Sapa Centre Hotel

Had a very good stay at this hotel. The location is ideal, near to almost everything. The room I was assigned to has a very good view. The room is big (and the bed too). PAnd I felt very safe as a solo traveler.||Also, Dua Lipa and her team provided a very good service. They clean my room daily, replenish my water, and towels. Their breakfast buffet was very good too. Very good selection of food for its price. Will definitely recommend this hotel and book it again when I go back in Sapa.

I had a wonderful stay at Sapa Center Hotel. The location is very convenient, just near Sapa Station, which made getting around easy. We stayed in a clean and spacious family room with a beautiful view, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The service was excellent, and the staff made us feel very welcome. A special mention to Selena, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay—she went above and beyond to assist us. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

We had a great stay at Sapa Center. It's super close to the Sapa Station just a minute away. It's also close to a lot of restaurants, cafes, souvenir shops and convenience stores. The staff are really helpful and cheerful to talk to. The room is clean and has toiletries, water and robes. You can request water if needed. Buffet breakfast is superb! Highly recommended!!!

The service overall was excellent – everyone was friendly and attentive. The front desk staff were especially helpful and professional, always ready to assist with any questions or requests. The location is perfect, right in the city center and close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The location is perfect, just a short walk to Sun Plaza, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a relaxing place to rest after a day out. The only minor issue was that the fridge didn’t work, but it didn’t affect our overall experience.
