Amazing facial experience here with Raquel - she’s warm, nice and super professional. Had a great time here truely relaxed and my skin glows with the message/products/equipment.

For someone who goes to facial a lot, I felt like I got SCAMMED - THE WORST facial I've experienced. I was FORCED to make the payment of £200 for 1hour when what I did was a 30minute session (probably less because there was so much chatting), but funny enough after the session there was time for the therapist to stand there and sell you products. Everything about this place is money money money, not service. The therapists was doing things so quickly, my mask was only for 1minute, led only for 2minutes which supposedly was meant to be 15minutes. I read about this place online as it sounded good and was thinking to make it my go to facial place but don't get fooled by what's stated online. Absolutely disappointed.

This was my second facial at the Sarah Chapman Clinic, and once again it exceeded expectations. As a professional makeup artist, I’m extremely particular about facials, and with my sensitive skin due to an autoimmune condition, I’m even more cautious. The clinic feels cosy yet impeccably professional. My therapist was incredibly knowledgeable, answered all my questions about the treatment and products, and immediately put me at ease. From start to finish, the 90-minute session was heaven. The signature uplifting facial massage was a standout—both incredible in the moment and instantly effective. A week later, my skin is still glowing and feeling fantastic. Highly recommend, and I’ll definitely be returning.

Hands down, the best facial ever. This is my second time at the clinic and I come from abroad to get the treatment. Payton is really lovely, professional and tailors the treatments to your needs. My skin feels luminous and healthy for weeks. Thank you so much

My first experience with Sarah Chapman Skinesis was absolutely positive. My daughter, UK resident, had given me a voucher for my birthday. Booking my appointment was very easy. The clinic is a wonderful place, cosy, calm and beautiful, relaxed and very friendly too. Kerry was fantastic, she did a very, very good job, explained everything and treated me full of empathy. After my Luxury Facial I felt so refreshed. Couple of days later my skin still felt really clean and elastic. Thank you so much!

The most incredible facial I left feeling like new! I just love how they are able to include so many methods into 90 mins including micro-needling and the light treatment facemask. It truly ticks all the boxes! I am already counting the weeks until my next visit.

I just wish I’d done more research before I’d booked this treat for my partner. Even though the website clearly states (including short video) - the Glow Zone is located on the ground floor and actually part of the shop. So the experience can be seen directly by every customer walking into the shop and you get all the noise from what’s going on (phone calls, customers, people generally coming and going)- think of it like sitting in a barbers chair. One customer buying a gift for her mother even exclaimed “definitely upstairs”. I bought the treatment as a gift and if I had known a bit more about the setting I would have spent just a few pounds more on a bespoke facial in a private room. (I spent £185 for 1 hour treatments) My partner however really enjoyed the treatments from Ellie B who was brilliant and welcoming. Walking away, I just felt really guilty for putting my partner through that, I wanted it to feel special. So this is a review for those looking at the Glow Zone… I don’t think it’s anything like the experience of an actual facial although Ellie B gave excellent treatments and the staff were all welcoming and friendly. Please look into clarifying this on your website.

I had a wonderful bespoke facial with Alex today. She was very professional and made me feel completely relaxed throughout the treatment. The massage was soothing and really added to the experience. Alex took the time to explain each step of the facial and provided thoughtful recommendations based on my skin’s needs. My skin feels amazing, and I left feeling refreshed and pampered. Highly recommend!
