We stayed for 4 nights and had a great time! The location is awesome, we could reach most places we wanted to see (Clock Tower, TV-Tower…) by foot in a few minutes. The breakfast was delicious, especially the „Japanese Style“ one was a great surprise. The room was modern and clean, with good amneties. Finally, the service was outstanding. Small gestures like opening the (automatic!) door manually, friendly greetings, or carrying the baggage for us to the room were really appreciated. Lastly, the lobby smelled great, with fresh flowers in the center!

Location is a little bit far from odori station, but there is nearby bus stop and subway tozai line nishijuitchome. Even though not new, but hotel is well maintained, still look grand, elegant, and beautiful. The staffs are helpful and as typical Japanese tradition, good character. Breakfast was so good with many choices, i couldn't try every item, even though stayed for 5 nights. Sure will come and stay when in Sapporo

Slightly aged but still a superb stay. Staff was very warm and friendly. Check in process was very smooth and they escorted us up to the room along with our luggages. The room isn’t as big as others we’ve stayed at but definitely comfortable and clean. The bathroom was amazing and so were the beds! Only downside is there isn’t any view. The one window in the room looks out to the inner yard (another rooms’s window) Very close to pretty much anywhere in the city centre. All in all, a very comfortable stay here!

I enjoyed my stay, even though the room needed a refresh. The bathroom sink was very low and the cabinet was damaged. The room was clean and comfortable. The open lounge was a great way to wind down after a day out exploring Sapporo.

Grand in name only Receptionist who checked me in was no smiles, I could justify it by saying this is a cheap hotel, but alas it is Japan. The porter, an older man, who showed me to my room was very polite. Two staff members guided me even though I only had a small bag, which was unexpected. Room itself was brand new so there should be no problems there. However, my room was on a low floor and at the very end of of a long long walkway. Did not know if this was intentional. Price wise, it was expensive for the size, and that it’s in a small city such as Sapporo. Windows were very small due to the building’s history. View was quite problematic as the office workers from the building right across can see into the room throughly. The bathroom was very claustrophobic and cheap looking, but new and clean. No breakfast is included but I prefer room service anyway, and a ¥1000 yen voucher could be used. There were no staff members outside and when I came in, no one guided me, making me a bit confused. All in all, the hotel is past its prime and similar to a regular business hotel.

Rooms were spacious and clean, the lobby of the hotel had a pleasant smell every time we walked through, and staff was very helpful. The location is great, with lots to do around it, and a short walk away from Sapporo station. The one downside was that the breakfast we felt was overrated/overpriced, and the bars in the hotel had a cover charge to attend them

I enjoyed my stay here. I would totally come back to this hotel again if I ever visit Sapporo again! The staff is very helpful and friendly. There was no external noise or sound during our stay here. The rooms are very clean and have lots of necessities provided. The room we booked is very spacious even for three luggages. Room and bathroom are well lit and clean. We came from Niseko on the chuo bus, and the drop off point is nearby. The bus to airport is also near. Read the detailed review below!

Stayed twice in two weeks, the superior room was very well done. The standard room was much older but reasonably maintained, with the exception of a single worn mattress (-1 point). Shame that the hotel is under renovation (-1 point), with very limited facilities, but the open lounge and the reduced price made it acceptable.
