I have been trying to get skin care products developed for over 60 days. I honestly have to say the customer service is extremely poor! If your getting products made the turnaround times are horrible and I have a small order. I’m really in disbelief that they operate like this. I was truly expecting a great customer experience based off the website and was looking forward to doing a lot of business with these people. After 60+ days of working with this company I wish I would of looked for a company with more customer reviews so I could of maybe got a more realistic ideal of what it would be like doing business with this company. I was working with Claudia and she was very pleasant but with delayed production times along with emails that go unanswered or lack of timely communication…. Pleasantries are insignificant in business! I am new to this white labeling and custom product formulation space. I have to believe there are better companies than this to do business with!!

I've worked with Sarati for 18 months now and they've been incredible. We sell an anti-itch ointment through doctor recommendations and online. From formula design to FDA compliance to final manufacturing, I can't say enough good things about Sarati. Our product has 4 active ingredients and is currently patent pending.
