It was a lovely dinner the stuffs are friendly and accommodating the atmosphere is romantic and elegant and specially the foods were well prepared cooked with elegance and exquisitely delicious, it was perfect!

We are frequent travellers to Italy and this is the worst dining experience ever. We stayed in this beautiful hotel and booked the Christmas Eve menu in full anticipation.. however, the evening was just a pure disappointment. We sat down without service, food came before the wine, waited for more than 30Min in between courses, service was amateurish and reluctant.. food was ordinary.. it made you feel this place has no leadership or ownership.

I just can’t express my love for this quaint spot. We were first greeted by Elena who was incredible welcoming and helpful on the things we needed assistance with, a simple home cooked meal and a good night rest. We later met Alessandro who we connected with, as we are on the same business back home. He gave suggestions, he should passion and love for his home city of Siena. He also gave great insight on things to do in Florence, at the end of the day we saw how much he worked! He was there when we had our last glass of wine to our coffee the next morning. He then set us up with Andrea who was the Sommelier and did a private wine cellar tasting with us. He also went above and beyond and talked to us for an extensive time to chat about all the wines and local Siena. Overall we had the most memorable time and owe it to these 3 who just went above and beyond to make sure it happened. First time in Italy and I will be back!

Wonderful supercalafragalistic

La cena di Ferragosto al Sapor Divino, si è rivelata una grandissima delusione. Abbiamo optato per il menù degustazione denominato Terre Toscane , un nome che potrei definire assolutamente inappropriato visto e considerato la proposta dello chef che poco se non nulla aveva a che fare con la Toscana . Con nostro grande dispiacere abbiamo potuto apprezzare esclusivamente una sola portata di quanto servito a tavola , ossia un Tiramisù a base di cioccolato e fragola. Il peggior piatto in assoluto è stato la faraona al pistacchio. La location è molto carina , ma il servizio appena sufficiente e una cucina di questo tipo non possono assolutamente rappresentare lo standard del ristorante di un hotel di questo livello come il Geand Hotel Continental di Siena. Mi auguro che presto questo ristorante ritorni ai livelli che si conviene.

Il posto è carino ma io ho fatto la prenotazione tramite the fork e non specificano che comprende solo il bar con un menu per la cena ridicolo. Per il prezzo che abbiamo pagato non ne vale assolutamente. I paccheri erano buoni ma 35 euro a persona mi sembra esagerato per un primo e due bicchieri di vino. Io ci sono rimasto deluso

Service was excellent as was the food. Very expensive but well worth it for a nice meal.
