Sapa Centre Hotel

During our 3 nights stay, I would say this the perfect location if you want to stay in central. Very close to SAPA station 2 min walk. There is cafe in lobby and they serve good coffee and pizza. Room is spacious (room 201). Bed was really comfortable. They clean it everyday and provide tea coffee and water. The concierge are really helpful and accommodating. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Great location! The staff were super friendly and made me feel truly valued, especially when they took the time to ask how my day was. They also offered helpful suggestions for attraction tickets and transportation options. The breakfast staff were equally accommodating, even going the extra mile by offering to prepare soups and omelets, making you feel genuinely cared for.

We booked here for 2N end of June 2025 and it was such a pleasant stay. We booked two rooms across 5 people and they were able to put us in two family rooms that connected. The balcony was city view and very gorgeous! Room was super spacious and so was the bathroom! Dua was really helpful with tour and sightseeing information and this hotel was right by the train station to the cable car. Would stay here again if we visit SaPa (though, I do think only 1 full day is enough to visit everything so that may not be for a while). Breakfast was also great, so I recommend booking with that option.

Our stay was EPIC!!! the room was the best. It has balcony facing the Sapa centre. The service was good. The staffs was the best most especially Selena. she helped us a lot from booking our alpine coaster to finding us a driver going anywhere. They always give us tea in the lobby. The food was superb as well. Our breakfast didn’t disappoint us. All taste well. this hotel made our stay in sapa epic. and did I say the location was the best with near restaurants, massage and retail shops. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The hotel staff were just exceptional. They are able to catered to all travel needs. We found that booking tickets to fansipan and the glass bridge to be super worth. They offer the same price as the ticket office in both attractions hence saved us lots of waiting time

I recently stayed at Sapa Centre Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The room was incredibly spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, making it a very comfortable place to relax after a day of exploring. All the staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and kind — they made me feel very welcome throughout my stay. The hotel’s location is perfect, right in the heart of Sapa. It’s just a short walk to Sapa Station and Sun Plaza, and there are plenty of stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby, which made it really convenient. Whether you’re visiting for sightseeing, shopping, or just to enjoy the local atmosphere, Sapa Centre Hotel is an excellent choice. I would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, room. The location is also great very close to the sun plaza and also the hotel provides the tickets. The rooms could be a little cleaner because I did see some stains, the service is amazing the staff was really nice. Giving us advice for the tour

We had an excellent experience in our stay. Location is perfect and staff assisted us with everything we needed including the booking. Would definitely recommend and will personally stay here again. Breakfast was good also.
