An Exceptional Stay at Sapphire House Hotel I had a fantastic experience at the Sapphire House Hotel in Antwerp! The rooms were modern, spacious, and incredibly comfortable — perfect for both business travel and relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The breakfast was a true highlight, with fresh, high-quality options that catered to all tastes. From start to finish, the front desk staff went above and beyond — welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury and functionality, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. I’ll definitely be returning on my next trip to Antwerp!

This was a last minute booking and boy am I glad to have chosen this hotel. Being an Autograph Collection I was of course expecting a great property but still I was surprised by how beautiful the hotel was. It wasn’t anything over the top but was charming and you felt the historic charm. They upgraded me to the Diamond Suite which was a perfectly sized room and was extremely cozy. The bed was also very comfortable. The location was perfect, being on an extremely quiet street but also a 1-2 minute walk to the city center. I will only be staying here moving forward when in Antwerp.

I really enjoyed my stay at Sapphire House Antwerp. The team was welcoming and professional, and I appreciated their ability to assist in multiple languages. The hotel has a unique charm, and my room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. It was a nice surprise to be able to cast from my phone to the TV—great for relaxing in the evening. I tried the beet gnocchi from room service, and it was beautifully prepared and full of flavor. Breakfast on Sunday morning was busy but well-organized, with a wide variety of options to try. Just a small note for future guests: the road outside the hotel is currently under construction, so you may need to walk a little from the drop-off point. On the upside, this made the area especially quiet at night. Overall, a great experience—I’d gladly return on a future trip to Antwerp.

Beautiful hotel. It’s close to the train station which was important since we were there for Tomorrowland. The staff was very nice. I love that they were welcoming us back from the festival at 2am. Shout out to Bruna who works the front desk. She made our reservation on our last night and made sure the restaurant saved mussels for us. A lot of the restaurants were closed because it was a holiday. Customer service was top notch!

We had a good stay at the Sapphire House Hotel. We booked two rooms; one was at the end of a hallway and quiet. The other was in the middle of the hallway and quite noisy. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The hotel's location was perfect, close to both the main shopping and historical areas.

Beautiful hotel. From the minute you walk into this hotel everything is perfect. The staff are so helpful. The bar is full of atmosphere and great stuff. The rooms are very nice and decorated to a high standard. There are nice touches around the public areas in the hotel. The location is also good. You can walk to the main areas of Antwerp very easily. ||I would highly recommend this hotel. ||The breakfast is also very good here A great selection and a hot food menu.

Amazing stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The building is pure luxury, and my room was huge and super comfortable. And the sunny side up eggs? Honestly, they might be the best I’ve ever had — I’d come back just for those! 😄

This was an amazing hotel and so far my favorite in Belgium. The bed was super comfy, great shower and water pressure, and the room was beautiful with high ceilings and decor. The staff was attentive and provided great hospitality. I would recommend this hotel as a must for all my friends and family.
