My first time in Cuba for few days, really an amazing place . A very nice and old hotel in the center of Havana, with thoughtfully appointed rooms very good service. From the lobby to the bar in the mezzanine courtyard and the rooftop pool and bar, everywhere were signs of understated elegance. In our room this included beautiful old tile floors, and a bath with separate shower and (generous) bathtub. I really enjoying my stay here. Thank you

Great hotel in the heart of downtown. Super friendly service, buffet breakfast included daily. 24 hour bar that serves tasty food, nice cocktails and a nice selection of cigars. Low key roof top bar is the perfect spot to etch the sunset, take a swim or enjoy a cocktail.

An excellent hotel in the heart of Havana. Great housekeeping and modern rooms. The bed was super comfy. This place made my stay in Havana wonderful. The view from the pool floor was also a highlight of my stay. The exchange rate at the front desk could have been a little better, but the convenience was worth it. The only real complaint I have is that the handle on the tub snapped off. I didn't report it to management because I was leaving in a hurry so they didn't have an opportunity to fix it.

The Saratoga Havana was a marvelous, unique experience. It is difficult to compare the Cuban service hospitality culture with resorts globally, but there is clearly a lot going on here. The location is fantastic, in the heart of Havana, with amazing views from the terraces in the room, and the rooftop pool. The service is particularly on point (taken in the context of Cuba, and the associated, higher than expected price), and the rooms and decor are warm, inviting, and comfortable. Overall, it was always refreshing to come back to, and never far away from where I wanted to go. Would highly recommend.

Visited Havana for 7 nights. This was the only place that we tried that had decent (aka edible and somewhat tasty) food in its rooftop bar/restaurant, which is by itself a huge accomplishment in a country that is in such a dire condition. Other than that, the room prices were exorbitant for the hotel quality and the overall vfm, low

We stayed here for three nights. We had a room overlooking the main street. It was noisy from around 7:00am even with the windows and shutters closed but good standard of room. The bar and restaurant were great places to chill out after running around all day in Havana. We would definitely go.back there again.

The first day we arrived in Cuba myself and three friends (all Americans )visited this place. They where most welcoming . We walked the halls, had drinks, the pool, every one was very friendly., 5 days later i go back with a Cuban couple i met while in Cuba.They wouldn't let us in ,the guy ask if i was a guest at the hotel ,when i said no , he reply guest only. I so wanted my Cuban friends to see the rooftop pool and have a drink. They didn't let me in cuss of my Cuban friends. I will never visit that Hotel again. I feel they belittle my friends.So screw them.

Amazing hotel. Better than Nacional by some distance if you ask me and closer to old town. Incredible rooftop, lovely rooms, staff and breakfast. If you want to do cuba a little fancy, go here, and see the photos for the seriously amazing view from the rooftop pool and bar area!!! Loved it, came for honeymoon and special memories....
