Sapphire Waters Motor Inn

This was my first time staying at Sapphire Waters Motor Inn. The new managers are lovely and have fabulous customer service. The rooms are A-Grade and the beds are extremely comfortable. The rooms are very clean and everything you need when travelling for work is at your fingertips. The rooms are well laid out and bright and airy. AC works well and the beds have electric blankets. Thanks again Mon & Matt, I will definitely be seeing you again. I would recommend booking direct with the motel and letting Matt & Mon look after your needs.

A lovely motel! From arrival to departure our stay was wonderful. Our room was spacious and loved the separation of the rooms with the kitchenette in the middle. Bed and pillows were comfortable, room was very clean. Reception staff were wonderful. Easy walking everywhere to shops restaurants and clubs. We loved our stay and i'm sure you will as well! TF

We felt very spoilt, the rooms were huge and very comfortable. We stayed in room 2 for 2 nights and were pleasantly surprised. It was clean, quiet and very well located. Thank you to everyone, including the very friendly cleaning staff. Gary and Wendy.

Motel rooms are fine, neat, look clean. However for our entire stay the "HOT" water was non-"existant. We and others, approached the staff, who stated they "would get an electrician" to look at it. Well nothing changed, freezing showers, so we booked out. Floor in the kitchen area was filthy. Sparse crockery amd cutlery. Light bulbs not replaced in bed lamp light. If you want a nice shower- go somewhere else!

Fantastic stay at Sapphire Waters Motor Inn! The service was excellent, and the location is perfect—close to everything we needed. The rooms were spotless, cozy, and really comfortable. It’s a great spot for a family holiday or a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

This motel is fantastic. The rooms are spotlessly clean and the staff are absolutely friendly and welcoming. The attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness are top-notch. I highly recommend this motel to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

Bonus to have a separate room to the main in the family room. The room and garden are well kept. Bathroom is upgraded and the shower is great. Despite located right at the roundabout and on a Friday evening, we were not disturbed and it was quiet at night. Easy walk to restaurants and lakeside boardwalk, The service is welcoming and friendly. We received messages a few days before arrival, which is useful.
