Elegance Central Hotel Sapa

We stayed here for two nights and were very impressed. The location is close to many important and beautiful places. We loved it so much that we could walk around the nightlife safely and enjoy it. The service was excellent. The staff were lovely and friendly, and they were very helpful. The food was delicious. The atmosphere was friendly. Our room had a view of the city center, which was beautiful both during the day and at night. We highly recommend this place. You'll love it.❤️

Wonderful Stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel – Perfect Location and Amazing Hospitality!We had a lovely stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel! The location is perfect—close to everything you need in Sapa like shops, transport, and local spots, but tucked away just enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the tourist crowds.A highlight of our stay was the newly opened restaurant downstairs, Taste of Vietnam. The food was excellent—truly one of the best in town—and Mr. Tim, the owner, is incredibly kind, humble, and accommodating.The hotel staff were also amazing. Special thanks to Andy, who was always helpful, polite, and spoke English very well. He made our stay even more comfortable with his assistance and warm hospitality.The room itself was great value for money. The water heater and water pressure were both excellent—something we truly appreciated after a long day of exploring.Highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Sapa!

Very helpful staff. The hotel is quiet but close to the tourist center. The only slight drawback is the rather limited breakfast, especially the coffee. Fun fact: when you order a double black coffee, you get this (the photo) 😄

Decent Stay at Sapa Elegance Hotel with Some DrawbacksSapa Elegance Hotel is in a very good location—just about a 4-minute walk to Sun Plaza, which is convenient if you’re planning to go up to Fansipan. However, be prepared for an uphill walk to reach the hotel, which can be quite tiring, especially if you’re traveling with senior citizens.While the staff mentioned that the hotel was recently renovated, the room still felt quite old and dusty. The heater in the bathroom also took a while to heat up, especially after one person had already used it. That said, the staff were very friendly, accommodating to our requests, and sincerely apologetic about the issues we encountered.Breakfast was good, but the selection was quite limited. Overall, the service made up for some of the downsides, but improvements in cleanliness and facilities would make this hotel much better.

And I would definitely come back.|I had an amazing breakfast too.||There is a steep hill up to the hotel , just walk slowly.

If you like a quiet place, this hotel is perfect! It is tucked on a small hill in a quiet spot in the middle of central Sapa! The hotel manager Anh was attentive and polite and quick to help us.

This hotel is in a great location near Sapa station and feels super homey. The ambiance is cozy, the included breakfast was delicious, and the staff were very friendly. They even have a sweet dog named Ruby who made our stay extra special. Our room exceeded expectations—spacious, clean, and with a great view. Highly recommended! I’d definitely stay here again.

Westayed 1 night, but the experience was fantastic thanks to the amazing staf Kim and Ling. They were incredibly helpful in planning our day, booking our train tickets to fancypan, and even offered to keep our luggage at the hotel after checkout. What really stood out was their generosity in giving us a room to freshen up at night before our bus back to Hanoi. Truly thoughtful service that made our short stay so smooth and comfortable.
