Sapristi...bistro bar

Delicious Italian food for a fair price. Sapristi rests in well-visited area of old Quebec city, and it's definitely worth a stop. We had many different plates there, with the best ones being the carbonara and the duck pizza. Everything was great, including service. The atmosphere is nice, too.

Stopped in for lunch and was really impressed with the speed of service and the quality and presentation of the food. And the prices are reasonable. I loved the Carbonara and my husband loved his pizza. French onion soup was good but maybe too loaded with croutons and very little cheese and broth. Caesar salad was delicious

This restaurant is absolutely a must try. This is one of the best restaurants in Old Quebec City! The mozzarella is life changing. The flat breads and pastas dishes are fantastic. The staff is excellent. There is plenty of seating, two levels, a great bar, and an excellent vibe.

Great Italian restaurant in old Quebec. Loved the vibe of the place and the food was quite good. We ordered a Caesar salad to share as the starter. They also brought out the most delicious warm bread for the table. The soup of the day was a hit and also our mains: lobster risotto and the Sapristi linguine. Would definitely go back.

Wow, surprisingly really good!! They took my order 25 minutes before closing. I ordered the di mare which is a seafood fettuccine pasta with cream sauce. Super flavorful and rich. They also prepared it quick in like 7minutes. The only bad things are that the portion could be more - the seafood pieces are small. And it's a bit pricey at CAD$29. Other than that... immaculate.

Love the vibes. This was our 2nd time coming here, and I highly recommended it. All the food I've tried was amazing. Tried to remake the nachos... It didn't come close to tasting like it.

The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was super friendly. It’s a dog-friendly spot with a beautiful view, making it even more enjoyable. The prices were reasonable as well. Overall, a fantastic experience — highly recommended!
