We booked 5 rooms for a holiday and were extremely disappointed with the service and quality of rooms.|1. Barely any hot water in the shower. I complained the first day and was told they were going to look into it. Then I checked in the evening to confirm if issue was resolved and they said they resolved it. Then second day morning, same issue… no hot water. They then said that the pipe had broken, then another person said it’s an issue with heating system, all different versions which led us to feeling very frustrated. No intention of resolving issues.|2. Poor ventilation in the rooms - only heating system on and no ventilation. This ended up making us really sick waking up with headaches each morning. One of the rooms were provided with a very archaic pedestal fan. Nothing was done to address the issue.|3. Food at azrak is over rated - I personally felt that there was better food available at falak numa for fine dining or dastarkhwan or tunday if you want local food.|Overall horrible experience staying in the rooms and property, the staff just says they will fix but no efforts made to fix. Not worth the money at all.
