"In Quechua, saqra means adevilor a mischief-making scamp. Here, the name refers to the playful, inspired ways the kitchen uses ingredients from all over Peru to create its dishes. Start out with trout tartare, featuring a touch of passion fruit sauce, or the bonito with tumbo fruit and avocado. Move on to slow-cooked pork adobo arequipeño , or swordfish with mashed cassava, and don’t miss the pineapple picarones (Peruvian-style doughnuts) at dessert. The dining room is brightly hued and as casual as the menu; the patio is a perfect spot for nibbling and sharing over smart cocktails."
Absolutely fantastic! I sat on the terrace underneath a gorgeous flowering tree. The waiters are extremely attentive and knowledgeable of the menu. The food is well prepared, flavored excellently, and presented fantastically. I recommend ordering the banana creme brûlée for dessert with chocolate truffles - to die for!

Love the fusion there! Turns out the fish we ordered was cooked in Thai style which I love the most. Very casual and relaxing atmosphere and the waiter there was welcoming. Each main course is around 50 soles or so.

Delicious food, great prices for the quality and portion (compared to USA). Very friendly and attentive staff, made me feel welcome and graciously catered to my language handicap. The ceviche and huancaína gnocchi w steak were amazing! Thank you Gabriel!

Enjoyed a delicious meal here. Grilled octopus was really good and the steak with pisco and cream sauce was probably the softest I've ever had. It was excellent. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Definitely recommend.

What a phenomenal dining experience! We shared four dishes, including dessert. Everything was absolutely outstanding, in creativity, preparation, and quality. Our service was informed, kind, and attentive. We sat outside, which was pleasant, and the interior space also looked very comfortable. This was a stand-out meal in Lima!

Nice ambiance. Good presentation n service. We had the grilled octopus and it was delicious but unfortunately the osso bucco was a disappointment. Otherwise I would have given this a 5* rating. Btw... funky red bathroom:)

This was a great restaurant. Sat outside on their patio, did not smell cars and the traffic was quiet. The atmosphere was Perfecto. I had their lomo saltado and a latte. Enjoyed both greatly! The service was attentive and the waitress Yngrid spoke enough English to compensate for my bad Spanish. Will return before leaving Peru.
**Update***
I returned to this restaurant again before having to leave Lima. I was waited on by Grabriel his personality was perfect. I had a glass of red wine, the lomo saldato (again) and for desert I had the strawberry sherbert with a white chocolate ball with rice pudding in the center. I think in the center of the rice pudding was carmel 😋. The food was all excellente. There is something about this place the atmosphere, food and staff come together to make a perfect experience.

Super disappointed. We chose this specifically for the reviews and it being on many of the “best in Lima” lists. However, they did not have many things on the menu, including NO beer, which is odd since it’s so easy to have basic Pilsen or Cusqueña. They also couldn’t make a whiskey sour and didn’t have ANY desserts (which we didn’t find out like many things until we are ordering it). The pisco sour was quite weak and not as strong as normal piscos you find at any average bar. They get a 2 star because what they DID serve was quite tasty. Try the restaurant next door!
