Sapa Centre Hotel

The best features about this place is its service and location. The receptionists (Selena and another which I did not catch her name) were exceptionally warm. Each time we returned, they will (if not busy) inquire about your day. Breakfast was included and although the range was not extensive, there were enough to satisfy your hunger in the morning. Breakfast starts at 6.30am in the morning. Location is great, it is about 100m from Sapa Sunworld Station. There are plenty of great food around, recommended are Corner Crusine and Smile restaurant. Convenience store of choice is Hai Yen Mart. (As other convenience store do not indicate the price, and there is a possibility that you may be overcharged). Although I booked a room with a mountain view, I only got to see the view only on the last day as it was foggy throughout. Sitting out in the balcony with a Bahn Mi and beer, just enjoying the view is fulfilling. One con I can think about is the hot water supply can be inconsistent (I was the 2nd to shower). Although some of the furniture and fittings is somewhat dated, I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are looking for a hotel with great service and location

A very comfortable hotel located right in the city center of Sapa, which made it easy for us to go everywhere. What impressed us the most was the service, especially from the receptionist Selana. She was incredibly kind, very friendly, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. There was also another young lady who introduced herself as Dua Lipa — a sweet girl who was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you so much. If I ever come back to Sapa, I will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

Exceptional Stay – Truly Felt Like Home Our stay at Sapa Centre Hotel exceeded all expectations, and much of that is thanks to Dua, whose consistently positive reviews initially led us to book—and she truly lived up to them, and more. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, including a lovely hot cinnamon tea. Dua kindly upgraded us to a larger family room, which immediately set the tone for a thoughtful and generous stay. The hotel itself is incredibly warm, cozy, clean, and smells wonderful. Daily fresh towels were provided, and when our room was serviced, the staff were very respectful—nothing was touched or moved, which we truly appreciated. The shower deserves special mention: strong, continuous water flow with no interruptions, and reliable hot water that lasted a full 10 minutes—something not always guaranteed in colder destinations like Sapa. Dua also went out of her way to assist us with reserving a massage spa of our choice, and upon checkout, she generously allowed us ample time to pack without any pressure. Every single staff member was polite, professional, warm, and accommodating. You can genuinely feel that they love what they do and truly care about their guests’ comfort and experience. This hotel didn’t just meet our needs—it made us feel cared for. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sapa.

Sapa Center hotel is truly one of the best hotels in Sapa. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff Dua Lipa and Selena who were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made our stay feel comfortable and relaxing. The hotel also has an excellent location, right in the heart of Sapa, which is very convenient for exploring the town, visiting local attractions, restaurants, and shops. Everything is within walking distance. Overall, our experience at Sapa Center was wonderful. The combination of great service, a welcoming atmosphere, and a perfect location made our stay unforgettable. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa and would love to come back again.

I arrived very early, around 4 AM, and was able to enter the hotel lobby even though the reception was not available at that time. I waited on the lobby sofa, which was very comfortable, making the wait easy and relaxing. At around 6 AM, the reception staff arrived and kindly offered me an early check-in without any extra charge, which I truly appreciated after a long journey. The staff were friendly and helpful, and this gesture made a great first impression. The hotel is very close to Sun Plaza and located right in the city center, making it extremely strategic and convenient to go anywhere in Sapa—shops, cafés, and main attractions are all within walking distance. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and a fantastic location.

We just finished our stay at Sapa Center Hotel and we just loved it. The room is clean and spacious complete with a balcony where we can enjoy the city covered with fog . The facility is complete, from toiletries, robe, hair dryer and room heater. The wifi connection is quite fast. Located at Sapa city center, it is close to restaurans, cafes and populer tourist spots. Only a few steps from the hotel we can reach sun plaza/sapa station, so its really easy for us to visit fansipan by taking funicular then continues by cable car. We also love the service, the staff are friendly. Shout out to Selena for the very best service. You are really helpful and nice. Thank you

We had a very incredible stay. All of the staffs are kind and accommodating. Especially, Ms. Dua Lipa, she is very caring. They took care of us since day 1. Their homemade tea (apple & cinnamon) is amazing! Their food is delicious! Excellent service.

We had a mostly pleasant stay at Sapa Centre Hotel. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth, and the receptionist, Selena, was very approachable and welcoming. We even enjoyed a delicious welcome tea, which was a lovely touch. The location is fantastic—right in the center of Sapa, close to restaurants, cafes, and popular tourist spots, making it very convenient for exploring the area. Regarding the rooms, they were generally comfortable, though there were some visible stains on the bedsheets and signs of mold in the room and bathroom. This may be due to the local weather, but a more thorough cleaning and possibly a dehumidifier could improve the experience. One small improvement could be the lighting in the hallways, which felt a bit dark even with sensor lights. It would help to have a light outside the elevator, as it’s quite dark when you step out. Overall, it’s a well-located hotel with friendly staff, and with a few small improvements, it could be excellent.
