Zero safety zero services 🚫 I don't recommend this hostile to anyone really zero safety ..... I was standing beside the pool and celebrating with anniversary at 13:00 and there was a 6 guys on the mountain beside the hotel they started to throw small stones beside us and they were too near to us .... Just imagine that situation you were celebrating and 7 stones thrown beside , and when we emerge the receptionist and the security they told us this situation outside the hotel not inside so we can't do anything that is the meaning of zero safety, i don't know how we can call this a hotel ?!!!!! If you were in my home i have to shield and cover you from any outside happens

It is gross, it is dirty, and I honestly have nothing good to say except for the fact that it has a nice pool view. Other than that, the rooms are disgusting and full of sand. The faucet doesn’t work at times. When I sleep all I smell is sand. I had to sleep with my hoodie on and the rooms are super cold. No TV, no activities, and the service is terrible. There is no customer service and everyone is extremely rude. There is no place for you to get a snack if you get hungry throughout the day and it’s super far from a supermarket. Anyways, I strongly dont reccomend this.

The one star is for the location, sadly, it has a lovely view💗 also for the pool. Other than that a Horrible experience. Dirty place, “under renovation “ rooms are extremely old with damaged walls No hot water

I'm not keen on giving bad reviews but this is just not good. The hotel is extremely outdated and is badly in need of maintenance. Pretty much everything in the room is either broken, loose or dirty. Bathrooms have an open vent so you're able to hear everything in the neighboring rooms. Staff is very friendly and willing to help whenever they can.

We stayed here for 2 nights and the first night we had a room overlooking the pool. Unfortunately, the pool has a club that plays loud music until 2am, so we moved rooms the next night to the other side of the building, which was much quieter. Certainly ask for a room away from the pool if you mind noise at all. The hotel is basic, reasonably clean, but certainly showing signs of aging. The staff were very nice. They arranged train tickets and a tour of Abu Simbel for us, and moved our room with no complaints. The hotel is up a hill, which is easy enough to reach by taxi, but if you want to have dinner outside of the hotel, it is a bit of a journey. You would probably not want to walk. The views from the hotel are stunning.

Such a great location. Superb views of the nile and sunset. The hotel is popular with locals. It's not easy to find. However, it's clear that it is suffering with the lack of visitors due to the drop in number of tourists coming to Egypt and this has resulted in them not being to maintain the hotel to the standards that us westerns desire. It's a pity. You pay your money and take your choice, if you want better you will need to pay more.

we stayed in the hotel two nights. The bathroom cleaned up after We complained. The view of my room was the Nile river and the pool area. The room condition was good. The management has to do something about the cleaning the rooms and pool area. You can see the hotel when you are in the Nile cruise.

I can't stress this enough - please do not stay at the Sara Hotel.||||We planned to stay at the Sara Hotel because of the following information that is listed on all hotel booking websites:||- Wifi available in all areas||- Airport Shuttle||- Shops around the hotel||||None of the above were available even though they claim to have all of them. ||Furthermore, since the hotel no longer fit our needs - we requested for a taxi and we were informed (after the hotel staff told us that the taxi would be arriving in 15 minutes) that no taxis come up to the hotel as it is too far away. When we informed the hotel manager that majority of the information listed on hotels.com & booking.com was invalid and was a lie, he offered to drive us to another hotel. Instead, he decided to drive us to the nearest intersection and told us to get out of his car because he was not a taxi service.||||The reviews for this hotel are fairly decent and we though that it would be a good place to stay. We were informed that the owner of the hotel passed away and since the, the hotel has been in a state of disarray. This is 100% true and probably the only thing that is true about the hotel.
