needed taken care of with a smile. I love the location. The views from my apartment is beyond gorgeous! I know apartments have issues but the worst issue may be not enough guest parking! But I live here, and rarely have guest so it doesn't really effect me at all! But needless to say, I love living at Santorini! Great neighborhood as well, everything you need is so close by! Gas stations, restaurants, daycares, dollar store, Michaels, Target, seriously you name it and it's walking distance. Stephanie, the manager is one of the sweetest! I would definitely recommend coming to see the place for yourself

Yelp
I have lived at Santorini since July, 2019. I really like it here. I've always lived in new communities and I'm very picky about cleanliness. My building is pretty clean, meaning with the exception of dog owners that don't know what it means to pick up after their pets, and the people that drag their leaking garbage down the hall, which is about anywhere you live, apartment wise. The staff is extremely nice and maintenance responds in a timely manner. The pool is always sparkling, inviting, and quiet. I also love the location. Everything is within walking distance, which is so convenient. I feel that I made a good decision to move here.

Yelp
Place is a scam! They want your money and have outrageous fees. 500$ redecoration fee and the place is brand new. 600$ pet fee and 35 per month. Security deposit and admin fees as well as applications. Scam scam scam

Yelp
My husband and I moved in last year in August and we just moved out. We only moved due to renting a house. This is a great place to live. We had a very good experience. Stephanie Alvarez was amazing! She made our move in and move out a great experience. The maintenance is fantastic. If you are looking for a place to live this is a great place. Thanks Stephanie and Santorini! You Rock!

Yelp
I have lived at Santorini for a few months now. The staff is great and more responsive than anywhere else I have lived. I have had a few issues since moving in but they're always handled immediately. Overall we love it here!

Yelp
I've been at Santini located at Renaissance Commons in Boynton Beach for only a short time, but several things are already abundantly clear. The property has an elegant outside appearance but this expertly disguises what you'll find underneath the surface. Maintenance issues are not dealt with in a timely fashion, the upkeep of the property is only marginally good, the walls/roof are paper thin (you can hear your neighbors playing their TV or neighbors playing loud music), the managing company decided to go cheap with things like the shower head and lighting on the inside, and the overall monthly rent is severely overpriced. I'd recommend looking long and hard before choosing Santini if you're used to getting a good deal.

Yelp
Really think twice about this place!! I've been living here about 8 months and I am totally disappointed. Looks great from the outside and so many kinks to work out on the inside. I moved in when management was changing over and it just seems like they can't get it together. I think the staff is ok... they never answer the phone. Guest parking is a total NIGHTMARE! I'm not sure what they had in mind for our guest, but for a community this size the amount of guest spaces was a complete after thought. I've literally watched people enter the parking garage from the exit side because of the lack of spaces. People park in our assigned spots in the garage and to date there isn't any recourse. Management says to take a picture of the license plate and let them know, however, we are still left having to park outside in the guest spaces which there aren't any. A total inconvenience! The pool area can be extremely noisy more often than less. I can't say that I hear noise from my neighbors, but you can smell the smoke in your unit coming from the outside. There are designated places for trash, yet people pile trash in the breezeways and unfortunately in the parking garage trash cans which attracts all kinds of bugs and it smells horrible. Pet owners don't clean up behind their pets and that's just unfortunate. The door on the third floor coming from the parking garage slams shut. I've been told since I moved here that it would be fixed but it has yet to happen. Also, the door is always unlocked. What is the purpose of the key fob entry if it doesn't lock?? The units are ok but not enough storage INSIDE the unit. I understand that they offer additional storage in the hallway, but who wants to pay the additional monthly rent for that. I mean they have a charge for everything and it just doesn't match what the complex as a whole has to offer. There are just way to many small things that have not been addressed here which for me has not made the greatest experience. Again, think twice before moving here.
