This hotel has an amazing location! It’s close to many shops, restaurants, and cafes, and you can easily walk to the seafront and the old city, which is super convenient. The service is very fast and efficient. However, the soundproofing could definitely be improved. I could hear people in the next room and even noise from the street below, which made it hard to fully relax at times. Overall, it’s a great choice if you prioritize location!

Stay at Sapphire City Hotel, Nizami Street – A Mixed Experience My stay at Sapphire City Hotel on Nizami Street, Baku, was overall a good experience, but it fell short of expectations given the price. While the location was excellent and the staff was hospitable, certain aspects didn’t justify the premium rates. The old furniture and outdated TV, combined with faulty phones, felt out of place for a hotel in this category. Additionally, the hot water supply was slow, which was quite inconvenient. These shortcomings made it feel like the hotel lacked the refinement expected for the price paid. While the service and hospitality were commendable, the overall value for money was lacking. With a few upgrades in facilities, this hotel could offer a much better experience for guests looking for comfort in the heart of Baku.

The stay was pretty ok but the front desk experience was harrowing in the way they dealt with us for some bookings for transportation. Would recommend to be clearer in your bookings terms with them to avoid surprises and bitter experience later. Overall good staff and people and comfortable stay. The Executive Rooms were disappointing though compared to claims.

The hotel was very beautiful in terms of service, respect, and appreciation. Everything was perfect. I highly recommend it because it is located right above the main street.

A perfect location,very close to all malls, bars, old city. no need to spend much time to the taxi. The staff at the reception is very kind and responsive. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Amazing interior in the lobby.|I will come back definitely.

One of the best stays ever . Location is fantastic , hospitality is top notch, we received great rooms with balconies, the morning coffee in it was exquisite. We were very humbled by all the team in the reception. Sona was very very courteous and generous with us with her great hospitality. Definitely will be visiting with my family again
