Location- a little far from the center, although a nice area to walk around. Large supermarket is within walking distance (go there in the evening for discounts). Staff- Super friendly, knowledgable, and English speaking when my Japanese no longer sufficed. Dining area is incredibly spaious, almost having a bookstore/library vibe as it was super quiet and had people reading the newspaper. Outside drinks and food can be consumed. They also have a small kitchen area that may have additional items you are looking for. Patrons- For being a youth hostel, I saw a lot of people older in age staying here. Nothing wrong with that. It just was a little surprising at first. Bathroom/Shower- Enough of both to accommodate the travellers. They were also clean with no concerns. Price- super affordable for a 4 bed dorm. Downsides-There were 4 single beds randomly arranged in the room, with no small desk, partitions, lamp or other personalizations. I'm not looking for much, but providing basic amenities to travellers would be great as would be even a small semblance of privacy. Also, bed mattress was too thin allowing me to feel the springs of the mattress.

Clean and welcoming. I had single room as a solo traveller and it was incredibly good value. Right next to the subway so it takes less than 10 min to get to downtown. The place was really clean. The only thing I could have wished for was showers on each floor. The showers are on the ground floor. No meals, but there are several conbini close by, and there's a kitchen.

We stayed in this hostel during winter festival 2025 in February. Very polite and friendly personal. They stayed longer to allow us to register when our flight got delayed. Clean and comfortable room with air conditioner. Relaxing japanese bath. Subway station is 5 minutes away, konbini is also 5 minutes away. Will stay again, if I visit Sapporo.

I’m really impressed with this hostel. I’m travelling solo, and I am in a twin room. Plenty of space and everything modern.

Sadly several factors were less than ideal. For starters, having to pay for a towel is a bit ridiculous. Second, the curfew of midnight is ludicrous as there could easily be a code instead of forcing guests to be back like they are children. Third, the lack of outlets near the bed was disappointing to say the least. Fourth, the AC is set to not go below 22 Celsius, meaning the room was still hot at night. Definitely would not come back here

The location of the hostel is just 5 mins walk from the subway. And it's 15mins ride from Sapporo JR train station. The room is clean and warm enough during winter. The best part is there have a hot bath at the basement. After you spend whole day travelling around it's so good to soak yourself in a hot bath. They also have super clean shared toilets, a small kitchen and dining area. The price is consider cheap.

Yelp
very cheap hostel but it is very convenient (2-minute walk from subway), clean and nice service (but they have curfew at midnight though) highly recommended!
