I had an awesome experience with Melanie - Thank you so much for making my visit memorable and chill- I got a Lobe and Helix piercing.  I was a little scared at first (despite already having 3 piercings) but was soon at ease once Melanie started the process and talked me through it.  Melanie was very gentle and patient,  professional, and personable. The jewelry pieces are stunning, and the piercing room is clean and calming. I took a friend for support, the atmosphere was professional but also fun. Happy to recommend.

POOR QUALITY - AVOID!! I spent $400 on a tiny cartilage earring from Sarah & Sebastian. I had it put in by one of their team members. I was super careful not to touch it. Within a month, it had fallen out. Panicked, I turned my house upside down and after hours of searching, I found both sides of the earring. After that experience, I went back every 2 weeks to have their team tighten the earring for me to prevent this from happening again. BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS - yes, within less than 2 weeks after it had been professionally tightened by their staff, the earring had fallen out again. This time I wasn't so lucky. The piece was gone and I haven't been able to find it. Prior to my S&S piece, I had a Mejuri cartilage earring in the same piercing for months without any issue. Sadly, as beautiful as it was, my S&S earring fell out twice and was long gone within 2 months of purchasing it. For $400, the quality of the fastening is simply not good enough. I feel like I just flushed money down the drain. The S&S team was sympathetic but ultimately not willing to resolve the issue. I'll be avoiding S&S from now on. Back to Mejuri!!

If you’re looking for timeless, high-quality jewellery, unfortunately S&S is not the place for you. My almost $500 necklace has broken twice in under 12 months, with a $160 repair fee which I find honestly unacceptable for a brand that claims to provide quality pieces. The blasé responses from the staff with little sympathy that I have received when bringing in my necklace for repair is pretty shameful too. Really disappointing experience overall.

The lovely Mia was super helpful with exchanging a necklace I had received as a Christmas gift for a different size today. She made the process so easy and quick by placing the correct size necklace on hold until I could pop in to the shop later today to exchange it. It’s very refreshing to come across helpful and friendly retail staff so, thank you Mia!

My sister had an appointment for a piercing for her birthday here recently. Turned up 5 minutes late after calling to let them know… Sydney traffic is very unpredictable as everyone knows. The staff were very unaccomodating and rude. My sister left without anything after travelling over an hour with a toddler and sat out the front crying after the terrible experience. So disgusting. We will all not be buying their jewellery again.

Had a fantastic experience getting a piercing with Teara today. She was so kind and attentive, and the space itself was gorg and luxe. Would definitely recommend!
