I had an awesome experience with Melanie - Thank you so much for making my visit memorable and chill- I got a Lobe and Helix piercing.  I was a little scared at first (despite already having 3 piercings) but was soon at ease once Melanie started the process and talked me through it.  Melanie was very gentle and patient,  professional, and personable. The jewelry pieces are stunning, and the piercing room is clean and calming. I took a friend for support, the atmosphere was professional but also fun. Happy to recommend.

I'm a die-hard Sarah & Sebastian girl and this store and team are my absolute favorite. Thank you to Ben and Mia for being the best, they were truly so kind and helpful during our visit to the Paddington store location. Makes me love the brand even more, thank you so much!

POOR QUALITY - AVOID!! I spent $400 on a tiny cartilage earring from Sarah & Sebastian. I had it put in by one of their team members. I was super careful not to touch it. Within a month, it had fallen out. Panicked, I turned my house upside down and after hours of searching, I found both sides of the earring. After that experience, I went back every 2 weeks to have their team tighten the earring for me to prevent this from happening again. BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS - yes, within less than 2 weeks after it had been professionally tightened by their staff, the earring had fallen out again. This time I wasn't so lucky. The piece was gone and I haven't been able to find it. Prior to my S&S piece, I had a Mejuri cartilage earring in the same piercing for months without any issue. Sadly, as beautiful as it was, my S&S earring fell out twice and was long gone within 2 months of purchasing it. For $400, the quality of the fastening is simply not good enough. I feel like I just flushed money down the drain. The S&S team was sympathetic but ultimately not willing to resolve the issue. I'll be avoiding S&S from now on. Back to Mejuri!!

The lovely Mia was super helpful with exchanging a necklace I had received as a Christmas gift for a different size today. She made the process so easy and quick by placing the correct size necklace on hold until I could pop in to the shop later today to exchange it. It’s very refreshing to come across helpful and friendly retail staff so, thank you Mia!

If you’re looking for timeless, high-quality jewellery, unfortunately S&S is not the place for you. My almost $500 necklace has broken twice in under 12 months, with a $160 repair fee which I find honestly unacceptable for a brand that claims to provide quality pieces. The blasé responses from the staff with little sympathy that I have received when bringing in my necklace for repair is pretty shameful too. Really disappointing experience overall.

My sister had an appointment for a piercing for her birthday here recently. Turned up 5 minutes late after calling to let them know… Sydney traffic is very unpredictable as everyone knows. The staff were very unaccomodating and rude. My sister left without anything after travelling over an hour with a toddler and sat out the front crying after the terrible experience. So disgusting. We will all not be buying their jewellery again.

I received a white gold ring on the 5th December. After only a few weeks it is extremely bent out of shape. The metal seems to be so thin it even bends with two fingers when taking it on and off. I am aware I can submit a warranty repair, but have since been informed some of their jewellery is made of thin wire and can be bent easily, so I feel a repair will be wasting my time as this will just keep happening. In addition, the ring is sold as "18-karat white gold" however it appears to be plated. After only a few weeks the ring has lost it white colour. The photo comparing two on my rings, one is actual white gold from another store, the other is the cheap crap from Sarah and Sebastian and you can see it's loosing it's colouring. Poor quality!

Janine is incredible. I had a conch piercing done on Monday and her calm and nurturing attitude alleviated all my worries. She was detailed and thorough in planning my piercing, measuring it and providing information the entire time. The entire service was prompt, even with me arriving earlier than my allocated piercing appointment time. I can’t wait to come back and have my ear alchemy completed by her. Thank you!
