We had an absolutely incredible stay at Santorini Secret Suites & Spa! The property is stunning, with breathtaking views that truly capture the magic of Santorini. The service was impeccable—quick, thoughtful, and always delivered with a smile. A special mention to the reception staff, who were among the warmest and most helpful people we’ve ever met. Every part of our stay was seamless—we didn’t face a single issue. On the day of our departure, they arranged a smooth airport drop-off and even packed us a delicious breakfast to take along, since we had an early flight. The manager personally helped us with our luggage, which was such a thoughtful touch and really shows how much they care about their guests. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free experience in Santorini. We’ll definitely be back!

We had a wonderful stay in the Maisonette Suite with our family and couldn’t have asked for a better location. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and having a private hot tub made our stay feel extra luxurious. The nearby community pool was also a great bonus. What truly set this place apart was the exceptional service. From the thoughtful attention to detail to the genuinely warm and friendly staff, everything exceeded our expectations. A particularly memorable moment was the surprise birthday cake they arranged for my wife — such a kind and personal touch that made our experience truly unforgettable. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

This was one of the top hotel stays in my travel history. The rooms are really nice and spacious, with decent AC, and nice large bathrooms. Each balcony has a jacuzzi and the service is excellent. The breakfast is a standout at Secret Suites. We really enjoyed starting our days with a good healthy meal. The pool, although compact, has great lounging areas and enough space for guests even at peak season. The location is really excellent as well. It is right in the heart of Oia’s main thoroughfare. There are many good food and drink options in close proximity

From the moment we arrived, our experience at Secrets in Santorini was nothing short of magical. We were warmly welcomed by the incredible staff, who not only remembered our names throughout our stay but also made us feel genuinely at home. They even carried our luggage straight to our room, which was such a thoughtful touch after a long journey. Our suite was stunning, complete with a private pool that overlooked the caldera – waking up to that view every morning felt like a dream. Without a doubt, this hotel offers the best view in Oia – postcard-perfect sunsets right from our terrace. The location was ideal – peaceful and private, yet just steps away from all the restaurants, shops, and famous photo spots. Everything we wanted to see and do was within easy reach. One of the many thoughtful touches: we had a very early flight, and the staff surprised us with a beautifully packed breakfast box to take with us. That kind of attention to detail really stood out and made us feel so well cared for. This was easily one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Every detail, from the exceptional service to the breathtaking scenery, made it unforgettable. We’re already dreaming of coming back!

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our entire visit. One of the absolute highlights was dining at Black Rock Restaurant. Every meal was a culinary masterpiece — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The quality of ingredients, creativity of the dishes, and impeccable service easily make it one of the best dining experiences we’ve had, not just on the island, but anywhere. We also want to address a common concern for travelers: despite recent news reports about seismic activity in the region, we’ve found no evidence of any earthquake damage here. Everything on the island is operating smoothly — the roads, resorts, restaurants, and experiences are all fully functional and completely safe. You would never know there had been any sort of scare. Santorini is not only as breathtaking as ever — it’s also fully open, peaceful, and welcoming. If you’re considering a visit, don’t hesitate. This place is a true gem, and Santorini Suites & Spa is the ideal way to experience it in comfort, beauty, and luxury.

Secret Hotels was amazing! The entire staff from the reception to the bartenders to the restaurant staff were unbelievably friendly and accommodating. Our room was stunning with amazing views! Breakfast was delicious! Everyone was very attentive. All needs and beyond are met! Lastly, the location is in the heart of Oia, right in walking distance to all the shops. Highly recommend!

Santorini Secret Suites lived up to every expectation. The location, the rooms, the resort and especially the staff. This is a true 5 star experience. Firstly the room was bright, spacious and spotless, modern with Greek flair. Bathroom was enormous. Hot tub on the patio was the finishing touch. The view from the room was simply spectacular, deep into the Caldera. The hotel location is perfect just a few minute walk and you are in the heart of Oia. One point! As with all the hotels facing the Caldera there are many steps. If you have mobility issues none of these hotels will work for you. I have already reviewed the hotel Restaurant, Black Rock, it was spectacular for dinner but I wanted to make a special mention for the breakfast. The breakfast selection was terrific we enjoyed every one during our 5 mornings. The management and staff at this property are simply the best. Their attention to detail and their willingness to help for anything we needed was just 5 star from the reception, poolside, restaurant, room staff and the porters who took care of getting our, heavy, cases up to the roadside or down to the room. All were simply great. We had a terrific 20th anniversary celebration stay at the Santorini Secret Suites and would highly recommend this hotel as one of the best we have ever stayed in, thanks to all the staff there for making it so special.

The greeting was unexpectedly awesome! It was our first time in Santorini and the staff were all smiles and warmth when we arrived, tired, after our long flight from the US. The view from the patio is spectular and the room was impeccable with cold, sparkling wine and goodies. Every staff person was attentive and looking out for us at every step of the way. The meals at the restaurant (I love having a hearty breakfast) were scrumptuous and well presented. To top it all, we were given a packed breakfast when we left very early for our flight to Athens. If there is such a thing as perfection, I would give that rating to Santorini Secret Suites and Spa. Definitely.
