Best mountain getaway! We stayed at one of their townhomes and had the whole thing to ourselves! It was updated nicely and beautifully with more than enough room. We had access to the community amenities, which unfortunately was not within walking distance but was a short 4 minute drive away. The community complex had ping pong, indoor and outdoor pools, indoor and outdoor hot tubs, mini golf, tennis courts, and an arcade room. And of course the snow tubing was AWESOME! The kids love it. There’s no age restriction so our 2 year old was able to partake and had a blast. Definitely can’t wait to come back next winter!

Great for families. Lots to close. Close to several restaurants.

Excellent place for relaxation, sometimes I feel a little awkward at the front desk interactions. I noticed they always hold my amenity card for a towel but not others and it's happened numerous times. Still thankful for the hot tub after a long work week.

My family loved staying here. There’s something for everyone. The outdoor track, gem mining, pools, arcade, ping pong, mini golf… My husband and I walked the neighborhood every morning along Fairfield Lake. The kids enjoyed the paddle & trolling motor boats. Fishing and swimming every day they could. It’s a quiet respite from living in a more fast paced town. Gorgeous location and fun!

We enjoyed the choice of amenities. We utilized the indoor pool and hottub. The only reason I gave 4 stars is due to the shower rooms. The showers could use better cleaning.

I like that there were things to do on site that didn't cost us "extra" ! we played miniature golf & ping pong. They had board games & checkers ! Swimming pool inside and out and a hot tub that my husband really needed. Staff very friendly & helpful. We also drove a bit to see some waterfalls and get some ice cream. The creamiest I've EVER had ! And the lunch we had over near the rec center was delicious. We'll go back. It's not a very far drive for us AND my granddaughter lives out there so we got to see her during our stay there ! THANKS

Wyndham knows how to accommodate their guests! Comfortable beds, well designed spaces and a helpful staff make staying in the Sapphire Valley a priority.

Bad experience. We got there quite early, and they sold out of helmets and snowboards 30 min after opening. The only option was to ski without helmets (unless you brought all your own stuff). This is simple business math. Do the math, owners of this place. Figure out what your maximum capacity is for lift tickets, calculate how much equipment you need so that you don’t run out. Voila! And move your ticket and rental sales online, so unwitting tourists who don’t have their own equipment are not waiting in line for 90 minutes only to find out you’re out of everything they need. #dobetter
