Super comfortable bedding made for great sleep. Friendly, courteous team always ready to assist. Fantastic spot - close enough to walk to Sapa Train Station but tucked away from crowds and traffic in a serene area. Large, immaculate room with balcony overlooking city and mountains. Higher floors offer stunning mountain panoramas. Daily cleaning service with amenity replenishment. Perfect 10/10.

Wonderful service and delicious breakfast! The towel arrangements in swan shapes were absolutely amazing. My experience at Elegance Hotel during my Sapa trip was delightful. The team was highly professional and immediately assisted me when my toilet became clogged. I appreciated how quickly they relocated me to another room without any hassle. Thank you to the entire staff! My only recommendation would be to post clear signs near the bathrooms reminding guests not to flush toilet paper down the toilets to prevent similar issues in the future.

This hotel is in a great location near Sapa station and feels super homey. The ambiance is cozy, the included breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. They even have a sweet dog named Ruby who made our stay extra special. Our room exceeded expectations—spacious, clean, and with a great view. Highly recommended! I’d definitely stay here again.

Westayed 1 night, but the experience was fantastic thanks to the amazing staf Kim and Ling. They were incredibly helpful in planning our day, booking our train tickets to fancypan, and even offered to keep our luggage at the hotel after checkout. What really stood out was their generosity in giving us a room to freshen up at night before our bus back to Hanoi. Truly thoughtful service that made our short stay so smooth and comfortable.

Best bed and pillow. So comfy to sleep. Staff was very helpful, polite and kind. Location, was amazing few walks ul be in the Sapa Train Station but not in the noisy area. No much car and people who are walking its peaceful location. Room was spaciuos, very clean, balcony facing to the city and mountains. Recomend to take higher floor for good view of the mountains. Housekeepimg daily comimg to clean and replaced what is used items. 10 stars Breakfas5 includes, and it was tasty well presented. My suggestions to change the menu if guest stayed longer days. But foods realy excellent. Value for money to get this amazing hotel in the heart of Sapa. Service, was top notch we came 5am from hanoi and still accomodated us with early checked ins without extra fees. Thank you Andy for all the helped. Highly recomended

If you’re searching for a simple, budget-friendly hotel with a perfect location in Sa Pa, look no further! I recently had the pleasure of staying here for three nights and four days, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. After a long stay in Hanoi and some trekking adventures in Ha Long and Cat Cat to Ta Van Village, this hotel was the ideal spot to unwind. The service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Although check-in was scheduled for 2 PM, the staff graciously allowed us to check in an hour early at no additional cost, and even upgraded our room for free! It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel like VIPs. While there may be a few minor flaws, the warmth and attentiveness of the staff truly overshadowed any shortcomings. They go above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer service. I’m genuinely grateful for the wonderful experience and can’t wait to return next year! If you’re in Sa Pa, don’t miss the chance to stay at this lovely hotel. Thank you for everything! 😊

I was stay in the family room... Very nice hotel... The lady very good English and helpful She arranges everything and well done it. Ticket for Fansipan and transport to Hanoi ... Excellent... Rent motobike done.. Breakfast ok She also arranged me to transfer to another good hotel, due to fully booked Recommended... See you soon... Cheers

The staff at this hotel were so kind and considerate when our daughter got sick on our trip - they really went above and beyond to help. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful with fresh crusty bread each morning. The room suited our needs as a family of 4 needing 2 connecting rooms. Location very convenient - just a 2 min walk down the hill to the town and a great little eatery opposite called the Saparis also 👍
