It is gross, it is dirty, and I honestly have nothing good to say except for the fact that it has a nice pool view. Other than that, the rooms are disgusting and full of sand. The faucet doesn’t work at times. When I sleep all I smell is sand. I had to sleep with my hoodie on and the rooms are super cold. No TV, no activities, and the service is terrible. There is no customer service and everyone is extremely rude. There is no place for you to get a snack if you get hungry throughout the day and it’s super far from a supermarket. Anyways, I strongly dont reccomend this.

The one star is for the location, sadly, it has a lovely view💗 also for the pool. Other than that a Horrible experience. Dirty place, “under renovation “ rooms are extremely old with damaged walls No hot water

I'm not keen on giving bad reviews but this is just not good. The hotel is extremely outdated and is badly in need of maintenance. Pretty much everything in the room is either broken, loose or dirty. Bathrooms have an open vent so you're able to hear everything in the neighboring rooms. Staff is very friendly and willing to help whenever they can.

Such a great location. Superb views of the nile and sunset. The hotel is popular with locals. It's not easy to find. However, it's clear that it is suffering with the lack of visitors due to the drop in number of tourists coming to Egypt and this has resulted in them not being to maintain the hotel to the standards that us westerns desire. It's a pity. You pay your money and take your choice, if you want better you will need to pay more.

we stayed in the hotel two nights. The bathroom cleaned up after We complained. The view of my room was the Nile river and the pool area. The room condition was good. The management has to do something about the cleaning the rooms and pool area. You can see the hotel when you are in the Nile cruise.

A friend and I stayed in march as part of a tour group. We are girls in our early 20s and felt male staff to be extremely inappropriate watching us while we were around the pool and taking pictures of us, then later finding their way to our room and asking if we needed anything. The hotel itself is very run down. Shower didn't work in our room, so we were given the key to another room to go and shower there, but they would not give us a room change? View of the Nile is nice, but does not make up for the downfalls. Hotel has potential with some rennovations and changes of staff.

Terrible hotel do not book there. It's not clean at all, furniture in the reciption are broken, in rooms, curtains are torn and all fall of dust. There was a problem with sanitation in the bathrooms because when we opened tap water the water came out of the sink.

Not clean, noisy, and no escape! My mistake for not reading more reviews, and for thinking the location was in center city. It's not. Wi-fi in lobby only, despite their claim. There is an overlook to the Nile, but stay out of the dining room, or at least don't touch anything. Even the menus were filthy.
