STAY AWAY FROM THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL COSTS!
I have never felt so uncomfortable/verbally abused in a restaurant in my 60 yrs of being alive.
As a person visiting Jordan from the US, if we were treated the way we were treated at this restaurant in the US, I would have called the police and filed a police report against the 2 gentlemen working upstairs and the cashier working downstairs!
Picked out our seafood downstairs. Then, we headed up 3 flights of stairs to find a table.
Ordered our salads while waiting for our seafood. Salads came and were the best part of the meal. Then came our overcooked nasty seafood. How someone could cook lobster, fish and shrimp so tough/overcooked and seasoned so wrong and still have a job is beyond me.
But that's not the worst part of our experience.
Tried to convey our dissatisfaction with the gentleman on the 3rd floor only to get told we were wrong and must pay for all of our food. Im sorry, but Im not paying for food that we can't eat. We were told to head down to the cashier on the 1st floor, where a shouting match between my son in law and cashier happened.
This place lacks customer service, lacks listening to constructive criticism, lacks the understanding that their business relies on customers who are happy with their meals. If unhappy, either re-cook or refund/make it right. Then to yell at a customer like they did to us and think it is good business practices, the manager and everyone working there should be fired!
