Excellent Stay at Sapa Centre Hotel I had a wonderful experience staying at Sapa Centre Hotel. The location is incredibly convenient just right in the heart of Sapa, making it easy to explore the town and nearby attractions on foot. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable, providing a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. I love the balcony. It seems like I am not in Vietnam but rather in Europe. What really stood out was the service. Room service and restaurant orders were handled quickly and efficiently, which made meals super convenient. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality added a personal touch to the stay. Thank you so much Selena for your assistance. Overall, a great choice for anyone visiting Sapa—highly recommended!

Our room in Sapa Centre Hotel is very quiet and cozy thats why we slept like a baby. And the view especially in the morning is very amazing. Selena is very accomodating, helpful and kind. Thank you so much! We’ll definitely comeback and stay longer. The breakfast is also very good. Our family definitely had a great time! 💛💛💛

Our stay in Sapa Centre Hotel was great even though we stayed only for a night. The hotel is located in the heart of the town. The room was clean, receptionists are excellent with coordinating what you need (shoutout to Selena for accommodating us), and breakfast buffet was delicious. Would recommend this to other tourists. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in the hotel.

Great location! The staff were super friendly and made me feel truly valued, especially when they took the time to ask how my day was. They also offered helpful suggestions for attraction tickets and transportation options. The breakfast staff were equally accommodating, even going the extra mile by offering to prepare soups and omelets, making you feel genuinely cared for.

During our 3 nights stay, I would say this the perfect location if you want to stay in central. Very close to SAPA station 2 min walk. There is cafe in lobby and they serve good coffee and pizza. Room is spacious (room 201). Bed was really comfortable. They clean it everyday and provide tea coffee and water. The concierge are really helpful and accommodating. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Love it here. Must visit. Come here. Great location, service, and stay. I love the staff, food, the room. Good value for money. Definitely, within everyone’s range, especially if you booked it as a group. So, what are you waiting for?

I really love this place, my family just went there few weeks ago and my family really love this place. The service here really nice and also the staffs here are really cheerful. The room is not too large but my room has a balcony so that's great. The bed is comfortable and the morning buffet is good too but the toaster not working and there not much selection for food. You should try the food at the restaurant in the hotel, the food there exactly like the food in the Europe and much better. I had tried the burger there and it was so good!

We booked here for 2N end of June 2025 and it was such a pleasant stay. We booked two rooms across 5 people and they were able to put us in two family rooms that connected. The balcony was city view and very gorgeous! Room was super spacious and so was the bathroom! Dua was really helpful with tour and sightseeing information and this hotel was right by the train station to the cable car. Would stay here again if we visit SaPa (though, I do think only 1 full day is enough to visit everything so that may not be for a while). Breakfast was also great, so I recommend booking with that option.
