I was there with my friends, and overall, we had a pleasant time. The service is nice, the staff were friendly and welcoming, which made for a good atmosphere.
I ordered the carbonara (sharing it with a friend) hoping for an authentic Italian experience, especially since the place is owned by Italians. Unfortunately, the sauce was quite watery and didn’t cling to the pasta as a proper carbonara should. It was a bit disappointing :(
On the bright side, the pizza was good. A little burned on the edges, but the inside was well-cooked and tasty.
The place itself has good potential, the location is great and the vibe is nice. I think with a bit more attention to detail, especially when it comes to the pasta dishes, this could be a fantastic spot. I haven’t tried the other dishes, but it would be wonderful to see them stick closely to authentic Italian recipes and quality ingredients.
Would be happy to give it another try in the future to see how it improves.
