Sapphire City Hotel

I stayed there for two nights with family. I like its vintage style furniture and setup. Staff is cooperative especially front desk. Its ideal location to live in Nizami Street , all the food stuff is nearby especially for Desi Cuisine. Breakfast options are limited.

They can’t set the air conditioning right, but other service is good. Nearby location is suitable to explore a bit and there’s spar supermarket nearby which is kinda affordable and can get things easily. They have ample toiletries including ear plugs, ear mask and that’s good indeed

This is my second time staying at this hotel and it is the best ever. Really nice and cozy. The location is great. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is amazing. The restaurant with good cuisine and view of the city and flame towers.

If you're looking to stay in a prime location that's full of life, with plenty of restaurants, shopping options, and iconic landmarks nearby, this is the perfect spot. The Maiden Tower and Boulevard are both within walking distance, making it ideal for exploring the city on foot. The rooms, while a bit old, are very well maintained and spotless. The staff is extremely courteous and always ready to help. I traveled with my family and young child, and they made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Every call we made to the reception was answered promptly and with a smile. One small downside is that there’s no direct entrance for car drop-offs, but the drop-off point is quite close, so it's not much of an issue. Breakfast was decent, and the dining area had a charming atmosphere with a beautiful view and lots of parrots adding to the experience. Overall, a memorable and pleasant stay — would definitely recommend! Recommend balcony executive rooms which has good view in the morning

We recently stayed at Sapphire City Hotel in Baku as a family of six for one night on May 26, and our experience was overwhelmingly positive.  Pros: • Prime Location: Situated directly on Nizami Street, the hotel offers unparalleled access to Baku’s vibrant shopping, dining, and cultural attractions. • Authentic Victorian Charm: The hotel’s architecture and interior design exude a classic Victorian elegance, providing a unique and authentic ambiance. • Clean and Well-Maintained: Our rooms were spotless and well-maintained. • Friendly and Helpful Staff: The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous and accommodating. • Delicious Breakfast: We enjoyed a delightful breakfast buffet with a variety of options that catered to different tastes. Cons: • Communication Challenges: Prior to our arrival, we faced difficulties in reaching the hotel to confirm our booking. Emails and phone calls went unanswered, which caused some uncertainty. Improved responsiveness would enhance the overall guest experience.

The rooms were very clean and well-organized, with daily housekeeping. • Price: The price was very reasonable compared to the level of service provided—an excellent choice in terms of value for money. • Staff: The staff was very friendly and helpful ( special thanks to Sona ). They welcomed us with a smile and responded to all our requests quickly and professionally. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again on my future visits.

Location...location...location...that is what is the most amazing thing about this hotel. Also rooms very spacious and well kept. Staff friendly. Sona at the reception was really helpful and patient. Room with a balcony facing Nizami street is awesome. One small suggestion to improve in room dinning services. Otherwise 5 stars

Excellent location and very comfortable rooms. Our second time in Baku and we stayed at the same location both times. Breakfast buffet should have labels mentioning ingredients due to food allergies.
