Most expensive and disappointing experience in our vacation. The „Resort & Spa“ is old and Not well taken care of, there is dirt, leaves everywhere.. our room door did Not close fully, we put in towels to keep cockroaches out.. the windows in the shower could Not be closed fully.. Same Problem there.. The only Nice thing was the shower and the Beach - and the Shuttle driver was Most friendly staff. If you expect hospitality and friendly staff, you should Look somewhere Else. Very cold welcome, Service staff From Restaurant is rude and unfriendly - e.g. Asks for our room number at breakfast and comes back later to ask again and to tell us that we Said the wrong number. Or as we were waiting for Check in , restraurant staff tells us off, because appearently we were sitting in Chairs that should Not have been Placed there (we did Not have a clue, saw free chairs and thought we sit down a Bit After our long Journey..) Tables will Not be cleaned After people leave After breakfast, you just have to sit at a Dirty table. They will Not bring you cutlery, you have to Look for yourself. Once I saw a cockroach fly down From the Toaster to the ground at breakfast. We left 3 Nights before scheduled Check out without recompensation, mostly because of the weather Conditions But would have looked for another Place if we stayed.. PS: Wifi ist sehr schlecht und langsam, Verbindung bricht immer wieder ab Der Fußweg bzw. Auffahrt zum Hotel ist eine dunkle Gasse die voller Schlaglöcher ist und es stinkt nach Müll, Kot und allem möglichen.. die wenig verfügbaren strandliegen sind meistens kaputt.. die Betten sind STEINhart !

Nice rooms and great location - staff were really helpful and friendly. Great access to Haad Rin and the private beach is nice (very rocky and shallow so not ideal for the paddle boards they provide)

A quaint resort on the west Haad Rin beach- the quiet side. Lovely place with great hospitality! Villas are great for family and couples and access to the beach is a plus. Food and drinks are great, although the rooms are a bit outdated. A small hill climb later you're in the main town (6 mins walk). I'd stay here again if I stay in that part of the island. Only menace are the mosquitoes!!

Rooms are a little old, but really tidy and the staff is just amazing! Also the food is nice and beach is so so peaceful and great for a sunset hunting🥹 *a lot of wonderful dogs and cats, which are sooo chill and friendly!

We generally enjoyed our stay here, but the rooms need an upgrade. Pros: + Location is quiet and ‚hidden‘, you are living directly by the sea and the sunsets are amazing! + Staff is really nice, especially at the restaurant and the spa - the massages there were superb, with beach view! + The gym was a big plus and one of the reasons we came here (could use a bike though) Cons: - Rooms are worn down and definitely need an upgrade. Plenty of spots where you can see that the resort is a bit older. - The northern neighborhood is not really nice. There is even a little landslide there, makes getting to the hotel a not so pleasant experience. - (Probably just bad luck) We got food positing from eating a burger at the restaurant.

The rooms were nice and the location of the hotel makes it very relaxing. It has a private beach accessible through the hotel or two pools as an alternative. In the surroundings, it's the full moon party beach and village, but apart from that it doesn't have much. It's better to rent a motorbike if you stay here and want to visit the rest of the island. Otherwise, it's an amazing place to relax for a few days.

The hotel is conveniently located and offers a variety of cabins to choose from. The beach is lovely, but unfortunately, we couldn't fully enjoy it due to the rainy weather during our stay. If you want to get into the town at night then be prepared to walk through some dark back streets to get there as well.||While the rooms are adequately furnished, they could benefit from some significant updates. For example, the chaise sofa was stained and mouldy, likely due to water dripping from the air conditioner above. Additionally, there was a small gap at the top of the cabin's front door, which opened directly to the outside, leading to a not very ideal level of sound and insect proofing. On the bright side, the hotel provided a mosquito racket, which was very useful for dealing with the occasional bugs that found their way inside.||The breakfast offered was fairly standard—sufficient to start the day but nothing exceptional. The highlight of our experience was the staff, who were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even arranged last-minute boat transfers for us, which we greatly appreciated.||The hotel has so much potential if they just renovated the rooms a bit more.

Amazing resort with spacious rooms and beautiful sunset views. The perfect place to relax. The food is delicious and the service is great ! Special thanks to Pang, Yaya, James and Moe Wai for making us feel so welcome (again 😄)
