Saramsam Resto Bar

I express my sincere gratitude to Saramsam for graciously accommodating us despite our late arrival—beyond their usual closing time of 10 pm. We entered just before the deadline, and not only did they welcome us, but they also allowed us to linger until almost 11 pm. The renowned Pinakbet pizza, true to its reputation, outshone competitors, leaving no crumbs behind. The ambiance, elevated by live jazz musicians, was top-notch. Oh, how I adore it! ❤️

Came to Saramsam after dinner on a Thursday night. Glad that they have a singing duo who made our stay a chill night despite the scorching summer heat. We ordered beers as well as fish kinilaw and ilocos empanada, which did not disappoint. They closed early at 10pm though. They have enough parking spaces.

We ordered lots of dishes, I can't remember anything that doesn't taste good. We enjoyed our meal. The place and location was very nice. It's a one stop shop if you wanted to eat good food and have a good coffee afterwards since overclocked coffee is also in the same vicinty. Lots of parking space, province ambiance. The best.a

Very friendly staff, otherwise 0 stars, if there was such a thing. Pretty sure this is the slowest restaurant I have experienced. I ordered food and almost an hour later the server came to report that they were out of what I ordered. Would have been good to know that from the start. Some of our food came after an hour and the rest came significantly later - so some in our party had their food well before the others. In all it took almost two hours to get our food. Admittedly, we did not have a reservation. A large party that had a reservation arrived after we did, got their food, and left before we did. That group may have contributed to our food delay. Apparently you need to have a reservation if you want prompt service.

Everything is delicious. The food is great, it's worth the wait 😄
