I had an absolutely wonderful experience with my facial. The service was professional, relaxing, and incredibly effective. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease. The therapist was knowledgeable, attentive, and tailored the treatment to my skin’s needs. My skin felt refreshed, hydrated, and noticeably smoother right after the session. Truly one of the best facials I’ve had — I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for expert skincare in a calming environment.

A fantastic first visit. The bespoke facial was superb. The therapist was knowledgeable and the products felt luxurious without being overwhelming. My skin was visibly glowing at the end of the treatment and the tinted spf a final touch which gave the wow factor. I will be back .. and urge you to treat yourself if you are considering an experience here. It will be worth it!

Really lovely facial with Ellie B. Relaxing, great deep clean and hydration. Skin feels and looks clear and refreshed the morning after. Particularly loved the massage techniques, to lift and tone the skin. Great knowledge and advice without feeling pressured to buy products. I will be back!

My first experience with Sarah Chapman Skinesis was absolutely positive. My daughter, UK resident, had given me a voucher for my birthday. Booking my appointment was very easy. The clinic is a wonderful place, cosy, calm and beautiful, relaxed and very friendly too. Kerry was fantastic, she did a very, very good job, explained everything and treated me full of empathy. After my Luxury Facial I felt so refreshed. Couple of days later my skin still felt really clean and elastic. Thank you so much!

Bethany was very kind and patiently explained step by step my treatment, suggesting good products for my skin to use in my routine and an other interesting treatment for my next appointment. Mostly, I enjoyed the face mask and the energetic/revitalizing face massage ! It was a well spent 90 minutes, highly recommended. Filled my forms out a few days prior to my appointment got to my appointment and told me I couldn’t do my facial massage because my lip filler which was fine but would’ve loved a heads up. The room was really really bright and I wasn’t even asked what products I use prior or what my routine is which I was surprised at. The extractions were fantastic and she did a great job but besides that it was alright, for what I’ve seen on social media and all the hype I deff was expecting much more regardless of facial type etc.

Enjoyed the most relaxing facial, 90 minutes of pure bliss. My skin looks radiant and feels amazing. Alex was so lovely and professional and did such an amazing job. All the staff were so helpful and kind from the moment you walk through the door.

Fantastic facial, I will book again. However, my face is now covered in tiny under skin rash, a bit like pickly heat. Could it be the result of the micro mask do you think? Ann The follow up from the clinic has been first class. Thank you. Ann
